This hotel was very clean and had great breakfast options! There were a few downsides to what room we were in particularly, our room had a bright white flashing from the smoke detector, and we were next to a laundry chute so there was a weird sound every 3 seconds. We think it was the air current going through the chute but we weren't sure. The room was cozy but wished we had more space in between the bed and the desk. The pool was also in good condition and nice and warm. I would stay at this hotel again!

Everything was awesome. Within walking distance to quite a few restaurants and entertainment. Walmart is just a short walk away as well. The beds were very soft and the hotel was extremely quiet. The swimming pool was just right temperature for a cold winter day.

I was very upset that the pool was shut down. This was the entire reason I booked this hotel. I had even looked at the hotel website before booking to check. Then we were not even told when I arrived I had to ask. The front desk worker was very nice but didn't know who I should contact. Then, during our stay, I found a used soap bar in the shower and a dirty stranger sock next to the bed. .

Smelled like natural gas and sweaty socks. Beds are horribly uncomfortable and we ended up buying our own pillows just to sleep. Pool was closed. Lights in the parking lot at night never came on so had to park vehicle as close to your room window as possible just in case.

Nice foyer area near front desk and also the neat breakfast nook hidden behind a French door with plenty of tables and chairs. Concerning they had a roof leak in the dining area. It was hidden behind a tarp. Enjoyed the indoor pool. Concerned with the mold on the ceiling in a room inside the pool area. Very humid in there also being it was a heated pool. Probably needs more ventilation. Saw some exterior repairs that needs to be addressed as well; electrical conduit broken and straps missing, a screen needed to be screwed down, and I believe some gutters out back needed to be strapped down/fixed. The front exterior sliding door was loud and not properly working. Frustrated when we would go out the side door and there’s no card pad to reenter so had to go around front to get back in. Most hotels have keypads all around building. The room was nice and spacious. A little concerning there seemed to be a lot of moisture in the room on the floor. Didn’t know if it had to do with the leaks in the building. It would be a great hotel with some care and much needed repairs. I feel they need to bring in professional contractors and not just handy/maintenance men who work there. That’s too much on their plate. I hope you share this with the hotel for recommendations.

Great staff, dirty pool, paper thin walls, and as far as comfort goes, I may. As well have slept outside on the side walk for free. Instead I wasted my money on a room I couldn't even sleep in due to discomfort.

Front desk was friendly. For the second time during a visit to this hotel the toilet did not work. We put up with it one day waiting for maintenance. By the second day they offered to let change rooms. The curtains were torn and dirty. The chair at the desk was worn and peeling. There was a large spot outside our door maybe Clorox spill? The cabinet that held the refrigerator was chipped, the door barely closed. The fitness center floor was very dirty. This hotel needs new furniture, ne curtains, carpeting, and a good cleaning.

Property was in nice area. We stayed overnight out of necessity as someone was having a sleep study done. The hotel lobby is nice. The staff was nice. Check in went smoothly. I didn’t think the room was anything special. Beds were just okay. Could’ve been more comfortable . My bottom sheet had what looked to be an old stain from Candy or a popsicle. I could tell that it had been bleached. Since near the foot of the bed and relatively small I didn’t stress over it. Felt the bathroom floor around the edges could’ve been cleaner. The toilet was standard size - which I’m not handicapped, but for older people like my mom it would be nice to have the chair height. Just a suggestion. Also the toilet seat was very loose. An easy fix. We did not stay for breakfast so no opinions on that. It was one of the cheaper hotel options in Enid for that side of town. Probably would not stay there again unless my only option. .

The first room we were given had trash on the floor in the corner. In addition, the air conditioner was in pieces and not even plugged in. Second room was better but not what one would expect for $100/night. The carpets were filthy and you could tell that they don't really clean the room. they may have changed the sheets and towels but that was about it. The bathroom door had something on it, I am guessing hair spray or deodorant that someone had sprayed. I used a wetwipe to clean the door off. The shower curtain barely it the tub so water went everywhere when the shower was used. I don't think I really like the idea of putting full sized bathroom products in the rooms. Grouting and caulking in the tub was gross and moldy. There was one light switch that didn't work, could be an electrical issue. As I stood there flipping it on and off I envisioned the tv going on and off in the room next door! IYKYK. So basically just an OK place to stay, but won't stay there again.

Old horrible hotel. Dated, dirty and in disrepair. Cleaning service only on 3rd day. Burnt out light bulbs in room. Thread bare towels. Paper thin bed covers. Extra small pillows. Modern 4 story hotel. Everything seemed very new and fresh. We had 2 tv's in our king-size room. Separate sitting area and bedroom. The only problem we had was getting the remote to work on the tv in the bedroom. We used the one in the sitting area and that seemed to help.

Nice for lower star hotel. Our only complaint is the flashing smoke detectors above the bed. If you’re sensitive to light when you sleep, I don’t recommend staying here. Otherwise it was a good stay.

After arriving slightly early we came into a rickety sliding front door to check in. The girl behind desk seemed stressed and would not let us check in a bit early, so we waited patiently. We then went to our room near laundry shoot (noisy) where we discovered an old bed spring bed (extremely uncomfortable), a shabby room with walls in ruin and shower/toilet very janky. The WiFi didn’t work at all but luckily had hotspot to rebook another room elsewhere to sleep comfortably while in town for a family emergency. I reached out to Hotels.com to retrieve a 2 day refund but Country Inn in Enid would not refund us. The price we paid for this 2 day stay was absolutely not worth the money and on top of that we had to book another hotel so we could sleep comfortably in a clean room while in town for a very hard family issue. I am disappointed this hotel would not accommodate this refund. Trust me when I say I highly recommend staying elsewhere if you have a choice. The ratings on Hotels.com were misleading stating “exceptional”. Hardly the case.

I do not recommend this hotel. The first room I was given, appeared clean and tidy, but the bed was broken completely. When I sat down on it, the entire head of the bed dropped to the floor and the foot raised up. I called the desk manager, he was very polite and helpful, he immediately came up to look at the issue. He moved me into another room. The bed was not broken, but this room appeared dirty. The arm chair was black, tiles were broken all over the floor, pictures on the walls were dirty/dusty, and the overall feel was just gross. You can tell they are trying to make little decorative upgrades, but the work is poor quality, and messy. The towels were on the bottom shelf of the bathroom vanity, but it was covered in dust. The towels themselves were threadbare and unraveling on the ends. The pillows are laughable. Tiny little cotton ball puffs with zero support for a good nights rest.

Nice foyer area near front desk and also the neat breakfast nook hidden behind a French door with plenty of tables and chairs. Concerning they had a roof leak in the dining area. It was hidden behind a tarp. Enjoyed the indoor pool. Concerned with the mold on the ceiling in a room inside the pool area. Very humid in there also being it was a heated pool. Probably needs more ventilation. Saw some exterior repairs that needs to be addressed as well; electrical conduit broken and straps missing, a screen needed to be screwed down, and I believe some gutters out back needed to be strapped down/fixed. The front exterior sliding door was loud and not properly working. Frustrated when we would go out the side door and there’s no card pad to reenter so had to go around front to get back in. Most hotels have keypads all around building. The room was nice and spacious. A little concerning there seemed to be a lot of moisture in the room on the floor. Didn’t know if it had to do with the leaks in the building. It would be a great hotel with some care and much needed repairs. I feel they need to bring in professional contractors and not just handy/maintenance men who work there. That’s too much on their plate. I hope you share this with the hotel for recommendations.

We stayed for an extended stay of 5 nights. The hotel staff knew we had 4 people in a double queen room. However, they stated they are “not allowed” to give any replacement towels, but they would “give us one.” We were told to take the dirty towels down to the “laundry shoot” ourselves, and were never given fresh ones after that. The room was not cleaned one time while we were there. We did not expect the hotel to clean the room, we just needed fresh towels! The positives: The pool is clean and a nice area to relax. The breakfast has a lot of options, and they also provided “to-go” options as well.

We have had the most terrible experience at your hotel. The hotel room is disgusting, the first staff member we met was very rude and made it seem like we were a huge inconvenience to him. Today was the worst. We asked for maid service and stayed away from the room from 10-7. We stopped by the front desk on 3 occasions making sure the room would be cleaned. we returned to the room still not clean and requested our own garbage bag and towel from downstairs. The quality was equal to what I would expect from a much cheaper hotel. The current lady working at the front desk was exceptionally kind and understanding to our frustration. Additionally, the bathroom door doesn’t shut correctly. If you shut it you have to put all your weight into it to open it because it sticks shut. We have 4 people staying in the room and received 2 towels, the bathtub faucet is falling off. The toilet was clogged when we got here and the guy downstairs had us come down to get a plunger to unclog it ourselves. The toilet seat is also loose. Management would not respond to my messages and calls about a refund.

We had excellent service by the front desk staff. We could not get the sound to work on our TV the first night and the front desk person came to our room with a different remote. I can't remember her first name. The TV still didn't work but she said the maintenance person would be there in the morning which was fine with us. The next morning the front desk person, Kristian, assessed the TV and he said he would get us a different room. When we got to the new room, that TV wouldn't work and Kristian got another remote and got the TV to work. This is a long story, but the summary is that Kristian and the evening front desk person provided excellent customer service to resolve the TV issues and did so cheerfully. They went out of their way to make our stay a good one. It was clean and had a good breakfast but the staff is what will make us come back the next time we are in Enid.

I booked a room through Hotels.com four days prior to staying. I show up to check in, and am told that they overbooked the hotel and that I have to stay next door at their "sister hotel". Do yourself a favor and stay at the Springfield Inn by Marriott, two blocks to the West.

Everything was awesome. Within walking distance to quite a few restaurants and entertainment. Walmart is just a short walk away as well. The beds were very soft and the hotel was extremely quiet. The swimming pool was just right temperature for a cold winter day.

The most remarkable thing about this hotel was the front desk agent. Sorry I didn't get her name but she was awesome and very helpful. The hotel is very nice. The location was very convenient but this is definitely a an urban hotel row. Nothing pretty or very walkable. A good nights sleep.

Overall, a very nice value for hotel stay. Country Inn has a nice, welcoming vibe in the foyer. Citrus infused water, apples, oranges, coffee and cookies are available. Breakfast was great! With DIY pancakes, sausages, eggs, potatoes,oatmeal to name a few. Grab and go option, ie bagels, muffins, fruit are available.

This hotel was very clean and had great breakfast options! There were a few downsides to what room we were in particularly, our room had a bright white flashing from the smoke detector, and we were next to a laundry chute so there was a weird sound every 3 seconds. We think it was the air current going through the chute but we weren't sure. The room was cozy but wished we had more space in between the bed and the desk. The pool was also in good condition and nice and warm. I would stay at this hotel again!

Looks clean from a distance, but not up close. The breakfast has gone downhill also They fill it up at 6am and don't refill anything. By 8am no muffins, milk, OJ, just to name a few. I asked the breakfast kitchen lady and she said everything was thawing and still frozen. Now it's like they're only allowed to put out so much food and once it's gone that's it and what is left of the hot food if any, is crusty and old been sitting there for a couple hours. Cream cheese sitting out at room temperature when the package says keep refrigerated.
