The hotel was in a great position, staff were friendly and helpful, however the places needs an update. Unlike other hotels I stayed at in Malaysia, this hotel room did not have a water filter, buffet breakfeast was limited in options for westerner and some faculties needed maintenance, such as the gym and pool.

Higher end but still a Ramada! Wonderful outdoor infinity pool--large and shaded. Adequate gym, but only one weight machine. Breakfast with mostly Asian food and interesting. Try not to get a room near the elevator.

The people at the reception desk were so kind and hospitable. The shower's were chilly even though they have a water heater switch (after the heat of the day, it really was not too bad). The breakfast was great as was their rooftop pool, although, be warned, there are no stairs only ladders for the pool. All in all the two room suite and the in room washer/dryer made up for it all despite the smell in our room on day one (we had to buy febreze to mask the odor)!

NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL!!! especially if you have children. There are streetwalkers (to say it politely) walking in and out the hotel at all times. Lack of cleanliness. During daily room service only the bed was made. Other than that, bathroom was untouched, toilet paper was not provided, and the raggedy old towels were not changed. As far as safety. There was construction going on and portable trolley systems were used on the exterior of the hotel, and even though the hotel advised to lock the valcony door, it did not make a difference as doors could be opened also from the exterior. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the pool as they had scaffold comming out from the middle of the pool. The most concerning about this was they let peole use the side of the pool next to the scaffold, which is super unsafe. A bad wind or an accident could easily hurt someone swimming next to it. Literally, you could swim to it and touch it and Something could have easylly felt from up above and hurt someone. Very concerning if you have kids. Lastly, I made my reservation directly with the hotel at first. However, I received an e-mail from the hotel asking to provide my credit card # within 24 hours or my reservation would be canceled. I replied, I was not going to share my credit card # and instead made my reservation through Expedia. I travel quite often and I have never given a 1 star review to a hotel. It is unfortunately, because Kuala Lumpur is a magnificent city to tour.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem belebten Viertel. Leider wird hier bis 3 Uhr morgens laute Musik gespielt. Wir mussten das Zimmer auf die andere Seite des Hotels wechseln, was problemlos möglich war. Dort war es deutlich ruhiger bzw. nichts mehr von diesem Lärm zu hören. KL Tower und Petronas Tower sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch wenn ein Taxi entspannter ist wegen der Temperaturen. Das Hotel wir gerade teilweise neu gestrichen von außen und innen. Leider war das auch gerade in unsere Etage so. Der Geruch von Farbe war etwas störend. Das Frühstück war eher herzhaft, typisch malaysisch, es gab aber auch Toast mit Marmelade und Kornflakes. Omelett wird frisch zubereitet. Der Pool war super zum entspannen und abkühlen. Die Waschmaschinen konnten gegen Gebühr genutzt werden. Generell war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Das Hotel könnte mehrere Reparaturen vertragen um den 4 Sternen zu entsprechen.

We checked in late in the night. Next morning tried to address the concerns with management in writing and didn't really get a response until 2 days later. Spoke to reception and they offered a different room but that was no better so we decided not to go through the hassle of moving rooms. 1. There's only one bathroom between 4 people. 2. The bathroom was really unhygienic. There was seepage in the ceiling and mould in the shower tiles grouting. The toilet roll was so far back on the left side it was difficult to reach while on the pot and this is probably why the holder was broken so the roll kept falling off. 3. The first night we arrived the bed linen smelt used, it was disgusting. The pillowcases were yellowing. It was better after room service but their pillow cases are definitely really old/used and are not the same shade as the sheets so keep looking yellow which is unpleasant. 4. The rug in both rooms especially the one we stayed in was disgusting. It had different coloured stains and dirt all over it. Even after multiple days of room service it didn't look like it even had been vacuumed. I used a sheet to cover it so we could sit in that area. 5. We went down to check the pool and it was closed, the furniture was really dirty and old. The pool was really small and definitely not as shown in the photos. Please see my pics. 6. After the written complaint was acknowledged they tried to clean the seepage and it smelt so bad! The beds were comfy and location was good.

Ruime kamer op de 15e verdieping, dus ook een mooi uitzicht. Kamer werd elke dag netjes gemaakt. Veel luxe was er niet. Wel elke dag 3 flesjes drinkwater. Hotel ligt 10 minuten lopen van winkelcentra en veel winkels. In de avond kon je de muziek van de omliggende cafes redelijk goed horen. Personeel was vriendelijk.

It is the one of the worst places to stay in KLCC. Staff is not friendly and the hotel rooms are bad and not well maintained. They do not have support staff for shifting the luggage and all of the stuff inside the hotel room is broken. I would never recommend this hotel ever again to anyone.

The service is a bit slow. We had to bring our luggage on our own. The washing machine was not working so went to a laundromat close by. They request cash for deposit and taxes which I found odd since most places do credit card these days

This hotel is okay. The staff were a little unwelcoming when we checked in, not something we've found elsewhere in Malaysia! The was a lot of noise at night too. On the plus side, the restaurant is fantastic for both breakfast and dinner and the location is very good.

午後3時チェックインする予定が早すぎて12時前に到着になってしまいました。でも受付から、9階のプールフロアーへ案内され、ホテル近くで購入したランチパックをゆったりした気分で食べ、プールサイドのソファーでのんびりと深夜便での疲れを癒すことが出来ました。3日間の滞在でしたが、早朝の帰国便で朝食が食べられなく残念との事を言ったら、ペットボトル付の弁当まで用意してくれ、ありがたい対応でした。

Otelin konumu çok harika bir yerde heryere yürüme mesafesi var. Fakat kaldığımız odanin ön tarafında çok fazla gece kulübü olduğu için gece 03:00 e kadar uyumak çok zor. Finished our 3 week trip to Malaysia with a 2 night stay here as it is right in the middle of the busy area for night life. Lots of bars shops and restaurants right outside. The hotel is having some internal and external painting done at the moment but this didn't affect our stay whatsoever.a

An excellent property with transport and lots of dining options within walking distance. Stunning city views from balcony and pool area. Friendly staff and amazing breakfast each day. Room was very spacious with cooking facilities. MRT (Bukit Bintang) and monorail within a few minutes walk. Within 10 minute walk to Berjaya Times Square shopping mall.

Værelset var fint og rent. Vi fik en gratis opgradering. Træning/gym var virkelig ringe! Poolen er ok. Morgenmaden var ok. Morgenmaden ef udendørs lige ved poolen. Så spiser man kl. 10 kan du forvente kold mad og børne-familier, der bader i poolen lige op ad en. Morgenmaden havde stået udenfor lige siden det blev sat ud. Det varme mad blev blot opvarmet af 2 stearinlys. Det holder intet mad varmt. Der manglede sprit til hænderne ved buffeten.

I would rate the average for this property. Breakfast is geared towards low-quality food. All Indian breakfast. When I am travelling I prefer the opportunity to taste local cuisine. Staff at breakfast mostly cannot speak or communicate in English. Stayed in a similar grade hotel in Penang; this was a total disappointment. With lack of maintenance to the building. Though renovated, there is no concept of maintenance. The lobby smells like curry. The front desk only knows about how to checkin and checkout; the frontdesk staff have zero knowledge of the surroundings and any questions one may ask about KUL. You need to hire local Malayan talent. Looks like most of the staff are overseas on work-permits The hotel owner needs to seriously look at maintaining the Ramada Suites level. I don't know how they got the Ramada franchise. I hope the owner review my comments about the property and pay attention, otherwise, the way this is being managed , in a year's time this will be in ruins .
