So so charming. And the breakfast was amazing! We loved our room (really appreciated the air conditioning during the heat wave going on when we were visiting)! Parking was very nice. We just loved our stay there - good memories!

My wife and I loved the Sinclair Inn B&B! Kyle, the owner was very friendly and greeted us upon our arrival. The room was very comfortable and clean. There is coffee and tea available at all times, along with soda and water in the ‘community’ refrigerator. They had some cookies out on the main floor that were incredible, which followed suit with the breakfast. SO GOOD! I also made friends with their chickens that graze around the property. There are food options, a coffee/beer bar, a gas station, and ice cream within 3-5 miles. Mount Mansfield was about 15 minutes away, so a great location close to a lot of activities. We would definitely stay here when we’re back in the area.

The perfect stay! A lot of hard work goes into the experience here. It's evident in everything from the furnishings to the gardens, paint work, carpets, bedding, amenities, and yes the food was excellence. The breakfast was hand made home cooked perfection. For anyone looking for a perfect hostess and private, quiet stay it's amazing. Thankyou for all of the work that goes into providing this. We stayed in a luxury hotel in quebec a few days back and the price was a lot more and the experience incomparable. Your Inn is far better. Thankyou!

This was probably the nicest B&B we've ever stay in, and we've been to a lot! The building itself is charming and well kept. Our accommodations were clean and beautifully decorated. Every amenity was provided, including bathrobes and chocolates on the pillow at night. The owners were so friendly and accommodating too. The gardens are beautiful also.

We had a wonderful, three night stay at Sinclair. Holly and Kyle were terrific hosts. The breakfast was just amazing each day, with every offering fresh, locally sourced and delightful! They also had a covered tray of baked goods available to the guest in the front of the house each day. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was a bit firm, so if that is your preference, you will absolutely love every moment of your stay here. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Vermont.

The hosts (Kyle and family) are kind. Breakfast was fabulous. you are out of Stowe and Burlington but they are an easy drive. We appreciated the size and comfort of the property and extras-- cookies, drinks etc.

We had one night here on our travels round New England but would definitely come back. Kyle (with some excellent check in help from Cassidy) looked after us a treat. Our room was lovely, spacious and spotless! Breakfast was delicious! Great location to explore all the area has to offer!!

Absolutely loved it there! Everyone was so friendly, kind and welcoming. The House itself was beautiful inside & out! It was lovely decorated and very clean. Breakfast was great and always fresh. I would highly recommend staying here when in the area.

This was probably the nicest B&B we've ever stay in, and we've been to a lot! The building itself is charming and well kept. Our accommodations were clean and beautifully decorated. This is one of the best Inns ive stayed at. Glorious grounds around the property... impeccably clean, delicious breakfast and wonderful host. I wish i traveled up there more so i could stay here .

I very rarely say that something is amazing. But the Sinclair Inn was truly an amazing experience. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating and everything about the inn was clean. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone who takes a trip up to this area of Vermont. I wish we could have stayed longer. The food was great and there were even fresh baked sweets in the evening for guests to enjoy.

LOVED this place! The owner was warm and welcoming AND made a great breakfast. We loved visiting with others. One couple was from California, other from England, we are from Texas. The room was spacious, clean and we felt very safe there. Next time we are in the area, we will definitely stay here again. 10/10!!! Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful inn that is rich in history but also has modern conveniences such as air conditioning and TV. The decor compliments the style of the home nicely . Friendly innkeeper and mouth watering breakfast served daily. I would highly recommend Sinclair B&B to anyone looking for a getaway in northern Vermont.

A nce quaint lbed-and-breakfast located in downtown Jericho, Vermont. The place was originally built in 1895. It has all the conveniences. Major drawback is the tiny showers. If you’re a large-framed individual, the shower may be problematic. Other than that, it’s a nice place.

Exceptional experience provided by wonderful hosts who definitely go the extra mile to make people feel welcome and well cared for. The breakfast is outstandingly good with different high quality tasty homemade options each day - far superior to most hotel breakfasts. I am coeliac and there was always lots for me to eat. The inn is a gorgeous old building that has retained its original features and the rooms are wonderfully well appointed. Ours was very spacious and had beautiful furnishings and a superb bathroom. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Generous extras were provided - whatever drinks you needed from the communal areas as well as cakes, apples and chocolates. The only issue that I would note was the noise from the road but with earplugs it was fine when the traffic started in the early hours.

The owners and manager were amazing. the breakfast was delicious and everyone was so friendly. They even gave me a car windshield scraper when I forgot mine. I highly recommend their Inn!

Positive: Friendly welcome (but only that. For example, no one was offered to help with the luggage on the steep stairs, and there was no one to be seen on the day of departure), clean house, comfortable bed, good air conditioning. Negative: The breakfast is unfortunately not worth the price and offers too few options. The breakfast is not refilled during breakfast. If the four slices of bread for 10 guests are gone, then they are gone. The scrambled eggs were not made from fresh eggs. We really did not like that at all! The accommodation is right on a busy thoroughfare, so it is often very noisy at night. From 4 a.m. there is always heavy traffic and you can only sleep with earplugs.

Excellent property! The rooms are nice sized, and very well maintained. The house itself was really clean, and the hosts were very friendly. It is about half an hour from the main town, but if you are looking for a laid back place, then this is it Highly recommended.

Sinclair Inn is very well maintained and breakfast was delicious.Kyle is very personable and easy to deal with. With Burlington just 30 minutes away it is a great location. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

We had one night here on our travels round New England but would definitely come back. Kyle (with some excellent check in help from Cassidy) looked after us a treat. Our room was lovely, spacious and spotless! Breakfast was delicious! Great location to explore all the area has to offer!!

Wonderful host. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful. Top it off with an exceptional country breakfast. Never stayed in a Bed and Breakfast before. I was a little skeptical. It couldn't have been any nicer.

My wife and I loved the Sinclair Inn B&B! Kyle, the owner was very friendly and greeted us upon our arrival. The room was very comfortable and clean. There is coffee and tea available at all times, along with soda and water in the ‘community’ refrigerator. They had some cookies out on the main floor that were incredible, which followed suit with the breakfast. SO GOOD! I also made friends with their chickens that graze around the property. There are food options, a coffee/beer bar, a gas station, and ice cream within 3-5 miles. Mount Mansfield was about 15 minutes away, so a great location close to a lot of activities. We would definitely stay here when we’re back in the area.

The hosts (Kyle and family) are kind. Breakfast was fabulous. you are out of Stowe and Burlington but they are an easy drive. We appreciated the size and comfort of the property and extras-- cookies, drinks etc.

The perfect stay! A lot of hard work goes into the experience here. It's evident in everything from the furnishings to the gardens, paint work, carpets, bedding, amenities, and yes the food was excellence. The breakfast was hand made home cooked perfection. For anyone looking for a perfect hostess and private, quiet stay it's amazing. Thankyou for all of the work that goes into providing this. We absolutely loved Sinclair in. This beautiful old home is very well kept, clean and very charming. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable too. The hosts were very kind and friendly. They were able to accommodate my gluten allergy. The food was extremely delicious with fresh berries from their own yard and fresh eggs from their own chickens. If we ever pass through Vermont again, we will stay here.

We had a wonderful, three night stay at Sinclair. Holly and Kyle were terrific hosts. The breakfast was just amazing each day, with every offering fresh, locally sourced and delightful! They also had a covered tray of baked goods available to the guest in the front of the house each day. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was a bit firm, so if that is your preference, you will absolutely love every moment of your stay here. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Vermont.

The breakfast is outstandingly good with different high quality tasty homemade options each day - far superior to most hotel breakfasts. I am coeliac and there was always lots for me to eat. The inn is a gorgeous old building that has retained its original features and the rooms are wonderfully well appointed. Ours was very spacious and had beautiful furnishings and a superb bathroom. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Generous extras were provided - whatever drinks you needed from the communal areas as well as cakes, apples and chocolates. The only issue that I would note was the noise from the road but with earplugs it was fine when the traffic started in the early hours.
