Good for the price but hotel was out of everything. No soap at your sink and said they were out. Both ice machines were broken. Very thin walls. Again, good for the price, but you get what you pay for sure.

If I knew the elevator was not working and I was staying on the third floor I would have made other plans. I chose this hotel for its rating and was quite disappointed. The bath room floor is sticky. The lamp shade in the room is broken. The key cards were not working for many rooms. The check in host never made eye contact and his attitude left me feeling angry. After a long day driving, this was not the experience I was looking for.

Nice. Will stay again. Only down side is elevator is super slow.

Had to switch rooms due to shower doors coming off track and getting hung up. No fitness room as advertised. Whoever built hotel di not care about details. In bathroom painted up to the toilet but not behind it. Tile had uneven areas.

Only had one complaint and that was the Obnoxiously loud elevator chime. Other than that the amenities and staff were wonderful.

I didn't like the fact that they advertise the property having a pool but the receptionist says that the pool has been closed since the Covid. That's 6 years ago !!!

They advertise swimming pool and hot tub, doesn't have either, rude manager basically said we didn't matter cause we went through the hotels .com

Staff was great. Property was a remodel that’s falling apart. Room was dirty, someone else’s food in the fridge and trash on the floor. New room was missing a shower door… it was sliding so I didn’t notice til in the shower and had to mop up a bunch of water bc of it… sat down for breakfast and got dripped on from the ceiling. Staff was nice tho, if they fix the facilities and make a better system of tagging room problems is should be a fine stay.

Bed bugs in my room. I discovered one that was crawling on me by the front desk. No refund. I understand hotels have issues. But I am leaving this because the management did nothing to remedy this. An employee watched me pull a bug off of me. Beware of the way this hotel does business. Ive included a picture of the one I saw crawling on my shoe. I was in town for a friends funeral. I’m not sure what they wanted me to do. If bugs were crawling in your hotel room, do you stay?

Take this off your recommended list. Room not clean. I’m 77 and haven’t eaten cheerios in a long time and they were everywhere

It was very clean and comfortable

The check-in process was quick and smooth; very nice desk clerk. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The only complaint is that the bathroom floor was not very clean; there were a few pieces of lint and hair on the floor. What I did like about the bathroom was there were plenty of linens for our use. I have stayed at more expensive hotels that did not have plenty of linens in the bathroom, and I appreciate not having to ask for extras. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!!

There were several deficiencies in this hotel. Carpets throughout were dirty and needed cleaning. The room layout was awkward. The bed was not comfortable at all. The noise level was very high. It sounded like construction or some type of maintenance was going on the 3rd floor. Our room bathroom door frame was not installed properly. The bathroom door will not close properly. The room had a foul smell. We went out to buy candles to help with the odor. We will not ever stay here again.

This is a great hotel for when you want to pay holiday inn prices for motel 8 quality. There were bugs in the room and one of the beds had visibly dirty bedding. The porcelain was peeling of the bathtub, and it was sticky. They made sure to inform me on check in that this was the last room available so I grit my teeth through a disgusting night.

Hotel would be fine except that our bathroom REEKS of cigarette smoke. It took us awhile to figure out where the smell was coming from - we thought it was coming in from another room. Our only options were to deal or switch rooms. Since our kids were already asleep in bed (we got in late) and we were only staying one night, we decided to deal with it. We closed the bathroom door so the rest of the room would be better but it hits like a wall cloud when we have to walk into the bathroom. Area seems ok, beds are adequate. Walls are thin, as others have mentioned. Basic, but it works - EXCEPT for the horrid smell.

We booked a King Room and at check-in I was told no King rooms were available. The hotel is also under renovation which wasn't noted on any site. Bathroom floors were dirty and sheets were stained as well.

Very clean but not very quiet because neighbor had a whining barking dog.

I enjoyed my stay. I can't remember the front desk person that checked me in but she was lovely very helpful and welcoming. I think her name was Jaime. I hope I spelled it correctly. The room was clean. Stores were within walking distance. I had a wonderful view. Also there was a pond close by.

The room has stains on the accent chair there was no sofa as was advertised and there were multiple light bulbs out, not to mention having to kick the door to get it to shut. This was the worst hilton I’ve ever stayed at and truly wish I hadn’t. GROSS!

Clean, comfortable, quiet room.

All was ok, except you can hear every step and every movement from the room above.

The only issue we had was the drain in the bath tub is slow, after you shower the tub is full off water until your ankle.

Great for an overnight. Only bad thing was the shower wouldn’t drain.

Our room didn’t have a coffee maker. Couldn’t close the shower curtain because rod wasn’t installed correctly. Hot water was warm with being on the right instead of left. We were not impressed with the room

Had issues with the internet not working on my tv so they got me into another room and it was a great stay. ☺️ Would stay here again

Excellent Staff

The clerk was amazing. I had left a Mypillow pillow the week before and she took the time to find it and get it back to me! Room was clean, bed was comfy.

I’ve always appreciated this location. It’s away but close. Safe and quiet. Prices have been semi decent. Do sometimes wish they were a bit lower. But overall decent stay. Very personable and helpful staff.

The staff were all so friendly. Nichole was the best!

The staff was rude when I asked them if early check in was possible, I was sent away and sent an email later explaining steps to take to get an early check in and was able to figure out the steps on my own which made the staff seem incompetent, and unwilling to help me. Also on the second night of my stay my key card stopped working, I asked the front desk staff about it, got the card back on and they checked in another guest into my room. I felt my privacy was breached, was told only a manager could refund my night and wouldn’t be available until the next day, I left, I felt unsafe and not heard or helped.

They were doing renovations (actually a complete overhaul of the property), which is great, but it did create some minor inconveniences. Those were offset by an incredibly friendly and accommodating staff--especially everyone at the front desk. They were terrific.

It was nice, quiet and comfortable, family friendly. However, when we arrived at 2am nobody came out of the managers office in the back for 20ish minutes. There was a line of people waiting to be helped. When he came out there was no apologies, just a “I guess you want to check in” … Not very professional or convenient when you’re traveling especially with little ones just trying to get to the room to rest.

The hotel was right next to a shopping area and lots of places to eat, basically 2 minute drive. Area is surrounded by other hotels as well. I enjoyed the stay.

I have always enjoyed my stay at this La Quinta location. It’s just enough out of the way to be in a calm quiet area. But it’s conveniently by Walmart and several restaurant options. There’s also some activities not too far from the location.

Hotel was conveniently located near the Interstate. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Definitely one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. Great location. Still close enough to restaurants and things to do. And it’s super quiet! Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself is great. The beds are very comfortable, it's not rundown at all. The parking lot is lit well at night time. The only complaint that I have is the breakfast was terrible. Only bagels, toast and some muffins, with cold cereal and oatmeal, cold boiled eggs, oranges and bananas. They don't even have a waffle maker nor a microwave in the area to warm up anything. They do have a toaster for the breads but that's as good as it gets.

My problem wasn’t with the condition or comfort level of the hotel it was the breakfast I come there often and stay there and I loved their breakfast now it’s nothing.

Decent stay for the price. Basic continental breakfast. Huge bowl of boiled eggs, oatmeal and cereal, assorted bagels, no butter or cream cheese found for them and muffins. Two jugs of hot fresh coffee. Looks like they have remodeled not long ago and details of, were not important. Bed was very comfortable. Would likely stay again if in the area.

Every in the room was okay. There is not a free hot breakfast at this hotel. There is a continental breakfast, but there was nothing hot.

Beds were very comfortable, bathroom counter had some dirty areas missed while being cleaned i guess. The rates were very affordable so the very limited breakfast should be expected.

The location was great. Very clean hotel. Employees were very friendly. Selection for breakfast is very limited. Items like orange juice, water, more fresh fruit options, and snacks would be a great choice if they were provided.

This was my first stay at a Hilton Spark hotel. Until this trip, I was unaware of this sub-brand. The building, elevator and rooms are solidly built and have a contemporary atmosphere. There was more than adequate parking and a seating area for breakfast. Our room was a single queen size bed option, which included a work desk and seating area for one person. The furniture was relatively new and moderately comfortable. The desk chair had a broken back and had to be replaced. After getting the replacement chair, I realized that it was simply a poor design. The bathroom was clean with good sink space for toiletries and make-up. The shower was easily big enough for two people if that’s your thing. I have no complaints about the building. It was clean, comfortable and well taken care of. Only a couple criticisms. There were some staff communication issues. I called the front desk on two separate occasions and no one answered. Fortunately, it was not an emergency. During my stay I purchased water several time. One staff person charged the expense to my room. Another staff person told me that I didn’t have that option and needed to pay. One night we had no activities and decided to rest. I went to the front desk and asked for suggestions for restaurants nearby. I got the name of one restaurant. And finally, there’s not much variety included in the “free breakfast.” There were bagels / cream cheese, cold cereal and boiled eggs.
