This is the second time we’ve stayed at Homewood suites. They have an excellent breakfast, the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. It’s located near the Columbia River with a walking park. The only thing we miss when we visit is an indoor pool, but the exercise room is great with excellent equipment. We will always stay here when on the tri-cities.

The bed comfort was awful, including the flat pillows. Pictures online showed a hot tub that was non-existent. When I called down to the front desk to see where the hot tub was, they said, "There isn't one, we need to update our listings". There was also a notice placed under my door on Monday that there would be a fire alarm test. I figured I'm at work during the day, so it would be fine. I had traveled 10 hrs that day, starting at 12 midnight, then worked 8 hrs when I got into town. Needless to say, I was exhausted. Unfortunately, the bed was rough and I didn't sleep well at all. Tuesday and Wednesday, I was up early and worked long days teaching CPR classes and tossing and turning at night due to being uncomfortable. I was dead on my feet at the end of the day on Wednesday. At around 10 pm on Wednesday, just as I had finally fallen asleep, the fire alarm went off. I hesitated, remembering the notice. Thinking maybe I read it wrong. But with it being so late and not stopping, I packed my essential things, got dressed, and headed out. Halfway to the elevator, it stopped. I couldn't go back to sleep after that. Thursday, I had another long day at work and was hoping to just sleep. But, no luck. I had fallen asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow at 6-ish. Again, the fire alarm went off around 7 pm. Just as I had jumped up and started to get dressed, it stopped. This was an extremely frustrating trip, to say the least!

The Property was overrated for the price. The room, even though located on the 4th floor was NOISY! I believe it was the air handling unit on the roof that cycled every ten minuets or so thus not allowing for a comfortable sleep. The room was large and so it needed a coffee table in addition to just a foot stool. And while it may only be a little item, I have had a better quality toilet paper in Port-o-Potties (In 20 yrs or Fighting Wildland Fires you visit a LOT of Outhouses).

Although the stay was overall good, The room we were in sounded as though there was a air conditioning unit above it, which made sleeping hard. I am not a fan of housekeeping vacuuming the hallway at 7-8 am is not good. The appointments and bed were comfortable and classy.

the pool over looked the river and had great seating options. parking lot looped, so easy to get in and out. we sadly had the dumpster view bottom room for a 1 night stay - and we had to keep the curtain closed- there is lots of room and could sleep 11 with roll-aways but there is only seating for 5. really great otherwise.

There are many things we liked about this property. It is a great spot, with a wonderful view and lots to do. Plenty of great dining options nearby. Our suite was well provisioned, with a full kitchen. My biggest issue was that there was a terrible droning noise all night long, reverberating through my bed. It was very much like trying to sleep on a jet aircraft. Not sure what caused it - maybe the AC unit in a neighboring room. Otherwise, one other improvement would be to provide some streaming options on the TV, such as Netflix, Prime, or Apple TV. Cable TV just doesn't suffice anymore.

I book a king room. When I arrived around 6pm I was told I had a double and they did not have any other rooms available. I showed the reservation and that I had booked the room weeks ahead. I like this hotel and for the most part stay at this hotel every time I come to Richland. I will be booking another hotel next time.

Our room was right next to the exit door which was extremely loud door and woke us up at 4am several times. Other than that it was great. Best place in town I'd say. Comfortable, generous amount of space, excellent breakfast (free!) and the grounds and pool were nice. Wish it had a lounge. Front desk guy was not very friendly but everyone else was nice especially the cleaning ladies!

we picked the hotel from random and were all really happy with the afternoon happy hour/ small plates as well as the breakfast. The hotel was comfortable and clean, our team will be staying there again next month now as well. I would also bring my family here when I am in the area on vacation.

Very good location for our visit. Nice location next to the river and our room had a wonderful view of the park and river. Very clean. The Wednesday night complimentary dinner was well put together, tasty, and the wine and beer was a nice touch even though I do not have any drinks. Breakfast by Angelica was excellent during the weekdays! She was not only a good cook, she was friendly and welcoming. She showed extra attention to the children who were visiting... I was very impressed. The hotel made it easy for us to reserve the billard room for the three of us staying, as well as our guest of seven. The hotel staff was very accommodating. The beds were good and comfortable. I would recommend this place without hesitation.
