Perfect in everyway. Location right on the edge of the old town,facilities of free mini bar and readily available tea,coffee and hot chocolate from a drinks station was a nice touch. Rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday. No keys just a code to gain access was a breathe of fresh air. Finally, when rained they provided umbrellas to venture out with. Would I book this place again? Absolutely YES.

So convenient to the old town. Arrived late with WhatsApp info in advance very helpful! I see quite a bit dusk accumulated on the lambs and the bed has few hairs on it so I will say cleanliness be improved.

So clean and very welcoming staff with perfect information of where to go and what to see. Nice that they clean every day and you get refreshing drinks every day in the cooler. Will definitely come back if we go to San Sebastian again. Perfect host and nearby old town but still not too crowdy street.

Great central position. The room we were in was dark with 2 small windows facing into the centre of the building. I’m not sure where there was a garden terrace (as shown in the promo pics) we weren’t told about it. As a base it is an ideal location.

We enjoyed a very pleasant short stay at Casa Nicolasa. This pension is ideally situated close to the old town. The staff were friendly and particularly helpful. The room we chose waste with a terrace. These rooms are at the back of the property and, whilst it is nice to have outdoor space to enjoy a glass of wine, the view is only of the surrounding buildings. On reflection we might have opted for a room with balcony at the front of the property. That is a minor detail which did not detract from a very enjoyable experience.

We loved our stay. The hotel is in the perfect location for visiting the whole of the town. It was peaceful and relaxing after a busy day sight seeing and the recepttion team are very friendly and helpful. We booked the deluxe room with balcony. The balcony is small but you get a view of the sea at the end of the street. Despite being on a street, when the windows are shut there is very little noise and we slept well. The shower is walk in and the housekeeping is excellent. There was plenty of storage and the toiletries are good quality and generous. The mini bar free water was really appreciated. There is a Lidl across the road for anything else. Thank you for making our holiday so perfect.

Perfectly central to everything needed. Two gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful, communicative, and assisted us in arranging taxi transport. They were willing to hold our luggage until check in. Space was great and inviting had everything needed. Fridge, blow dryer, safe, long mirror to look in, AC.

I didn’t know what to expect and I loved the place. The staff was great and the location is perfect. Walkable to the entire city. We had one of the large patio room and used it everyday to play cards and have some wine before going back out in town. There are a few close parking garages that are extremely convenient.

Fantastic location and very helpful staff. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Casa Nicolasa. My only criticism would be the directions to the parking were a bit vague. It took us four times around to figure it out, but we did in the end and the parking we very good.

Et flott sted å bo. Fantastisk beliggenhet. Gratis kaffe, te og vann. Gode senger. Dette blir mitt bosted i san Sebastian. Med rom mot gata blir det noe støy om natta. Tidlig om morgenen mye søppeltømming. Perfekt med rom mot bakgården som er trivelig. Balkongen svært liten.

Väldigt trevliga och snyggt inredda rum. Läget i gamla stan är perfekt, nära till allt, stränder och restauranglinjen. Ett extraplus för gratis minibar med vatten och läsk samt kaffe och te i receptionen. Vill alltid bo här när jag kommer till San Sebastian.
