Place was terrible!!! Under construction, pool dirty, had to move rooms because “we’re shutting down the 3rd floor”…then moved to 5th floor, and the elevators go out!!! No elevators for entire day(maybe longer but checked out). Gym closed and breakfast next door. That’s the bullet points…DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Great property and the gym was the best hotel gym I have seen. Didn't get all 5 stars because they are/were going through renovations. But would gladly go back.

Property is being renovated and this is not mentioned on the website. The gym is closed and this was the main issue for me since I had chosen the property for bring close to friends and have a gym. Neither the property nor Expedia gave me any compensation citing « the terms of the contract »

Booked this hotel due to us traveling by an EV. Neither of the chargers were turned on. After speaking with the evening staff, no help. And early the next morning, the manager had nothing to offer to help us. VERY DISAPPOINTED! This hotel should NOT offer this if they don’t have functioning chargers!

The hotel was quiet and clean. Joseph and the other concierges were amazing they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and were okay. Breakfast was great. The hotel was located close to casinos, shops and the beach. Parking was easy and safe. My husband really enjoyed the hot tub

The refrigerator in our room did not work. I have medication that needed to be refrigerated. We were traveling and I had an ice pack bag for it that needed to be frozen again. The front desk was very accommodating and put it in their employee refrigerator and freezer. I was very grateful for their help. As far as cleanliness the shower did have mold that obviously was not taken care of in awhile.

Room had not been cleaned properly. Too few towels provided for 2 people and the supplied towels were very thin and worn. We avoided the breakfast as the food was not appealing and the crowd of people left no seating. This is my third, and probably last, stay at a Hilton property. Bad experience from each stay.

I am so disappointed! I have stayed at this hotel for many years, as it is close to my daughter‘s house. The last time I was here, this hotel was undergoing a remodeling, and everywhere was kind of torn up. This time the public rooms like the lobby, the Hallways, places like that are beautiful. Unfortunately, my room was not part of the remodeling. The toilet paper dispenser kept falling out of the wall onto the floor, there was black mold in the shower, and the furniture looks shabby and can only be described as what you might find in a motel six. The staff was very nice and friendly.

This was an overnight stay at this Hampton Inn. It is our preferred hotel when going to Coconut Creek Casino. The front staff was friendly and very accomodating. The hotel was clean and must have recently gone through some renovations. The only disappointment were the beds. They were hard and the platforms made noise everytime we turn which made it difficult to get a good night sleep. The location of this hotel is great if you are going to the Coconut Creek Casino. It is only 3 miles away and there is shopping and restaurants also within a couple of miles away like Chresecake factory and other restaurants and shops

Best room ever! We've been to a lot of hotels and we've stayed in a lot of rooms. This one was hands down one of the best. Clean ,spacious, everything you need. 2 big tv's, Comfortable seating area, wet bar & One of the best beds we ever slept in away from home. Also the hot tub was great!! If I had to change one thing, it would be. The hot tub needs to be a little bigger. The breakfast was good and the girl at the front

Starting by Angel/front desk: She was courteous, friendly, very nice to speak with, represented Hampton inn excellently. Rm 501 was clean and large because it was wheelchair accessible. Breakfast: eggs are horrible; however the waffles were good. Coffe: not the best but ok.

Horrible customer service. Manager is not professional at all. The front desk literally just have customer stayed there and waited instead of trying to accommodate the situation that I had. Manager wouldn’t even face the customer to solve the issue that we had. Instead, she was screaming in her office to the receptionist about our situation which was very unprofessional. Customers could hear her screaming and yelling from the lobby. I have never been to a hotel with such a bad…I meant NO customer service at all. Never go back!

Visiting for my son‘s parents weekend needed a hotel last minute due to the hotel we had reserved had cockroaches once we entered the room, Robert, the hotel staff working was beyond helpful, and accommodating to our needs will definitely be staying for our college visits in the future
