This place is amazing! It is an Old Hacienda… with modern day luxuries… The wine cellar had a wall waterfall. So many antiques throughout the house!! Many passage ways. The outdoor garden, pool, koi pond all just so relaxing after a long drive. My husband and I will definitely be back again for a longer stay. Don’t forget to try the wine.

A cool experience in a very unique hotel. The outdoors in beautifully landscaped with a Koi pond that has food available for you to feed them. The retro gameroom is equipped with a billiards table, TVs, a ping pong table and a kitchenette. The pool is large and DEEP. I spoke with the owner on the phone and he was very kind. Rhonda checked us in when we arrived after dark and gave us a tour. She took us to the wine cellar which is something everyone should experience. We will definitely put Vineyard Hacienda in our plans when we return to SoCal. Thanks for the memories!

We actually didnt stay. The water wasnt working. The septic was backed up and the shower wouldn't drain and smelled like sewer. The pool was cloudy and disgusting and the hot tub wasnt working. Im still expecting my refund. We were forced to find another place.

The ambience at this place is amazing. It doesn't feel like a hotel; you feel like you've snagged a room on a rich person's hacienda. I didn't give it full stars because the signage and communication were lacking. You have to call (by phone) to get someone to come and check you in. There is no check-in desk, which adds to the ambience, but if you don't know about that in advance, you'll be like me--circling the place on foot and by car, to find someone to check you in. Once inside, it's a maze of corridors with beautiful, museum-like rooms roped off. These also add to the ambience. But trying to remember where that office was, for a person (like me) with no sense of direction, was a nightmare. When we wanted to check out, I did find the office (after going up and down several hallways several times), but the door was locked. It was about 9:00 a.m. I then went outside, looking for someone. Then, I finally realized, I could call the same number I had called to check in. Did that, and a person came immediately. Advance information would have saved me a lot of stress.
