Check-in early was most surprising and pleasant. Everything was detailed for us thoroughly by Rabia. She was an amazing ally. Together with, Aykut, with Guest Relations for our stay, every need was handled efficiently and professionally. Aykut secured our ride to the airport and basically held our hand to ensure there were no questions. Dining on the property was also a joy for both dinner and breakfast. Also don't miss drinks on the roof terrace. Our room was oppulant and grand! We splurged and this was perfect. All staff were professional and courteous throughout!

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a great experience for us. Here are good points of this hotel; 1. The staffs and manager is really kind and helpful. They are willing to help us for the whole time and even after we checked out. 2. Hotel looks a little bit small but the room is not small. Room condition was great and there's everything we need. 3. There's a rooftop bar with a great view at the top of the hotel. Food and drink price is really reasonable even though it is a 5-star-hotel. 4. Hotel location is great. It only takes 5min on foot to go Galata tower. Also there's a ferry station and the bridge to oldtown right next to the hotel. 5. Price per night is also reasonable. If we choose another 5-star-hotel, then we probably need to pay at least 1.5 higher than we paid to 10 Karakoy. 6. You must ask for taxi before you leave, otherwise you will be cheated. Hotel manager and staffs will be willing to help you. We are willing to stay this hotel again.

Luxurious artistic decor and super helpful staff in a historic but very modern, well located smaller building. And, it has to be said, a fantastic breakfast buffet and a great restaurant on the top floor. All in all, a great find!

Good neighborhood, 2 mins walk to metro, safe bcz close to National bank lots of police is there. Close to restaurants and shopping. Roof top bar with nice view. Super friendly staff made it all lovely and easy.

The hotel has a spa like ambiance. The interior design and artwork are interesting and unique. The manager was very helpful and friendly. I found the hotel by last minute, as my stay in Airbnb didn't work out. It's near the galataport and convenient to get transportation. Only thing is there are some pickpocketers near the hotel area, so be careful. The hotel itself was amazing and made our stay even better.

We had a fantastic stay at 10 Karakoy hotel. We were in Istanbul for my partner's hair transplant and the location was excellent. After his procedure we were easily able to walk or take the tram/bus wherever we needed to go. The staff were incredibly polite and efficient and the room extremely comfortable. I would say the rooftop terrace which was very nice could do with some sprucing up and the gym area was limited/in need of improvement hence the 4 star rating I gave. No pool available which was a shame. The surrounding area (Karakoy/Galata) is a mix of beautiful hotels/shops and run-down buildings but clearly this is an area in a state of regeneration and in 5 years time I think will be even better. I will definitely stay there again next time I go to Istanbul.

The service is sub par. The staff don’t seem to care when making requests. I had to request for an iron 4 times. They forgot to put water in the room everyday and I had to keep asking for it to be sent to the room

A very clean, friendly hotel. Staff very friendly. Only issue was the room which lacked a mirror in the bedroom and where the air con was very inconsistent. Also in the bathroom, mirror was very oddly positioned and there were not enough hooks to hang things on. Overall though we were very happy with our stay

The check-in process and the reaction and communication with the staff was very poor. Prior to my stay I had informed the hotel that I will be needing an early check in, I arrived and was kept waiting for more than 3 hours, with empty promises that the room will be ready soon. The room, although very nicely decorated, is very small and overlooks a dark narrow alley. The sink was clogged and the shower had a very bad smell. All in all, this is definitely not a 5 stars hotel, it is more of a boutique hotel. Nor the price nor the service justify the price. The only positive point is the location of the hotel.

Hotel is nice designed but rooms are pretty small. Also sound deadening does not exist in this hotel rooms. Had to listen some kind of door bell of the next room all night long. Would I come back, maybe but there are better choices.

The hotel is beautiful; the room is clean and comfortable, the service persons are polite and helpful, and the location is super convenient. I would say this is a perfect hotel, but the noise from the metro that runs so frequently is intolerable, especially when you try to get some sleep at night.

Hotel was a great location and beautiful decor. We got an upgrade to the floor above but the room was still a little small and noisy at night due to the trams and bars nearby. Would stay here again but next time ask for a quieter room if they have one!

We really enjoyed this Hotel! It was very well situated near Karaköy Station. The rooms looked very nice and the bed was very comfy. The only thing was that there was a bad smell coming out of the shower and as our room had a connection door to another room, it was a bit loud sometimes.

Will scam more money out of you at the end. Prices for the mini bar are at one price in the room and then when you go to checkout they are magically the out of date prices. Instead of taking the mistake on their side they insist you pay the inflated price

This was a great location for tourists in town for a short stay. Right on T1 tram line which was very easy to use to get to old town where Blue Mosque and other major attractions are located. Just a short walk in 2 directions to get to waterfront where ferries and tour boats are based. Wish we’d had more time to explore. Also a short walk to some very good restaurant streets and neighborhoods as well as less expensive locals places. Recommend walking 2-3 block perimeter in all directions not to miss anything as it’s not immediately obvious from front door what you are close to. Do expect night time street noise as you’re in the heart of it all. Would return. Also google airport shuttles in advance - there is one about a mile away that provides cheaper than taxi pickup both directions and easier than public transport.

Loved this hotel! Cool looking with a very trendy (in a good way) vibe. We didn't add breakfast in our reservation. Room was a nice size as was the bathroom. As we were going into the old part of the city both days, we used the tram rather than taxis and that was easy to do. About a 50min taxi ride to IST so it might be worthwhile to investigate other transportation options.
