Good WiFi, firm mattress, walking distance from the airport bus station, hot water for bathing, kettle for hot water, elevator available, helpful staff, good air conditioner. The only downside is that no slope to pull heavy luggage up to the lobby. I'll give it 4.8/5.0

The pictures of the room online are better than in-person, in all honesty. The room was small and the feel of the hotel seems just barely being maintained. Our toilet was leaking which the staff tried to fix, twice , however was unsuccessful due to us not being in the room long enough for them to work on it.. which I was appreciative that they did not go in the room while we were gone. The location of the hotel was great, not in a busy street, however walking distance of approximately 10 minutes to the market. Restaurants are abundance and everywhere. Easy to get transportation.. friendly staff. Honestly, my only complaint was that the hotel could have been more of the ‘nicer side’ especially since they cater mainly to foreigners. There is so much competition for hotels, I would honestly book somewhere else for the same price range.

Was a nice place to stay. The fire escape was blocked on my floor which I didn’t like as I was on the sixth floor. The staff were friendly and helpful, they spoke English very well. The room was tidy and clean but a bit dirty in places (not bad enough to complain though)

I stayed at the Eclipse Legend Hotel for 4 nights in late September. I cant say enough about the staff, who were all so nice and helpful every time I interacted with them. They were eager to answer questions, give suggestions, or just chat. The location is great being a very short walk to the Old Quarter, but just the right distance to where it is nice and quiet at night. There are some great coffee shops and restaurants very close. I would absolutely stay there again if I return to Hanoi.

The hotel did not honor the price we booked here at Expedia. I don't care whatever reasons happening at the hotel that made the price increased when we arrived as I booked because of the cheap price just to store my luggages for me to hang around before heading to my trip at night. Good thing they didn't charge me because I told them I won't stay overnight. But they told me they would charge extra $5 next time I come back. So I just canceled my reservation for my stay on 11/17 to 11/18 because of their sudden changes in price even though we booked ahead.

立地は良く使い勝手はよかったが、スタッフの対応が残念だった。夏場に泊まったが冷房がほとんど効かず、宿泊日になぜが窓が壊れており、部屋に滞在してる最中に修理業者とスタッフがきて工事が始まりました笑せめて部屋を誰にも貸してない状態でして欲しいものです。他にもメガネをかけた男性スタッフが必要にチップを要求してきて、チップを渡しても"まだ足りない"と金額指定までしてきました。ベトナム旅行を楽しみたいなら、もうちょっと良いホテルに泊まるべき。

The hotel is in the historic district of old Hanoi which was close to everything we wanted to see. Most things we wanted to see were within walking distance - lake, water puppets, war museum, Hanoi Hilton, night markets, shopping, etc. Staff were outstanding. Very friendly and helpful, especially the young ladies behind the reception desk and the doorman. Will definitely stay again next time I am in Hanoi. We stayed for 8 nights

I stayed at the Eclipse Legend Hotel for 4 nights in late September. I cant say enough about the staff, who were all so nice and helpful every time I interacted with them. The room and staff were very nice and the location was spot on. We booked the hotel because it offered airport transport. When we got off the plane they were waiting which was great. However at checkout it cost 600000 dong. So, not included.

The location is really good. A few blocks from everything and yet not super touristy. The room was very quiet. As others have said the really good thing about this place is the staff. Lisa in particular was incredible! She booked us a Ha Long Bay tour that was awesome and really well priced. Airport transfers (even at 4 am) were flawless. Good food and coffee very close by and a small convenience store 1 min away where you can buy big bottles of water. We will stay here again.
