1 elevator broken at arrival. Tv wouldnt work. Phone in room wouldn't work to call front desk - never fixed. Phone in hall specifically to dial front desk didn't work. Door wouldn't close and lock properly without doing it just right. Bith elevators broken morning after check in. Unable to adequately provide breakfast for the entire 4 mornings we were there. Staff had little concern over any of these problems.

The facility was nice, clean and very well maintained. Staff was super welcoming and polite. The room was big, clean, had everything we needed and more! Beds were comfortable. Great noise isolation we didnt hear anything! This was the best hotel we stayed at in this area! We will definitely be staying here again in the future! Breakfast was good too. Everyone who worked there seems to enjoy what they do. There was also a computer conviniently located in the lobby that was great, as we needed to use it for something.

There were homeless people in the parking sleeping. We entered the property. The receptionist told us that we’re responsible for theft and damages to our car, which was pretty surprising. There was not enough parking space to move the car away from where the homeless folks tenting and sleeping.

Upon check in, their system was down. I understand it happens. Also a boil water notice on all doors. The hotel is in need if many repairs and it hasnt been kept up. The walls in our room had what looked like water drips or someone had thrown a beverage on the walls and window. I had to clean the windows, it was disgusting. Seemed to need alot of drywall repair all over the hotel. The hotel beside ours had the police at it at least 3x. People coming and going all day and night, slipping on and out of the shadows. And the parking was in that direction., so i felt concerned about my car. There was also a lady that had checked out of the hotel and was laying facedown on the concrete by the chairs in front of the hotel. All in all, not a pleasant stay and i dont recommend.

Location is convenient but looks a little shady with sign boards stating, please keep the things safe inside the car. Hotel is not responsible for your belongings. It is hard to carry luggage from the front parking lot.

Only 2 carts to use when taking luggage to room. None available! No spoons at breakfast after I had already gotten oatmeal with all the trimmings! Couldn’t eat with a fork after putting milk in! TV was very difficult to hear sound and voices ! I have good hearing! There were other places we could have chosen but went by the Marriott name! Two chairs in lobby only! Wasn’t worth the money we paid at all!

Noisy highway right next to the building. Housekeeping service terrible. Forgot to take trash, left their supplies in the room, did not make bed even though it was clear, asked for no air freshener which happened once but not the second time. Front desk staff great. The rest not great.

We were in a room with two queen beds. One of the beds had brown spots in the fitted sheets. The room was neat. Although we asked the front desk to put fresh sheets on the next day, when we ran into housekeeping, they were unaware of it. However, housekeeping was very nice and cleaned up the room. Rooms are refreshed every other day. since housekeeping came in on day 2, they did not "refresh" the room until day 5. We had to ask for clean towels regularly. We went to breakfast 20 minutes before it was over. There was no hot breakfast. Oatmeal was never made. There was one plate. They had cereal and milk, but no spoons. when we asked the front desk, they said they were low on supplies. The room was not as pictured. It had a chair and foot stool. no desk. It had a kitchen table that was broken on the edge. No couch, no desk.

It was really busy in the lobby area when we checked in and there was an issue with our reserved room, but the shift lead was able to quickly take care of it. She was so efficient and accommodating. There were some rowdy kids when we arrived but they settled down and we never heard a sound outside our room. Very well insulated rooms. The beds are incredibly comfortable. I think it was the best nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel.

When I went to my room, the linens were all on the floor and one of the mattresses was flipped up on the floor as well. The front desk was quick to apologize and get us a new room when I explained the situation. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with a 2 burner cook top, dishwasher, dishes and glasses, and a good size fridge. I was impressed with how nicely they designed the room to accommodate guests. The front desk clerk also greeted guests by name as they entered the facility. I would stay here again.

The hotel room number 222 did not have a working shower. They had no available rooms to move me to until Saturday night. I asked if a maintenance man was on site to fix it they said he starts on Monday. I left on Sunday. They changed my room to 221 on Saturday night, which was clean and had a working shower.

When we travel we like to have a room that has plenty of storage areas so we can unpack. This hotel had more than enough! It also had lights over each side of the king bed -- a small perk, perhaps, but for those of us who read in bed at night, a great perk! Plus, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and the free breakfast each morning was very good! We will definitely stay here again!

It's never comforting when they give your room to someone else when you are in that room! I'm glad I had the safety lock so that they did not walk in while I was changing. The sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain as well.

This property needs a complete disinfecting and upgrading of furniture. It was a very disappointing and unpleasant stay which is very unusal for Marriott . There was an issue of no water and the staff was very unprofessional in handling the situation. One receptionist hung up before I even ask the status of the water situation.
