The room was so so clean. The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. The hotel is a bit far away from the center so we were dependent on taxis.

It could have been a correct weekend. Unfortunately the very junior approach from one person upon check in destroyed the overall family experience. A misunderstood with my 2 little dogs resulted in a very rude approach from one member of the staff. When asking for an escalation / manager I was told I would need to wait till Monday as no one over the weekend.. Anyway… traveling in family just decided to move on and focus on the purpose of the travel. We travel to San Sebastián 2 or 3 times each month over the last 15 years. I want to believe this case was an unhappy exception/fantastic training opportunity….. and the rest of the personal have the caliber; training and sense of customer service that we should expect in a beautiful place as San Sebastián and a 4 star hotel … thank you.
