Can't fault the staff who are fanastic and helpful. I had some issues with my room (faulty lighting and room cards not working). After making a complaint they upgraded me to an executive room. However, there is really no difference except for a bath. This hotel is in need of a renovation. I would say it's 4 stars. The gym equipment is ancient and limited. One treadmill was so wobbly it was unusable. The weights machine couldn't be adjusted either. The rooms are a littke musty and there is no minibar even in the exec rooms. The towels are also fairly dated. The pool is nice and the rooftop drinks area is decent albeit it needs some love too, it feels like zero thought has gone into furniture etc. Friends stayed at the other Movenpick in Bangkok and it is far fresher, newer and somehow cheaper with better facilities. It was like night and day.

Great hotel just a few minutes from the main streets and soi 11. Quiet hotel with nice rooftop bar. Comfortable bed but noisy while turning around. Furthermore lack of maintenance is really visible especially compared to my last stay here.

Very good hotel for the price. Staff was always professional and forthcoming. The pool is neat, so is the breakfast (although more variety of fresh fruit would be nice). The hotel is located close to Asok but it is calm outside, good balance. Would definitely come back!

Reasonably priced, courteous and professional staff. Clean, well decorated room. Good restaurant excellent coffee shop. Daily chocolate hour. Available airport shuttle. Free shuttle to nearest mall. 7-11 less than 1 block away. Tour concierge in lobby. Well managed staff and property.

Decent priced 5* experience in this area. Superb. service, free afternoon snack (chocolate hour) and relaxing pool area. Also rooms (deluxe) and gym are ok. Double bed room was enough to take 4 persons. Consider halfboard with family and note that service can be slow if you order anything else than thai food. Breakfast was ok but expected more variety in this class, naturally omelet and noodel soup are made to your order.

The best hotel. Impeccable service - such lovely staff, amazing breakfast - so many choices, perfect location in Bangkok, beautiful pool and nice gym, great room, very clean and very comfortable bed. Chocolate hour and executive lounge added wonderful extras.

The location. We liked the chocolate hour concept. The food in the dining area was nice and breakfast was well managed. The pillows were stained, could do with new ones or for the actual pillows to be washed. The towels need replacing as some had holes in them.

Upon checking our room over we noticed that the shower was full of mold. 30 minutes later we were given another room which wasn’t much better. This is our 3rd stay with this property for a total of 8 nights during our recent trip to Thailand. It seems that the tower where you check in is much cleaner than the 2nd tower. I would consider this a 3-4 star due to the lack of cleanliness. Other than that the staff was great.

This property felt grubby. The hallways stunk of cigarette smoke even though its supposed to be non-smoking. The room was not clean. Hair in the bathtub. I found the staff unhelpful. The lobby is nice but that's about it. I wouldn't say this is a 5 star hotel. 3 at best. Book the Amari instead.

Toilet wldnt flush properly air con vent was extremely noisy and even on lowwasblasting straight towards tge bed. It was so strong you could see the tissue paper flapping in the wind. Towels and bathrobes all had stains that were old and nlooked dirty. They need to ovrrhaul the hotel and imptove tgeir hiusekeeping

A pleasant stay with friendly staff and good food. However the standard of the room, comfort, cleanliness and maintenance fall far below the standards of a Movenpick Hotel in Europe. I mean really basic things that are easy to remedy. For example the shower head was slimy brown and the shower grout was black with mildew. The bedside cabinets were broken and missing drawer handles. The free Tuktuk shuttle was good but the requirement to be seated in it 10 minutes before departure in the intense tropic sweaty heat was unnecessary!

Noise insulation is not good you can hear people in other rooms coughing, sneezing etc Property seems old & jaded, my fridge hadn't been cleaned out so I had last guests stuff in there, not very reassuring on cleanliness.

I can say acceptable. Only problem was the humidities in room and smell caused by that humidity. With aircon even smell increase . Breakfast is good bed room and bathroom is fine . another problem room service . they were not checking the coffe corner replacement .

We stayed for three days and was in the area close to where you can get into the heart of it with ease but the hotel is quieter. Pool doesn’t have enough sun beds for everyone that wanted them. The pool has in some areas a for most of the day if lucky to have that spot. Our room was through in one of the other buildings and lovely spacious but I had to use ear plugs as the main unit of ac outside could be heard even when I’d switched mine off. Breakfast had a good choice and they do a free tea time at 4pm in restaurants with cake but only knew because our friends told us. It would be helpful to have this information in the rooms. Would highly recommend all things considered.

I live on the second floor of Block 3. There are some noises (water flow of the pipe) from time to time which is quite annoying. The room is spacious and tidy. It will be better if hair dryer is provided. The staffs are nice and the receptionists are pretty.

L’hôtel commence à vieillir, nous avons eu une chambre supérieure malheureusement avec un extra bed cette chambre est étroite. La propreté de la chambre n’est pas très bien bien faite durant notre séjour, regarder les lits, il n’avais pas rempli le bath gel dans la douche et il n’avait pas changer les verres dans la salle de bain. C’est mon troisième séjour dans cette hôtel, heureusement le personnel est sympathique

Flott hotell med gode senger og komfortabel størrelse på rommet. Vi var veldig fornøyd med både rom og frokost. Eneste negative var at vi ikke hadde nett på rommet. Dette måtte vi ut i gangen for å få. Mulig det bare var vårt rom da vi hadde hjørnerom.

This hotel location is first class, walking distance to 7/11 (30 feet), Central 21 shopping mall, BTS station and much much more. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The only negative is you can't dine in until 11am once their buffet breakfast ends. Small inconvenience given alot of restaurants near the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

I was in executive floor. The staff r friendly but not v professional. First they left out my passport n i hv to call them to return to me. I asked if there is any drink i can hv right now but they seem dun understand. Then they showed me to the room but there is no minibar. They said if i want any softdrink i hv go bk to the lounge, which is 2 blocks away. Sigh...hving said that he did manage to bring for me. Thanks. They said luggage will be in ur room in 15mins...i was a bit shock y they r not in my room when i got the room key, given the luggages were left to them abt 8 hrs ago. OK fine. But no lugguage arrived after abt 30mins still. I hv to call to the front desk n asked for them. The staff told me he waa not informed by the executive floor staff. Honestly they shd be trained better. Executive floor with less trained staff.

Das Hotel an sich war super. Nur die Rezeption fande ich es nicht toll weil wir zwei Stunden früher dar waren und 1000 baht extra wollte für früheren Check in obwohl Zimmer zu Verfügung ist.Wo wir es abgelehnt haben und nach halbe Stunde zurück kamen, haben wir Upgrade früher Check in kostenlos bekommen. Frage mich wieso am Anfang Geld verlangen und dann sowas ?

On arrival at the property, the check-in process was great and easy. However, we spent quite a while trying to find a porter to get the baggage to our room. There was no drinking water in the room or an in-house menu to order food. On complaining we duly received a couple of bottles of water which most hotels already have in the room together with the in-house menu, having received the latter, we were badgered by some Indian on no less than 5 occasions as to when were we going to order, which put us of ordering. We wont stay there again.

Du happy Hour waren die Cocktails am Pool günstig (Zwei Stück für zwölf Euro) Meines Erachtens ist die Lage nicht ganz zentral (Circa 1,2 km zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station makassan/ 6 Stationen vom Airport Direkt dorthin) Das Terminal 21, welches circa zehn Gehminuten weg ist, lädt optimal zum Essen und shoppen ein)

OK for the low price. This is budget five star wich does not give the highest luxury personalized service but it looks nice, are situated in a good area and have what you need. Beds are a bit hard and rooms feels a bit impersonal as often in this kind of ’budget luxuary’ hotels.

Outdated and old room. Can tell it’s been quite a while since they last renovated. Room doesn’t even have usb charging ports. Hotel is far from main road and bts and their free shuttle only runs till 8pm. Will not return to them.

Hotel is on a street where it's hard to get a taxi and the taxi's that wait at the hotel overcharge. Not well cleaned because I saw dust in the room and bathroom. Took a shower with the overhead showerhead and it sprayed the whole bathroom outside the shower and soaked all my towels. No view from the room so very little light in the room when you want it. Requested a late checkout and was told no because they're fully booked but when I went online to book a room for another night I saw they have rooms available. I chose a different hotel.

新婚旅行で行った際に気に入り、1年後にまた利用させていただきました。スクンビット・アソークから、道順に慣れれば徒歩約10分ほどで行けます。(30分に1本、駅までトゥクトゥクが出ているとのこと) 周辺はターミナル21が近くにあるため、ご飯に困ったらそこで済ませられるのが楽でした。ホテルに帰る途中にセブンイレブンもあるので、ホテル内でサクッと飲み直すにも使いやすかったです。ホテルの朝食は、自分で探して楽しみたい！という思いがなければ、セットでつけることをお勧めします。かなり種類も豊富で美味しいです。中でもパッタイがすごく美味しかったのです！タイ料理以外にも、インド料理(カレー)や、パンビュッフェ、サラダバー、フルーツバーなど様々です。所謂ホテル飯といった、注文後に作ってくれる卵料理も美味しくておすすめです。 16〜17時はチョコレートアワー?が開催されていて、様々なチョコのデザートを食べながらゆったり過ごせます。(宿泊者限定サービス）ルームサービスはQRを読み取ってお願いする方法なので、何が必要か(タオルの交換やベッドメイキングなど)をお忘れなく。ただ、QRが苦手でも、電話でお伝えすることも可能なので、とてもスムーズに利用できました。ホテルの方は皆さん丁寧なので、安心して過ごせました。またバンコクに来た際は、こちらにお世話になろうと思います。
