Place is exactly as advertised. Old but well cared for and very clean. Bed was comfy, a/c worked great and it had a fridge and microwave. For the price it was just fine.

For the money the stay met our needs. Firm beds. Clean bathrooms (although they have not been updated since the 60s look). Like the 1 story park and unload concept so that was great. The property is within walking of several restaurants and services. The only negative which isn’t a deal breaker was that the owner lives in the check-in office and their cooking with spices can be smelled before you enter the office. Once inside it was over powering. But a quick check in process was appreciated.

We appreciated having a room available early in the day so we could dress for a special event we were attending. The accommodations were clean and complete, including the hairdryer and refrigerator. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area.

All we wanted was a clean place to sleep. Bathroom was in poor condition. Dirty around the edges. Carpeting made you feel like you didn't want to go bare footed. Construction equipment in the parking area. Not a pleasant stay.

Very nice small motel that has recently been updated. They have a new shower, new wall paneling and new multiple channel flat screen TV. It was a small room but comfortable. At night they have an outdoor fire pit with all the stuff for making smores. Would stay there again if i were in the area. They even have a light breakfast.

Room smelled terrible, the ac was broken. 90 plus degrees. To which they offered a desk fan. The linens were stained/worn/holes. From wash clothes to sheets. Ice machine broken as well.

The carpet needs to be replaced, it smelled like dog or cat pee in my room and there was a rather large stain by the door. The front desk guy was very "meh"....didnt great me as i came in and wasnt very warm or welcoming. There were also guys hanging outside some of the rooms and smoking or hanging out so I didnt feel overly safe. Definitely has some longer-term guests staying there and it has a "no-tell motel" vibe to it. As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for". Probably will not stay here again.

Stay away ! Holes in walls , mold in bathroom , reeked of smoke , light fixtures look like they lost the fight .! Only bright side was the staff … nice people .

The temperature outside was in the 30's. I tried turning on the heat via the thermostat. It didn't work at all. The room was freezing cold!! I went to the office and they told me the air conditioner is also the heater and the thermostat on the wall doesn't work. They should have let me beforehand

Nice little motel. The lady at the front desk was very nice. However, when I got into my room, it was freezing. I set the heater on the highest setting (80 degrees) and it was still only 62 degrees when I woke up in the morning. If they do an update on the heating/cooling system, it would be much better. The room was small but clean.

No real complaints. Other than some people being loud outside for a while late one night and the bathroom being a little outdated our stay was fine and our room was clean. It worked well for what we needed.

We checked out our room first and it smelled smoky. So they showed us another room and it was ok. They have ash trays on the window ledges so if the windows had been open and someone smoked it could get in room. There was no continental breakfast. Other than that it was ok.

Security was my issue , with there full time clientele , I didn't feel secure for my boat. Expedia discount was the difference it saved enough money. They wanted 90 per night. I could stay at a Marriott or better for that price. Over all solid 4 out of 6

This hotel is walking distance from the five food options and a 1 minute drive to mcdonalds and a 3 min drive to time hortons. This is a great location, i'll be staying again at this same location next year

Clean property. Quiet stay. Needs a couple updates or maintenance: bathroom door, bathroom heater cover. But it was a good, cheap place to stay. No continental breakfast even though hotels.com say it has it.
