The light over the bathroom mirror doesn't work. The carpet in the elevator needs to be cleaned or replaced.

The additional day bed was so nasty. There weren’t any sheets, pillows or blankets. The springs were broken and the mattress fell through when you laid it out. The mattress was nasty, stained and all you felt was springs. Really disgusting and disappointing. Room was hot and not really clean.

Nice, clean & great stay other than lady checking us in was a little rude! These are the jobs they choose to do but yet they tend to be rude instead of being welcoming when someone comes from out of town to stay at these hotels!
