We really love this hotel. Been here a few times. Stayed 2 days this trip. The staff is very professional and nice. My only complaint is one of the days the pool was not in service so my son was disappointed. However it was fixed for the second day. A suggestion I have is……. it would be nice if they have bacon with their breakfast buffet.

The location and surrounding shopping area are very nice. The hotel lobby and room were nicely decorated and very clean. The staff were also very nice. Unfortunately, I had no hot water in my room and the desk staff was aware of the issue when I called to notify and April said she should have said something when I checked in but for me to run the water in my sink and shower for 10-15 minutes for hot water which I did. The water never got better than lukewarm. This was highly unacceptable and a major inconvenience. No offer to move me to another room, no discount, or anything was made. If I had not already unpacked and was ready to shower in that moment, I would have requested a different room. My group reservation was made months in advance and if there was an issue with the water heater, I should have been notified or moved prior to check in. This was indeed poor customer service and accommodations on behalf of the hotel. It made my seemingly very nice stay less attractive.

Convenient location for the destination. I thought the room was a little pricey fori thhe value received as the shower was not operating properly and it was in a tub. The toilet was too low, not chair height.& the tv was arduous to use. They had a good breakfasts, the staff was friendly and the facilities very clean, although the sink was slow to drain.

Power was lost for almost 2 hours. We were never contacted by anyone during this time. In the morning staff never brought up the lost of power. When questioned they were not willing to adjust room charges. We were told it was do to a storm, however the rain occurred after power was restored.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our son arrived early and I was able to talk with some one from the front desk ahead of time so she was looking out for him and he was able to check in and get into the room before we arrived! I was so thankful for her help and she was so welcoming when we arrived. I felt so at ease! The room was clean and comfortable and great breakfast in the morning! This is a great location with lots of places within walking distance!
