Fountain Inn

This motel was very clean!! It has been updated somewhat, hard wood floors, large screen Roku TV, new beds. The mattress was firm, great size, I think it was a king. Remember, it is a very dated establishment, so it does smell a bit musty. They could use some heavier curtains or window blinds for added privacy. But overall, it fit our needs for our weekend stay, just someplace to sleep and shower while visiting with old friends. We would stay here again.

Can't say much I liked about this place. Beds were noisy. Bad sign when you see a pest reject object plugged in the wall socket. I saw a bug crawling across my sheets, so my mom took apart the bedding and we found it was not bed bugs or roaches, but an earwig. The room was not cared for, spider web behind the fridge. Paint drips on the walls, the night light didn't work.

I feel this room was overpriced for how shabby it was. The bed was a sagging mattress on a frame with no box spring. There was no soap for a shower. Towels were nice, and soft, though. The TV had no volume control.

Near all eating facilities

There was no soap or shampoo provided, there was bar soap, but it looked like it had been used. Had to use hand soap for shower and shampoo.
