We stayed here for doctor appointments. It was 1:00 pm and I was charged extra because my dog was crying when we had to leave him. I could understand if it was late in the evening. The swimming pool was very cold. We won't be staying here for follow up appointments.

We enjoyed all the amenities and with ease. The staff was attenrive and friendly. The food was delicious. We just with the pool were a littlw bigfer and there were more towels in the pool area. Everything was fantastic!

The stat was pleasant and conveniently attached to the Sanford hospital. So nice to be able to walk to visit patient and back to hotel room. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool was a plus for the kids. Staff was very friendly.

Maybe a hot tub is not the most important part of a hotel stay, but it was for me on this particular trip. The hot tub was running but it had a jet pushing ice cold water so the tub temperature was the same as the pool. Very disappointing and the staff were obviously not aware of this malfunction. Other than that the hotel was good. Breakfast was Ok.

Overall, it’s one of the cleaner hotels I have stayed at in Sioux Falls. The bathroom has pocket doors, which is annoying. It’s impossible to close or open them without smashing a finger or breaking a nail. Housekeeping did not reset our alarm clock when they were cleaning the room from the prior guest, alarm went off at 6am. I don’t think any of the clocks were reset, as they could be heard through out the day. There was food left in the freezer from a prior guest as well.

Skywalk to hospital was great. Two complaints…the pillows were awful. No support at all. Even stacking two, they just hugged your head and you sunk right in. I had hoped the breakfast options would have been better, but that wasn’t a deal breaker. I’ll bring my own pillow or buy one next time.

This hotel is more expensive than what I can afford to spend but the convenience of the hotel being connected to the best health care facility in this part of the USA makes it worth the expense. I had a procedure that required me to be overnight close to the hospital. Both the staff at the hospital and hotel offered great service to me and my family.

We loved the skyway to the hospital. We could stay parked and walk over. Alyssa at the front desk is top notch!! She is kind, helpful and the perfect person for that role. She was empathetic to different situations her guests were dealing with being next to the hospital and very accommodating. She made our stay during unfortunate circumstances pleasant.

Best service I've received in a long time at a hotel. Wish more knew how to make you feel comfortable and at home. Will for sure stay here again if in the area!

They really helped us in a time of need. The staff were always so quick to accommodate our needs and requests. Thank you for your empathy in our difficult circumstance! It made having a place outside the hospital a refuge to get refreshed to go back to what we needed to do.
