The property was fine. The room rate was criminally insane. I realize surge pricing is a common practice, but $500 for this property was essentially organized crime. My assistant made the reservation, but had I known I would not have booked at that rate. Also, the place was a zoo with multiple youth sports teams and kids running up and down the halls. We actually left the property and drove 2.5 hours home (leaving at 10:30 p.m.). Criminal!!!

We weren't able to check in the hotel.com reservation as the number wasn't a confirmation number. We need a complete refund as we had to pay for the entire stay at the hotel so we didn't use the reservation thru Hotel.com Sharon V Minner

Hotel was clean and staff was nice. The breakfast was very tasty, though they may want to consider having cinnamon rolls in a closed container. My friend that roomed with me has an allergy to cinnamon (and she is not the only person I know with an allergy to cinnamon) so we had to grab food and retreat back to our room very quickly.

Hot water in the bathtub didnt work at all. The pool was small and there was not enough seating for the parents while the kids were swimming
