Beautiful condo/loft with all the comforts you could need. Located on a lovely street with an amazing restaurant on the ground floor and a rooftop bar, this place was one of the highlights of our trip.

The space was really nice. Other bnbs in this area were so expensive, so this was a great option for us. Close to shopping, indoor farmers market, breakfast, and tons of bars and restaurants. Though parking was a little annoying. The outdoor parking lots nearby say they do 24hr parking, but you have to pay from 5am-5pm and then again from 5pm-5am. We didn't want to wake up at 5am to go and pay again the next day. The hotel does offer parking, but it's much more expensive, but at least you get the convenience of a private, covered, parking garage.

They sent a message basically saying “you can find yourself a parking spot somewhere nearby on such streets”. We were able to secure ourselves parking which was fortunate but had to walk our luggage awkwardly around the block for check-in and check-out.

Great place to stay, location is perfect and lots of nice restaurants on same street. Large apartment style room, beautiful full wall window looking out over city. Secure building. Parking near by, enough spaces, reasonable rates. Plank Restobar on main floor off lobby was amazing way to end our evening.

You need to put in a six digit pass code basically every time you enter a door. From the parking garage to the room you punch a passcode in about 4-5 times. Our room also had a giant footprint with a squashed bug on the wall. Finally, you get bombarded with about 5 different forms and tons of long text messages with check in details the day of And parking is extra and not guaranteed.

My stay here was wonderful! The property manager was very responsive and kind. Only critique I have would be the bathroom did have some hair lingering around in the tub so I needed to clean the tub before showering. The bathroom also needs a hook for wash cloths and toothbrushes as well as a handle bar for getting in and out of the shower. Last, prior to check out, the manager came into the room unannounced while I was preparing to leave.

Well, in all the property was acceptable. My problem fly with the couch, having multiple large stains on it, and thus forcing me to sit elsewhere. Other than that, the rest of the apartment was tidy and neat.

The room was absolutely gorgeous. It was clean and the bed was super comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better room. However, whatever club/bar was across the street had their music going until 3am. All we could hear all night was the bass from their music. I would definitely bring ear plugs if you’re planning a stay Friday or Saturday night.

Wouldn’t go back. Not worth the price point. Bathtub was unusable. The pressure they gave of cleaning everything yourself or you will get charged was uncomfortable. The bedroom doesn’t even have a real window!! I want to see sunlight in the morning!!! Not feel like I’m in a mental ward room. Thought this would be a nicer different hotel experience because it’s not a conventional hotel but I will stick with conventional hotels going forward.

Stayed one night for an event at the First Ontario Centre. 17 minute walk each way with so many great food places near by. Super comfortable bed, and a tonne of a natural light through the floor to ceiling windows. Would absolutely stay here again!

Due to a glitch in the elevator around 8pm, it insisted on my room code to ascend to my level, however my assigned room code did not work on either the elevator or the staircase door. I couldn't access my room as a result, stranded in the lobby, but I had the good fortune of meeting someone leaving the elevator who input his code for me, without which none of the floor buttons were selectable. There was no one from LR reachable on the phone number I was texted with, nor was there any phone number listed on the website (I have screenshot as proof), for any of of the hotels in the chain. No one at the restaurant downstairs knew how to reach them. The elevator emergency guy didn't now how to reach them. My phone was running out of juice. If not for the guest leaving and keying me upstairs, my phone would have run down and I'd have been on the street. I managed to get back in, no thanks to them, and email them. Got a response two hours after the elevator crisis. Eventually they sent someone to look at the elevator and contacted me. No offer of any reparations. Book at your own risk.

We appreciated the kind staff for allowing us to switch rooms to better accommodate my mom, having the extra bed ready, and allowing early check-in for us. We loved the layout of our apartment style rooms and safe garage parking.

We always stay at the Laundry rooms while in Hamilton. This time we had an issue with the toilet. We called the emergency number and spoke with Amal. He was quick, responsive, and had an immediate solution. We love this hotel!

Staff: Excellent. Amed was very helpful through the process. Room: Great. Clean. Please fix the hard chairs for the table. They are coming off the seat structure. Easy fix. They are pressure fitted. They need some PL Plus.

I was delighted to find the Laundry Rooms, as a fresh new accommodation option in Hamilton: it's super close to the GO centre, just a few blocks on foot from Main Street, and in the heart of an area with good restaurants and congenial bars. The space was super comfortable and very well equipped - lovely bed and linens, and a well set up kitchen space, too. And the view of the skyline was lovely, too.

Beautiful condo/loft with all the comforts you could need. Located on a lovely street with an amazing restaurant on the ground floor and a rooftop bar, this place was one of the highlights of our trip.

We spent three nights at this property while visiting family. The 2-bedroom unit exceeded our expectations. It was clean, quiet and very well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the unit had a bright and spacious feel. There is some construction next door (January 2024) but it didn’t start too early in the morning and did not disturb us. The property is well located and within easy walking distance of downtown. Lots of dining options in the immediate vicinity. We loved the restaurant on the ground floor (Plank) and would highly recommend it.

Unique approach for managing the property and guests, emails and access codes, one person on site. Has its benefits (operating costs and extension stay rates?) but downside is feeling anonymous and impersonal. Not a deal breaker by any means, just conveys an indifference on the part of management. I\'m sure organic humans would emerge fast if rules were broken. I appreciate the attempt at superficial hip and progressiveness with cheap but affordable furniture, fixtures and decor, certainly better than most hotels I\'ve had to stay during the course of my work travels. It was a lot of space for my one person. View wasn\'t bad, kitchen useful, and I slept well in a comfy bed. Stay with another person or two so you hear less of your own echos while speaking on the phone or listening to radio/TV. The gimmicky "chef inspired" cafe on the bottom floor was friggin overbearingly noisy and not somewhere to enjoy eating whatever pricey chef-inspired food they may have on the menu. I was repelled by the loud music and talking noise generated in its confined space. However, I\'d probably stay again for easy /close access to the GO station transport, quick Lyft or transit ride to Mohawk College, decent coffee at Detur Cafe on John St. S. and good food menu and quiet atmosphere (no friggin TVs or rado or music, just quiet conversation) atBronzies Italian restaurant on James St. S.

Stayed one night for an event at the First Ontario Centre. 17 minute walk each way with so many great food places near by. Super comfortable bed, and a tonne of a natural light through the floor to ceiling windows. Would absolutely stay here again!

A great stay! Great location and easy to get around the city from the hotel. Quiet and clean, would totally stay again. Only heads up is that Hotels.com doesn't pass your email info to the Laundry Room, so you do need to follow up directly with them a couple days before your stay to get some additional info in and book parking (if needed). Otherwise, very easy to book!

The room was clean but had clearly been smoked in despite the warnings against smoking, the bed was so soft we both woke up with backaches and the space was stuffy despite the AC.
