This place is great if you like small boutique style hotels. Its not a big chain and has tons of charm. They have a jacuzzi and rooftop bar. Did feel a bit lonely but maybe they dont have tons of rooms. Centrally located and thank goodness had ac. Small but quaint.

Noise prevented us from sleeping.Great location, walking distance to everywhere. Rooms were lovely and comfortable,roof top views were amazing,bar and jacuzzi. Staff were very helpful and polite Downside was the noise from the street and the church bells ringing the whole night. Also we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs,which was a pain. Read less

Very nice Hotel, clean and friendly staff. BUT, it says parking available. It is not, parking is almost across the city at the main Hotel and the service to park there and bringing us back did cost us 2 hours arriving and almost 2 hours when we left.

Mal. En el anuncio no dicen que la habitación está en cuarto piso que hay que subir por escaleras. Además, el baño tiene problemas de cañería porque huele muy mal, a caño. Y cuando se hace la reservación dice que cuenta con estacionamiento, pero cuando llegué al hotel, el estacionamiento tuvo un costo adicional, 250 pesos por noche. Por último, hay un problema de alguna plaga en ese hotel, porque a mi pareja le picó algún insecto, parecían picaduras de chinche.

Excelente ubicación, y bonito roof top bar, la atención de la dueña muy amable. Toallas rotas y sucias, focos fundidos, mal olor en el baño y ventanas de madera que no sellan o cierran bien dejando pasar la luz o el viento. El jacuzzi estaba frio y no lo pudieron prender a tiempo, no prepararon la cama para dormir ni repusieron las aguas de cortesía y aunque se corrigieron muchos de estos temas, no esta bien que los huéspedes tengan que estar exigiendo estas correcciones.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfortable, the room was nicely decorated, and the rooftop terrace was beautiful. Everyone we met was very friendly and the building felt safe. It was loud due to the bells, but we fully expected that considering the central location of Casa Oratorio. We'll be back!

me recibieron muy amable, super buenas recomendaciones, un trato muy bonito y agradable. la estancia super segura, sencillo pero un toque único, decoration hermosa la comodidad excelente. ME ENCANTO que las toallas eran suabes y con un olor agradable a limpio. sin problemas de internet super recomendable.

Great location and friendly and helpful staff. But the room was bordering on gross with various rugs and old cloth bedframes that looked like they were maybe from the 70s. The safe didn't work and bathroom sink drain also didn't work. It really does need a serious remodel.

La atención de las personas al llegar y mostrar el lugar es muy buena. La habitación que nos tocó en esta ocasión es la más pequeña, la cama y lo que la rodeaba no estaba limpia del todo, encontramos uñas y cabellos tirados y nos salió una cucaracha. Quisimos utilizar el cobertor que tenían bajo la escalera y olía mal. Cuiden esos detalles.

We got the biggest room, but no A/C in summer it's a must, we couldn't sleep, we request some fans and we got them until de last night, we had a fridge in the room, but not working, we need to open the windows to get some aur, but then you get the noise of thousa ds of busses passing and stoping on the corner, definitely not staying there again.

This is a cute boutique hotel located within the heart of San Miguel. Parking is available offsite at a cost. The website indicates parking is included. You get what you pay for regarding room size. Our room barely fit the king sized bed and had no windows causing a hot clammy room after showers. Make sure your room has a window when booking.

La cueva que me dieron por habitación es Terrible, cero ventilacion, la altura entre el colchon y el techo no es mas de 80centimetros es una especie de tapanco mal proporcionado SUPER INCOMODO, la escalerita para llegar a gatas a la seudocama es de 30centimetros, No me o cidero tan delicado pero NO entiendo como rentan esa cueva y aparte se dicen Hotel boutique, esa habitaciin es una verdadera ESTAFA un robo, hable con la gerente y fue grosera y altanera, en realidad una pena, debemos castigar este tipo de empresarios gandallas y abusivos

Amazing all day check-in, absolutely friendly staff from the front desk to the Rooftop Bar and pool. We spent nearly 3 hours in the pool / jacuzzi and the staff could not have been more helpful. Even the next day they didn't rush our check-out,we ended hitting the town some more for lunch and a walk about and ended checking out at about 3pm 🙂🙂🙂 Bed was huge and comfortable and she shower also spacious and amazing water pressure and hot water. We hope to return end of the month ,if not when we return next year. Many thanks for doing a great job at making our stay comfortable and stress free.

I would not recommend this hotel. I feel that there was misrepresentation of Casa Oratorio. The photos are NOT what it really looks like. We stayed (for one night out of our 8 night reservation) in the Family Room. The kitchen area had only 4 wine glasses, an unplugged microwave, an unplugged refrigerator, no dishes/cups/silverware. The decor was heavily covered in heavy material, including the platform beds and head boards. The bedroom and bathroom rugs were matted and dirty. The shower was spitting water - no flow. The coffee area was non-existing - same water with dust flowing on top in glass coffee pot for 24 hours. We wanted a refund, even offered to pay for another night, they would not refund any of our payment. Needless to say, we left and moved to another hotel for the remaining stay in SMA.

La cueva que me dieron por habitación es Terrible, cero ventilacion, la altura entre el colchon y el techo no es mas de 80centimetros es una especie de tapanco mal proporcionado SUPER INCOMODO, la escalerita para llegar a gatas a la seudocama es de 30centimetros, No me o cidero tan delicado pero NO entiendo como rentan esa cueva y aparte se dicen Hotel boutique, esa habitaciin es una verdadera ESTAFA un robo, hable con la gerente y fue grosera y altanera, en realidad una pena, debemos castigar este tipo de empresarios gandallas y abusivos

This place is great if you like small boutique style hotels. Its not a big chain and has tons of charm. They have a jacuzzi and rooftop bar. Did feel a bit lonely but maybe they dont have tons of rooms. Centrally located and thank goodness had ac. Small but quaint.

Noise prevented us from sleeping.Great location, walking distance to everywhere. Rooms were lovely and comfortable,roof top views were amazing,bar and jacuzzi. Staff were very helpful and polite Downside was the noise from the street and the church bells ringing the whole night. Also we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs,which was a pain. Read less

Very nice Hotel, clean and friendly staff. BUT, it says parking available. It is not, parking is almost across the city at the main Hotel and the service to park there and bringing us back did cost us 2 hours arriving and almost 2 hours when we left.

This is such a jewel! No complaints whatsoever. In the heart of Centro. Double pane window lessened the street noise and bells. Service is exceptional! High recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfortable, the room was nicely decorated, and the rooftop terrace was beautiful. Everyone we met was very friendly and the building felt safe. It was loud due to the bells, but we fully expected that considering the central location of Casa Oratorio. We'll be back!
