The rooms were excellent - slight issue when we arrived with one of the rooms having a fault but we were put up in the main hotel and given free breakfast as an apology. The cases were then moved to the correct room for us! The staff could not do enough to help - so friendly and polite. These rooms were in the heart of the old town and every amenity imaginable was on your door step - definitely the right place to stay as adults. An added bonus with this branch is there are approximately 20 Elia's around the old town - and a lovely one right by the beaches - we were able to use the pool facilities for the day at no extra charge! Highly recommend and we will be returning!! Two rooms - 4 travellers age 44-49

Location was great, in the middle of restaurant street with lots of options to choose from. Also short walk to the harbour and old town. Tv was old and had no smart options.

Very comfortable and spacious room in the old city. Close to everything you need. Restaurants, shops, bus station.

The property is very centrally located, and the room was lovely and clean. Despite the restaurants nearby creating some noise at street level, it was perfectly quiet at night. The main drawback is the absence of a lift, with rather narrow stairs, and the check-in point being around 100 metres away. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
