Stayed with a friend for 3 nights. Rooms are very basic. A mini fridge in the room would be great. Jacuzzi and pool were dirty and unusable at the end of the day. Needs to be cleaned more often. Parking is very tight. Not advisable, if you have a large SUV or pick-up truck. The name "Beach House" implies that the hotel is at or near the beach. It is not. It's about 3 blocks away from the closest water access. The room was not clean. Found several hairs on the floor and in the sink. Bathroom is small. On the good side, easy check-in. Friendly staff. Good water pressure and hot/cold water. Coffee bar in lobby. Safe in room. Overpriced in my opinion.

Super cute hotel, great location, good communication with front desk. Parking is a little tight for SUV but plenty of street parking. Room was cute and they decorated it for our romantic trip. Pool and jacuzzi was nice. So many places walkable around the area including grocery store. Very close to the beach. Only complaint but didn’t bother us but maybe other people is there is a HUGE banquet hall/church across the street which is very active and had an event go to very late.

I was greeted by friendly front desk who kindly helped me with local indormation. Parking was good although an EV charging spot would be awesome. Very close to all the cool spots. Very clean and modern interior. I loved using the jacuzzi and pool!

This place is GREAT, perfect price and everything is brand new. The AC is cold and the heater is hot and the hot water gets hot and stays hot with strong water pressure. They have a pool and jacuzzi and also they have bikes you can ride around town.

Our room at uliv was clean, comfortable, location is central, great powerful shower, safe parking , pool , jacuzzi (must ask staff to heat jacuzzi if you want to use it) fast WiFi, cable tv with many channels, there is a bar/club next door which plays loud music but seemed to stop around 11pm, if you get a room closer to this bar , maybe the music might bother you, (no fault whatsoever of uliv) also some traffic noise which didn’t bother us , overall a good stay at a great price.

El hotel esta bien ubicado y parece relativamente nuevo, tiene lo necesario para pasar una noche confortable, aunque en mi caso el ruido de los carros que pasan por la calle no me dejo dormir bien. Algo que le resto muchiiiiisimos puntos es que el baño estaba lleno de pelos en el piso como si un hombre se hubiera cortado la barba y al querer pasarles un papel para medio limpiar porque no se podia pisar me di cuenta que el piso estaba sumamente sucio, suciedad de mucho tiempo sin pasar un trapeador por el piso.

I’ve stayed at this property before, and for some reason decided to give it another shot after being disappointed last time. The pros: pet friendly and close approximation to downtown Ensenada. The cons: absolutely filthy, the floors aren’t cleaned between bookings, the walls and doors are grey and dirty, the couches in the junior suite have pet urine and haven’t ever been clean, the sink knobs are falling apart, the window in the restroom is broken, the handle does not open the window as it should and it’s missing a window pane that could easily be replaced with another piece of glass. They have hot water issues and will send maintenance out to fix it but it’s never properly fixed. The pool and jacuzzi aren’t available for use but they don’t disclose that on their hotel information. Again, we’ve stayed here now 3 times in junior suites 102, 103 and 104, they’re all the same, run down, filthy and broken. Do not book here, we definitely have it a fair shot.

It was a very nice property; however, the entire room was very dirty; floors, toilet, shower, shower curtain, just everything in general. Not a little dirty but you could tell it had not been cleaned at all.

We were in Ensenada several days and our departure was delayed so we extended our stay several times. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The location worked well for us as we enjoy walking and there are many restaurants and stores nearby. A great place to stay.

My bathroom floor had sum very noticeable hair follicles on the floor and in the sink. The jacuzzi was not filled enough to soak in completely. The propery was cute n clean overall. Very tight parking. The front desk staff was the best!

1. The room didn't look much like the photos that prompted us to book the room. It was a LOT smaller, and it was a lot darker. The photos in the Expedia listing showed larger, bright rooms. 2. The quiet hours for the pool area were not enforced. Noise went until past 11pm. 3. There was no hot water, so we went without a shower. We did let the water run for a good 5 minutes! 4. The lotion dispenser was empty, and when I went to tell the front desk, they said they'd come refill it, but they never did. 5. Parking was very tight.

The location is good, and the size of the suite it was good. However, the living area felt really cold; white light and no rugs or anything to make the floor feel warmer. The was nothing to make coffee or tea and the faucet in the kitchen was loose. In the bedroom there were side lamps that made the room feel better, but again no rugs. The bathroom is pretty small, the window was not working and missing one of the pieces. As many people mentioned in the reviews it is noisy: the walls are thin and has very old windows. The pool and spa are very small and looked pretty sad (I didn't use them though). The staff was friendly and helpful

The hotel is overall ok. The pictures are somewhat misleading as the single rooms are extremely small and basic though comfortable. The parking is very small, cramped, and difficult to park in. The location is good and a few restaurants within walking distance. The price overall is descent but was expecting much more in terms of amenities and comfort.

Everything was excellent!! From the welcoming front desk Javier to the very nice and efficient cleaning lady. The only downfall was that we never got to use the pool or jacuzzi because it was always full with the same people. And the bathroom was extremely small but the great shower made up for it!!

Very noisy guests once they arrived at 1 am , I contacted to the property thru what's app number showed on the web and the person on charged he just responded to me " thank as for contacting us, what can I help you"? I reported the incident and he never get back to me , next day I told to front desk guy I he just answered me " oh the security guy went to tell them to be quiet but the gust did not followed his directions. Other thing is across the street there is like a theater so it was to noisy Thursday and Friday night . I do not recommend the place to rest in a weekend , other than that is at your own risk.

Parking is terrible, we got the room 45 minutes late and they where by the door waiting for us get out at 10:45. When the checking out is at 11.

This is a very nice little hotel. The rooms are clean. The staff are wonderful. It is easily walkable into town. I just wished it wasn’t so close to traffic noise and local bars as I would have stayed longer.

El hotel en general está muy limpio y es conveniente ya que está muy bien ubicado para ir a cualquier área de la ciudad. Originalmente se me dio una habitación donde la primer noche no pude dormir bien porque está en la orilla del hotel y esa avenida hace mucho ruido por los vehículos que transitan. Pedí a gerencia y me cambiaron a otra habitación donde finalmente pude dormir mucho mejor. La alberca está súper pequeña y se va uno con la finta con las fotografías que suben de propaganda para verse como una alberca normal, jamás me metí a la alberca por eso. El trato en recepción y gerencia fueron muy amables siempre. Las camareras siempre se portaron muy amable y serviciales.

La alberca está súper pequeña y se va uno con la finta con las fotografías que suben de propaganda para verse como una alberca normal, jamás me metí a la alberca por eso. El trato en recepción y gerencia fueron muy amables siempre. Las camareras siempre se portaron muy amable y serviciales.

Everything was very nice. Definitely clean and pleasant. Easily a 9.5. The .5 off 10 is because there's no coffee maker in the room and the breakfast was not great. Coffee was good but a ham sandwich for breakfast was not. Everyone on the staff, that we met, was extremely nice and efficient.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación. Toda la comunicación fue excelente y muy amables todos. Me encantó que tienen un café a un lado de recepción y es super sencillo ordenar. Muy rico el café. Las instalaciones en buenas condiciones también, con mucho espacio en la habitación.

I found 2 situations: first there are any glass of water for 2 persons per day as all hotels provided them. 2nd the courtain plastic at the bathroom fall down twice as it can be dangerous for children or elderly persons (the system is dangerous/insecure)
