check in good, guy helped with some passport issue we had. room very good. not new, it will need renovation soon, not new at all, but very clean and comfy. I liked it.

My room had all the amenities listed on its site, and it was well-kept and modern. One day, I grabbed an excellent Mocha Latte from the lobby coffee shop. The staff and turndown service were impeccable. I could not ask for anything more. Abu Dhabi Mall was about a 7-minute walk to shop and to grab a bite. The only reason my overall rating was not 5 stars was that during the day, I intermittently heard rushing water, which was not restful when trying to nap. Since the room had a washer/dryer, I felt the hotel should have provided complimentary washing detergent. Lastly, I thought the breakfast was mediocre and would not recommend paying in advance for it.
