Wasco Inn

The room was dirty and in poor condition. The motel was definitely not family-friendly. There were people who were obviously stoned freaking out in the parking lot. The owner overcharged me by $11 but I went back to the office the next morning and showed him the amount listed on the Hotels.com receipt and insisted he refund me that amount and he did! The motel’s advertising is misleading. They advertise that there is a restaurant and bar and even show a restaurant in the motel photo and there is no restaurant. There is a very old building that was a restaurant probably many years ago. The swimming pool is empty and looks as if it hasn’t been used in years. It is a very poor motel and I would never stay there again.

Staff insisted they took cash only, even with a card reader on the counter. No atm. Kinda rude. Was not notified of this at time of booking. They have a $20 lost room key fee as well.

It was so dirty and run down I left, I would suggest taking it off your add list. I asked for a refund and got no where.

Outlets didn’t work and no door in the bathroom

Credit card reader was not working, clerk demanded cash. I did not have cash so they put me on the street.Pool was non functional, half full of scum water. Exterior dirty and broken down. Makes me wonder about hotels.com Horrible experience
