This boutique hotel is located in a historic building and wonderfully decorated. The hotel has a lot of character and life and the service was nice. With a rooftop bar and terrace (not much seating however) and a nice bar with a cute restaurant space, this hotel offers a lot. The rooms are quite spacious and have a mini fridge, and the bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The location is very good. Quite close to everything and very close to the cathedral.

Property is great in a great location. There is NO Parking anywhere near the hotel. If you are renting a car, beware. It’s public parking near the bull ring and a 15 minute walk with your luggage. Taxi or Uber, no problems.

Lovely hotel, our suite was a super size with such impressive high ceiling. The beds extremely comfortable and none of our towels including a change we had during our stay were worn or discoloured. Four decent sized complimentary bottles of water in the room fridge which were very welcome due to the temperature in Seville. These were also replaced when emptied. Bathroom with separate bath and shower which was of a high standard. A delightful rooftop terrace which was a great subtract. Only thing missing was a bar but staff did not mind you bringing in your own drinks and nibbles to enjoy on the terrace. The staff were extremely welcoming and pleasant each time you came into contact with them. It appears the hotel provides a comprehensive breakfast but we didn’t take advantage of this as it was always our preference to eat out during our stay.

Breakfast was good and coffee machine constantly available to help yourself as well as chilled water which was a nice gesture from the hotel. One of the best hotel restaurants ever! Friendly and extremely helpful staff, even before we arrived. Comfortable room, although I missed a coffee machine. The surroundings were full with great places to eat and so close to the heartbeat of the city, without being noisy or sleep disturbing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having the free hot drink facility open 24 hours a day and supply of iced water was a nice touch. It was a nice place to relax at the end of the day. We loved the breakfast.

The streets around the hotel are not suitable for driving up to it. The hotel should warn would be visitors about it and guide them how to get the hotel perhaps first park at a garage and take a taxi to the hotel as the taxi drivers are more accustomed to the narrow alleyways. They should also have bell boys to bring the luggage from streets where the taxi brings the guests because it can be an ordeal if you have carry or cart the baggage from a distant street where the taxi drops you.

L'accueil et le service sont irréprochables ; le personnel est avenant ; l hotel est magnifique à l'intérieur . 2 points négatifs malgré tout : - Nous étions dans la chambre contiguë au local du personnel d'entretien donc pas facile de dormir le matin. -Nous avons subi des déclenchements à répétition de l'alarme incendie de jour comme de nuit suite à un problème technique qui n'a pas été résolu de la semaine.

The attendants were kind and helpful. The Hotel is clean and very modern with lots of Art in the building. It is a challenge to get to, kind of stuck in the middle of other buildings with very narrow roads to drive with pedestrians everywhere. I was disturbed by the strong smell of sewer once the air conditioning was turned on and requested another room - which they accommodated. Shower had a rain spout and 3 other smaller ones aimed at your body but tgat just might be the suite we were in.

Great historic building conversion. Not many rooms so it felt very personal. Location is great, though the roads to get to it for the taxi are very small with lots of restrictions. You definitely would not want to have your own car. Our ground floor room did smell a bit musty but nothing too serious.

We stayed with our two teens in junior sweet. Amazing room and jacuzzi in the bathroom. Free Tea and coffee with little snacks downstairs. Ambience of the hotel is very nice. Excellent stay we will definitely come again. Worth paying for the comfort and everything is walking distance.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were very helpful and so nice. The bed was very comfortable. Some people may find the bedroom a little small, but it I think it was just right for one to two people. The bathroom was gorgeous though. You have a separate area for the sink with plenty of space. The bathroom had a huge tub, toilet and bidet. I didn't include breakfast in my reservations, but you can get coffee and water anytime. And they gave 2 bottled waters everyday, which was always appreciated. There is a fridge but no microwave. But plenty of restaurants around the hotel. For the price, this place is a hidden gem. Another plus is there's a lift! I can't say enough good things about this hotel. If ever I go back, I would stay here again.

This Hotel is superb. Small, super friendly staff who are the most helpful staff I have encountered in a long time. The conversion of this building to a hotel is just wonderful and done so sympathetically retaining the grandeur but with the modern conveniences we want today. The welcome and ongoing contact from the staff is way beyond what has become the norm - they know who you are and you are not just a number or someone passing through. Our room was a standard double not huge but super comfortable with everything that we needed the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever found. We will return again and again.

The staff at the front desk could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. We loved the rooftop bar, the breakfast was very good, the welcome drink appreciated, and the bottle of bubbly a nice touch. Brilliantly located for the cathedral and surrounding sights.

This was such a charming boutique hotel! The staff was wonderful on every level. We came in by air so we didn't have to drive to the hotel. The roads are very narrow and challenging. The hotel contacted us before hand and set up a ride from the airport which was very much appreciated. It was centrally located and easy to walk everywhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed 5 nights at this friendly boutique hotel which is fantastically located for all the major sights. The two ladies on the front desk were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, advising on day trips and also assisting when we wanted to change room after the first night (no.4 has a window that opens onto the cobbled street outside and with no double gazing, it was too noisy for us). It’s a small hotel, so you sometimes have to be patient with the service in the bars, but everyone is very kind and hardworking. Really recommended.

This will always be my number one place to stay when I’m in Sevilla. I received white gloves service from every single staff member on a daily basis. They were friendly, cordial, and very attentive to details to ensure a wonderful lodging experience. They over exceeded my expectations.The hotel was beautiful, with a rooftop view of the cathedral. They also offered daily complimentary coffee ( expresos & capuchinos!) and water. The location is perfect! Walking distance to all main sites, restaurants, shopping ect. I’ll be back in November! Is my home away from home.

This hotel is round the corner, 2 mins walk, from the cathedral and Alcazar in Seville old town so really central. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Even provided umbrellas on rainy days. Breakfast was good quality and plentiful. Bread very fresh. Room was very comfortable and quiet (okay, it was November). Plenty of eating places and street cafes within a few minutes walk. Be aware, streets are narrow and cobbled as befits an Old Town. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Hotel Palacio Pinello is just few steps from Seville Cathedral and the Royal Alcazar, literraly around the corner. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast is very good. Lots of bars and great restaurants are around the hotel and all major attractions are in a walking distance from the hotel. We had great time in Seville.

Atmospheric boutique hotel within 2 minutes walk of the cathedral, etc. For the £200 per night we thought the room was small and lacked basic bathroom amenities and no coffee making facilities. All the staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was abysmal though.

The property was central and in easy reach of many attractions and restaurants. The room was slightly smaller than expected and needed a little more lighting. The hotel staff were all very good and the in house restaurant was very enjoyable. The menu was extensive but you could only choose the Tapas options if you wanted to eat at the bar. The roof bar was enjoyable but you paid a premium for the drinks.

Perfekt läge nära Katedralen. Varmt välkomnande och gullig personal. Mycket hjälpsamma. Tyvärr drar frukosten ner betyget. Omständlig rutin med många missar och lång väntan. Typ marmelad serveras 15 min före brödet. En person hinner äta färdigt innan den andre får sin mat osv. Tur att vi inte hade tid att passa.

We really enjoyed our stay.The hotel is beautiful and the staff so friendly,helpful and attentive. We enjoyed excellent quality food both dinner,tapas and breakfast. The position is very central and close to the cathedral.

Top bar a big let down. Service slow, forgetful and some staff miserable. They charge extra for bread you don't want/ask for so be carefull with that.
