Llegue muy cansada y hay que subir escaleras, después de todo el día caminar y subir y bajar escaleras. Fue lo que no me gusto. Su comida es buena., no cuentan con teléfono y aunque informe fueran por maletas a x hora no fue así, tuve que cargarlas

Friendly and helpful reception, cute rooms with nice gardens. The pool needed improving though, like the addition of some sun bathing, deck chairs not just plastic garden chairs plus plants need abit more looking after in that area. As well as the pond topping up with some more water.

La habitación no cuenta con cafetera a como indica la página. El hotel el sencillo pero bonito, eso sí, no lo recomendaría para adultos mayores ya que solo hay escaleras para llegar a las habitaciones

Fue decepcionante encontrar que nada era como en las fotos… La alberca terrible y sucia, las habitaciones más o menos pero ropa de cama y toallas pésimas, rotas o viejas. El clima goteando y ningún control servía. Al llegar nadie nos ayudo con el equipaje aún viendo la cantidad que llevábamos. En general no vale lo que cobran.

Location: off the road to Palenque ruins. Car a must have, or taxi. Great pool, poll side restaurant and bar, property located in the middle of the jungle so humidity an issue to be expected. TV, AC, WC did not work but issues were solved reaaaally fast.

This property is a great value. The pool is great. The location is great. We were there when it was very, very hot, so I can understand why the staff were a little disinterested in working. The rooms are really nice with the balcony. Unfortunately because the property is not as well cared for as it may have once been, there are several openings where the cockroaches sneak in. That was I’m only complaint.

Cet hotel pourrait être très agréable si il était remis en état. On dirait qu’il a été totalement laissé à l’abandon. Les draps et rideaux troués, les fauteuils de la petite terrasse tombent en morceaux, la piscine n’est pas aménagée ( seulement de la terre avec un peu d’herbe) , des odeurs terribles d’égout dans le restaurant, et j’en passe…. Les photos sur internet sont trompeuses.

Las habitaciones son muy viejas, el clima tiraba agua, una de las cortinas estaba desgarrada, el agua de los baños tenía un olor a óxido. El personal muy amable y buena ubicación, es lo rescatable.

My husband & I stayed for 6 nights while visiting the ruins & all the INCREDIBLE waterfalls & we enjoyed the property very much! Check in was a delight! The young man was very sweet & chatted with us for some time. (I prepaid which made check in even easier) I recommend an upstairs room with a balcony & table with chairs. So nice to relax in the jungle setting after playing around all day. In addition, the king bed was sooooo comfortable & room service came everyday to make up the room. My only issue was the bathroom. It’s definitely in need of a remodel but the hot water was hot & the pressure great. I read the reviews about the staff. I’m on the fence about that issue. In the restaurant they definitely don’t jump up quickly or acknowledge you right away & sometimes I had to grab a menu myself, but hey, you’re in Mexico, nobody’s in a hurry & I like that! & the chilaquiles were delicious!! One more thing I’d like to mention. They are doing their part in reducing the use of plastic bottles! There is a pitcher in the room & they will fill it with water anytime. Bravo Axkan!!! We had a lovely time & really enjoyed the beautiful grounds & palapa style surroundings. Thank you!

My husband & I stayed for 6 nights while visiting the ruins & all the INCREDIBLE waterfalls & we enjoyed the property very much! Check in was a delight! The young man was very sweet & chatted with us for some time. (I prepaid which made check in even easier) I recommend an upstairs room with a balcony & table with chairs. So nice to relax in the jungle setting after playing around all day. In addition, the king bed was sooooo comfortable & room service came everyday to make up the room. My only issue was the bathroom. It’s definitely in need of a remodel but the hot water was hot & the pressure great. I read the reviews about the staff. I’m on the fence about that issue. In the restaurant they definitely don’t jump up quickly or acknowledge you right away & sometimes I had to grab a menu myself, but hey, you’re in Mexico, nobody’s in a hurry & I like that! & the chilaquiles were delicious!! El hotel está excelente, todo el personal es muy amable y atentos. Lo único malo que tal vez no tiene que ver con el hotel pero las calles para accesar están demasiado angostas y en mal estado

Location: off the road to Palenque ruins. Car a must have, or taxi. Great pool, poll side restaurant and bar, property located in the middle of the jungle so humidity an issue to be expected. TV, AC, WC did not work but issues were solved reaaaally fast.

This property is a great value. The pool is great. The location is great. We were there when it was very, very hot, so I can understand why the staff were a little disinterested in working. The rooms are really nice with the balcony. Unfortunately because the property is not as well cared for as it may have once been, there are several openings where the cockroaches sneak in. That was I’m only complaint.

Cet hotel pourrait être très agréable si il était remis en état. On dirait qu’il a été totalement laissé à l’abandon. Les draps et rideaux troués, les fauteuils de la petite terrasse tombent en morceaux, la piscine n’est pas aménagée ( seulement de la terre avec un peu d’herbe) , des odeurs terribles d’égout dans le restaurant, et j’en passe…. Les photos sur internet sont trompeuses.

Llegue muy cansada y hay que subir escaleras, después de todo el día caminar y subir y bajar escaleras. Fue lo que no me gusto. Su comida es buena., no cuentan con teléfono y aunque informe fueran por maletas a x hora no fue así, tuve que cargarlas

My husband & I stayed for 6 nights while visiting the ruins & all the INCREDIBLE waterfalls & we enjoyed the property very much! Check in was a delight! The young man was very sweet & chatted with us for some time. (I prepaid which made check in even easier) I recommend an upstairs room with a balcony & table with chairs. So nice to relax in the jungle setting after playing around all day. In addition, the king bed was sooooo comfortable & room service came everyday to make up the room. My only issue was the bathroom. It’s definitely in need of a remodel but the hot water was hot & the pressure great. I read the reviews about the staff. I’m on the fence about that issue. In the restaurant they definitely don’t jump up quickly or acknowledge you right away & sometimes I had to grab a menu myself, but hey, you’re in Mexico, nobody’s in a hurry & I like that! & the chilaquiles were delicious!! One more thing I’d like to mention. They are doing their part in reducing the use of plastic bottles! There is a pitcher in the room & they will fill it with water anytime. Bravo Axkan!!! We had a lovely time & really enjoyed the beautiful grounds & palapa style surroundings. Thank you!

Un lugar exelente si el plan es una estancia corta para relajarse y escapar de la oficina la comida es rica y bien servida. Muy bien cuidada las instalaciones y el sonido de las aves al despertar es maravilloso

The pool was full of leaves, the bathroom had a lot of mold and very unkept, the shower head was also full of lime. The room had no coffee maker or a mini fridge. The pictures on the website are very deceiving. I would honestly not recommend this place to any of my friends/family.
