The room was clean the breakfast area was clean and the breakfast staff was really helpful. The breakfast was ok they have waffles which my kids liked. The omelets were not yummy. The biscuits were hard The walls in our room were dirty and could use to be painted. The swimming pool was FREEZING COLD. The hot tub was warm, I thought it could have been hotter. The air-conditioning worked amazingly well.

The room was very nice. The Hot tub was luke warm which was not ideal, and the swimming pool was ice cold~~ Also the shower was luke warm also. Could not get it hot, which I like to take a hot shower instead of lukewarm shower. The staff was super friendly~~~

Nice and clean. Warm breakfast with good coffee. Says they are pet friendly but when we arrived we were informed of a $50 pet fee…. that’s excessive! Our tiny non shedding dog was there overnight and cost $50? Not ok.

Check in was good and property was fairly clean, but that is when the good ended. We had a couple of issues that upset us. 1. We were staying for 2 nights and asked for a cleaning between nights and the desk staff said no. We asked the cleaning lady on our floor and she had no problem and did a quick clean and towel swap for us. 2. A staff member brought her entire family into the pool and one of the little ones pooped in pool causing all to evacuate. Pool was down rest of stay. Although, girl working desk at night was great, very helpful.

The breakfast was great. The room had a lot of amenities. The staff was very friendly. We felt that the carpet was quite worn and the sheet had stains. Those were not appetizing features. The bathroom door was next to impossible to open. It was a sliding Barn type door. We felt it was probably a little overpriced.

Wonderful stay at The Hampton Inn in Brigham City! Made reservations because of the rave reviews and was not disappointed. The facility is clean, the staff efficient and friendly. Our room was spotless and was very comfortable. It’s a ways from the freeway but worth the drive. Close to restaurants and stores. Will stay again if we’re in this city again.

Front desk was VERY friendly. The overall look and feel of the hotel is nice. The room is small. The walls are filthy. The shower needs a good scrub. It's like they are surface cleaning, everything is wiped down but once you sit and look, you see that things are not that clean. Crack in the wall that one would think the would repair. Nice, big nahroom with lots of counter space and big shower. The beds are pretty hard but not horrible. The breakfast was ok. Had these weird cheese omelettes that sound good but odd taste and texture. Potatoes were excellent. Variety is your average breakfast with waffle iron, oatmeal, etc. Not terrible hotel by any means but I wouldn't stay again because I expect more for the price.

The sink and shower didn't assist to have anything more than a quick wipe for cleaning. The shower had orange soap scum build up and the under mount sink hadn't been cleaned at the under counter for some time. The breakfast was OK but not what I expected for a hotel rated as highly as it was.

So, the front desk help, needs help. The clerk was watching an unruly dog for a friend while checking us in. She also thought my last name was my first name, twice, during two different stays. Forgive me, but I pretty sure most people would think that Ronald is a first name. The room… check the shower door runner, can you say MOLD, big time. I have pictures if you’re interested. Also, it might be a good idea to have the coffee cup lids fit the cups. Just saying. One last thing, I don’t know what the hotel policy is, but two very large dogs existed the elevator, owner in tow and nearly knocked two cups of coffee out of my hands. All in all, these are things that can be easily remedied.

My issue is with the room being a king suite and having a tiny fridge that wouldn't hardly fit a take out box, and being such a huge room the couch felt miles away from the 40ish inch TV so far away you actually have to move closer to use the old school dish remote. So maybe just update the furnishings. Other wise the stay was fine.

This Hampton was centrally located. Staff and Housekeeping personnel were exceptional. We stayed in a King room on the 4th floor and I must say it was the largest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Will definitely stay again while in the area visiting family!

The staff was really nice, the property is clean. However, none of the ice machines had ice and the drapes in our room wouldn't close, only the window shade, which still allowed quite a bit of light in, so we were wide awake by 6:30. Also, Hilton Hotels, which Hampton Inn is a part of, swapped out their thick, comfy mattresses for smaller, horribly hard mattresses. It's like trying to sleep on a concrete slab. So we won't be staying in Hilton Hotels anymore.

As a HH member I found the login for wifi frustrating. It was aimed at getting people to sign up for HH. Staff did tell me how to bypass but it was still heavy sell. Not sure it is good for the brand.

Everything was fine except for the noise from the hallway & other rooms. Fortunately it all ended by 10 p.m. I was surprised by the amount of noise that we could hear from other rooms, everytime a neighboring door was opened & closed. Usually hotels have better noise control for the rooms. One reason, I'm sure, had to do with the fact that there was a good size opening at the bottom of the door. Noise & light shine through those gaps.

The clerk insisted I provide a "document" indicating that my animal was a service dog, when no such thing exists. Documents that people provide are typically factitious and are sold by scammers on the Internet. I ended up disclosing confidential medical information before they accepted my dog as a service animal. Additionally, the toilet sometimes did not flush and a ceiling tile was loose in the bathroom, causing a very loud noise when you turned on the fan. The television service provided did not include all major networks and was very difficult to navigate.

The hotel was easy to find and the staff was amazing. The bed and bedding was ok but i think it could have been more comfortable. The breakfast both days was perhaps the best breakfast I've had at a hotel, and each day we were greeted kindly and asked if there was anything we needed. I observed the service staff personally making more eggs for a couple that had dietary restrictions and i thought that was amazing. Anyway., Other than the beds being not that comfortable everything was truly amazing and we will stay here again,.

The property and the room were very clean. However, after I made the reservation through Expedia, I called the front desk and told them we needed the 1st floor and accessible. Whoever was on the desk at 5:52 pm on Sunday the 22nd said she would take care of it. It sounded like she was typing it into the reservation as I hung up. When we arrived, we were told that there was no indication that we requested it. And because we used a 3rd party, the room could not be changed. This left a bad taste in my mouth. We both had trouble getting up off the commode as there was nothing to grab on to lift up and the commodes are too short for 6 foot people. There should be a requirement for all bathrooms in hotels/motels that there be grab bars around every commode. Think about it!!

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter and I and my daughter's three children--two of whom are on the autism spectrum. We arrived early and a room wasn't quite ready, but they opened up the dining area for us so we could eat and avoid a meltdown with the kids. They were absolutely fantastic, treating us as if we were the most important people in the world. Can't wait to stay there again!

We weren't expecting to stay at a hotel, but a sudden fire and evacuation order changed that. The staff was very helpful in checking us in, and the complimentary breakfast was good, with the kitchen staff politely greeting us and making sure we had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

We arranged with Expedia to have a king size bed and when we got there they sold out all of the king size rooms and we were stuck with 2 queen beds after we paid extra. The staff was not helpful and courteous at all to accommodate us even though they sold a king size right before us.

Nice hotel and staff. Great location to walk to local restaurants and local businesses. Old town Brigham City is nostalgic and so relaxed to walk down Main Street checking out the businesses. Will stay here again.
