New, and clean. Thoughtful layout, with washer and dryer, mini kitchen, perfect set-up. Good pool and onsen, 24 hours coffee, free HH Monday to Wednesday. Good breakfast. Free shuttle to BTS. 7-11 right across the entrance. Only comment is that funny noise from wall/ceiling, at 15F close to the end of the corridor. Will definitely come back.

I often choose this hotel when visiting Bangkok. It’s close to everything but a bit quieter than other parts of Sukhumvit and the quality of the rooms is excellent. The western options at the breakfast buffet could be better but the facilities are great and the golf simulator is an added bonus if you play.

This is my favorite hotel to stay in Bangkok, I have been staying with them thrice, the first time I lived there 17nights, and about a week the second and third times respectively. I felt very comfortable and relaxed, I spent a lot of time in the Den(big living room for people living in the hotel, you can work or have social interaction there), the happy hour on Monday to Wednesday brought me a lot happiness! And never forget to enjoy the Onsen! Overally it is not top luxury style though but absolutely modern and considerate, highly recommend!

The hotel facilities were excellent as was the breakfast. It was clean and efficiently run. Our room had a nice sized kitchen with stove top , microwave, full size fridge.There was a small living room with tv and streaming such as youtube. The bed was comfy and the bathroom had a good size shower and a bidet toilet. The re was a lovely pool on level 9 which was very nice especially in the early evening it closed at 8pm though. Elevators were fast and convenient as we were located on 16th floor . It was a 12 minute walk to the SRT, the elevated transportation system that was easy to use and connected to the MRT subway system. We managed to see all the sites we wanted to by using the SRT and MRT..

Quiet area, however our shower was clogged, fridge rim was broken, some staff were not accommodating. We asked to have a late checkout, they refused. They stated that all rooms were full but if you pay half the price, you can stay till 6pm.... Money grab I would say, concidering we stayed for 2 weeks and half of the duration we only stayed half of the time.

Only negative, was that the temperature for the shower was not easy to control. It took several tries of moving the handle around, in order to find the hot water. Next shower, handle in the exact same position still did not equal hot water.

因個人嘅問題，錯誤訂錯了無障礙房間，廁所比較容易濕滑，酒店位置距離bts站約8分鐘路程，但由bts走到酒店的路比較窄及比較多上落位置，如帶著行李箱有少許不便，但之後從酒店出bts可乘搭酒店shuttle bus,相當方便，酒店職員相當有善，早餐都不俗，床很舒服，每一晚都睡得很好，酒店旁有食肆及便利店，很方便，但不知是否訂錯了無障礙房間，房間比較不隔音

【新しいレジデンス。大浴場と朝食が印象的】　ホテル利用をしましたが、新しいレジデンスという感じできれいで、日本人の方が多い印象。少し部屋が狭いかな。　大浴場があるのと朝食が充実している（納豆等、日本人意識のメニューも多い）のが良い。中心部に近いが最寄り駅から結構歩くのが難点（一応駅までのシャトルバスを出してくれるが）。ただショッピングモールが多くてそのあたりを回るつもりなら良い立地。　ホテルの併設の商業施設に日系スーパーが入っているのと、徒歩10分くらいのところに大き目なスーパー等もあるので、生活にもそれなりに便利そうではある。

プロンポーン駅付近のホテルではベストのコスパと思われる。(高いお金を出せば良いホテルには泊まれるが） Staffの対応Good. 施設Good ；エレバーターの動き(大事)、ウォシュレット等水回りは日本製(TOTO)、温泉がある（使ったことは無い）改善要望；①シャワーの温度調整が難しい　②朝食のパンが美味しくない　③部屋に筆記用具が無いのでチョッとメモる時等不便。改善点はあるが、ベストなコスパだと思います。今回含め出張3連続でこのホテルに滞在しています。

A nice hotel with friendly staff. They run a free shuttle service to the local train station which is worthwhile using, otherwise about a 12 minute walk but poor footpaths. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice. It can get quite busy but we never saw it full. The breakfast area becomes a restaurant during the day & evening. A reasonable choice of foods and I can thoroughly recommend the duck with mashed potato.

Very happy stay for 10 days in a suite, couldn't have asked for much more from the room. It is well stocked with everything you could need, very sizeable, decent shower, no complaints. Very good location for getting around the city, the area has a big Japanese flavour and the hotel reflected this. Breakfast was decent but nothing special, but freshly made omlettes are a nice touch. Disappointed with the coffee and the fruit on offer but can't complain for the cost of the room per night. Staff were great and very attentive and friendly. Thanks to Joe, lunar, pup and the rest for taking good care of us.
