I was supposed to be in a non-smoking room. The room smelled like cigarettes. Parking is hard around the facility. I got this particular hotel because they also advertised having breakfast. Had a hot box in the pictures. But they serve for breakfast cold cereal Honey buns, and coffee. Pictures were not updated. Didn’t see a Single staff member after I checked in, and they blew up my phone in the mornings asking if I wanted room service. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in the hotel.

The lobby was small and the continental breakfast consisted of a few prepackaged muffins. The ice machine quit working. The keys quit working on the 2nd morning and the office staff was not available to help. I would recommend this motel.

I have been to this hotel every time my family and I have taken a vacation, I will not stay no where else!! The staff is friendly and takes care of everything in a timely manner! The rooms and pool are very clean, I highly recommend this hotel

The staff was nice but the bathtub was so dirty and the towels could be bleached. I waa staying there because I went to the Flatonia festival. I traveled from Round Rock to go out there. I was exhausted and looking forward to a shower after a long day. Definitely not the experience I was looking for. Especially for the price. Ive been to some hotels that are better for less money. This is the first bad review i have ever written. I just hope the establishment tells the cleaning crew to clean the bathrooms a bit more thorough.

We really didn’t like anything about our stay but what we liked was the drive from the motel to the Arbors market. The parking is not enough. The workers use the front entrance to park their car and you can use the drive way. No breakfast coffee was bad. And the room was dirty. We will never stay here ever. We were in a pinch and nothing else was available in the area.

We stayed one night and it was fine. The water for the shower was hot, the iron worked for my clothes and the bed was comfortable enough that I slept through my first alarm. The concierge was polite and when I turned in the room key he made sure that our stay was ok and gave me a fist bump.

Manager helped me deal with Expedia’s double booking and lost reservation issues. He was very understanding and took care of us. Rooms were clean and neat. AC and heat worked even with erratic weather outside. Terrific deal!!

The property although dated, is clean. The room was clean, had a large bathroom area with large sink counter. The shower was a tiled walk-in shower. Arrival and check in was easy as was check out. The person running the counter was friendly and helpful. I did not use the breakfast area but had a cup of coffee. Very fair price for a clean room.
