This place is amazing. Everything was very clean, staff was very friendly. There are places to eat nearby. Definitely would stay again. TV worked great and unlike most other hotels, the printed channel guide was correct!!! Fridge and microwave in the room, coffee in the lobby. Shower was hot with good pressure.

This is a very well maintained and exceptionally clean property. Our room was spacious with a microwave and refrigerator. Check in was seamless. The owner/manager takes pride in ownership, is friendly and is readily available for an extra blanket, etc. we would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice motel. It may be older but the rooms are clean and updated. The TV, Refrigerator and microwave were clean and working well. The towels were soft and the beds are nice. I only recommend you get a room away from road because of noise. The coffee is good but you do have to go to the office to get it. Reasonably priced and very friendly.

I loved that it was a vintage motel with all the modern updates! But you could still back up to your door and use a key to open the door! The property was great. The owner takes great pride in his property and it shows in every aspect of a comfortable, clean room.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Parking was right in front of your door no stairs to climb. Was a bit noisy from traffic on the road way but that did get better later in the evening. Would stay there again.

Parking area was well lite and everything was exceptionally clean. If you like a hard mattress, this place is for you. I woke up with a backache and headache. Only amenity was an ice machine. Would probably stay again.

The owners take great pride in keeping the motel and surrounding areas clean and attractive. However, the maintenance chemicals were so strong that opening the windows the entire time was insufficient to prevent illness from the chemicals. And some of the windows were not openable. Nevertheless, I appreciated the kindness of the owners.

This is by far one of the cleanest motels I have ever stayed in. Check in was simple and the owner was affable. The room is spotless as is the bathroom. Comfy bed, love seat, desk for doing work and easy to get on the Wifi. If I had to make any recommendations it might be to put a safety bar in the shower to assist in getting in and out. All in all, I highly recommend this property.

This was a fabulous surprise. This little motel with parking at your front door was so clean and comfortable. The people at the front desk, which I believe may have been the owners, were marvelous. The morning we were to check out I had a vertigo attack. My husband and I were both very stressed And the gentleman at the front desk was amazing. He let us stay as long as we needed to without any extra charge. I would stay at this place every time I go by Perry, Florida.

The property is dated but clean. The staff was friendly. The property doesnt appear available on Expedia if you enter 3 guests. If you enter 2 guests expect to pay $15 for each additional guests at checkin. This was a surprise since it was a room with 2 double beds. Had I known this on advance I probably would have chosen a different hotel.

At check-in the man at the desk identified as the owner. The following morning I went for ice to find the ice machine not working and the same man said they had an electrical issue the night before. Then I informed him of no hot water for our morning shower to which he said he had a problem with the gas. I asked for some some consideration with his room rate and asked why we were not told of no hot water. He became very rude and said he had no contol over any of that. A bit later when I dropped the room key at tge desk, he was verbally abusive and Threatening. The room was very dated, but otherwise just ok. But I would never suggest anyone book here due to the rude and abusive owner/manager.

Decent place for the area. The owners like to make up their own policies and change them on a whim. This caused a couple inconveniences but it wasn't horrible. They also like to get a bit too personally involved with the guests. Even though privately owned, this is a business and they should remain professional and maintain consistent policies.

We had two rooms, both were clean and comfortable. The Inn is a great stop when traveling in that area. It is safe. The family that runs the inn are very friendly. There are not many extras but it is perfect for sleeping, resting and showering before traveling more.

Ever since I found this place, I stay anytime I'm in town. Compare Hotels and Google Ratings for any of the other hotels in Perry. Royal Inn is on par or better, while saving $40-80 per night. That said, is it old? YES, is it the cleanest room I've stayed in? YES! Doesn't matter the price point, the couple who owns and runs the motel does an excellent job keeping the rooms clean. No coffee in room or breakfast. so my only suggestions, add coffee in the rooms. Pick 2 king size rooms and change out the front window to a hurricane window to cut down on the road noise out front, then add $10 a night to those rooms as a deluxe business suit. I give the Royal Inn 10/10 due to the clean rooms.

We got in late like 1am. The owner was very nice professional and accommodating. Of course this is an old motel however it was super clean ( and I'm very picky about where I stay)!! It smelled good and the outside does no justice for the inside of the room. The bed was kinda hard so my back hurt but it was perfect for my husband. The owner suggested the Huddle house down the street for breakfast and it was EXCELLENT! We will surely stay here again!

I like this motel, very clean. Its old, but cleaner then any big hotel you would stay at for half the price. Does not offer late checkout unless pay additional day. I would like to see a noon checkout offer at no additional cost. No in room coffee. Also, oneday on a couple rooms, ex: king size bed, chg out the jalousie windows with hurricane windows to cut out road noise and update furniture and bathroom tile, in room coffee. Chg extra $20 per night, this would be great option for business travelers. As a biz traveler it would make the stay much better, and most likely give u more biz. Quiet, good sleep and internet is extremely important to biz travelers.
