Very accommodating and thoughtful staff. Spoke to 3 different people And all reflected the same Compassion and kindness. This is uncommon and appreciated.

The staff here is incredibly kind and conscientious. This property is a hidden gem. Such a value - perfect amenities on a lovely tranquil estate like setting. A stones throw from the services of a full service hotel. I liked it so much I changed my reservations to stay again when I returned to Krakow. Wonderful!

The room is very comfy , the beds were small but comfortable. The bathroom is outside the room and shared , but they were always clean . It is a bit far from the city center if you are planning to go by foot. The neighbourhood is quite.
