This is a beautiful property stunning right over the river. Their restaurant on the rooftop has stunning view. Staff is so helpful and so welcoming. They also have one of the top rated spas and it was such a luxurious experience. I would absolutely stay there again.

Very good stay. The rooms were great and comfortable. Gym was good and nice spa area. The only downside is the location is a bit far from the different places but easy with taxi.

Hotel hermoso, tranquilo, muy bien decorado, muy buen desayuno, linda zona, mil veces mejor que parar en Sulthanamet, más tranquilo, muy buen servicio de transfer a algs zonas, spa y piscina divinos, lo mejor es el horario! Abierto hasta las 23!! Deberia estar un poco más caliente el agua. Hicimos Haman, muy bueno!, un placer, habitación divina. Me encantó el pianista tocando en el desayuno y hermosa la vista desde restó.

Problème de communication entre le personnel. Valet pour la voiture payant par jour n’importe quoi pour un hôtel à ce prix là ! L’hôtel a l’intérieur très classe, chambre très propre. Petit déjeuner luxueux 👍.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel has good access to both international airports and was 15-25 minutes away from all major attractions in Istanbul. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the spa was great. Great terrace with views and good breakfast buffet. We will be back soon

The stay was beyond what I expected. The hotel is gorgeous. From the lobby, the breakfast room (with pianist in the morning!!!) and the spa facilities. Everything was fantastic. The staff took care of every need even before I had to ask. Including making me a to go breakfast bag at the reception at 5h35am before my early morning flight. Murat dus is definitely a model employee. Thank you for explaining the are to me, making coffee for breakfast and planning the breakfast before my flight. Thank you to the staff for the birthday cake. I had a blast! I can't forget the views at jin restaurant. The golden horn took my breath away. I would add a bit more weigth training equipment and a little area for crunches but otherwise, everything was superb. Get the hammam massage if you. The room is absolutely stunning.

Banyo kapısı tam kapanmıyordu ve oda servisi siparişlerimizi yanlış getirdi. Temizlik fena değildi ama televizyonların akıllı olmaması bu dönemde gerçekten şaşırtıcı. Çıkışta ise işlemler için valeyi ayrıca beklemek zorunda kaldık, bu da ekstra zaman kaybına neden oldu. Genel olarak, mecbur kalmadıkça tekrar tercih edeceğimi sanmıyorum.

Really enjoyed our 6 night stay at Lazzoni Hotel. Nice, clean, well kept hotel. Staff are friendly and attentive. Location is a little away from the main tourist attractions but that means its peaceful after a crazy day in Istanbul. I recommend this hotel.

The elegant décor created a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly attentive and anticipated every need and I would like to send a big thank you to Mr. CANER AZIZ and his lady colleague at Front Desk, the Bilanese lady and the breakfast restaurant and the other Turkish staff, the bell boy and the valet staff. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a breathtaking view from the balcony (Room 701). The on-site restaurant offered a diverse and delicious menu, using fresh, local ingredients, and the service there was outstanding. Overall, my stay was an unforgettable experience, exceeding all expectations, and I would definitely consider staying there again in my future visits.

Vi bodde på Lazzoni hotel fra søndag-fredag. Vi var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet, eneste ulempen var at hotellet ikke var så sentralt, vi måtte ta taxi så og si overalt. Veldig hyggelig personalet. Hotellet hadde en forferdelig stank i gangen ved rommet vårt, vet ikke om de hadde problemer med rør eller hva det var for noe. Rommet ble rengjort hver dag,klær ble brettet og badet ble vasket hver eneste dag, var veldig fornøyd med renholdet. Frokosten var helt ok!

azzonni Hotel is one of the most outstanding hotels we have stayed in the world. The greeting we received was both exceptional and kind from front office staff Nasim, Okan and Gokham. They took a genuine interest in us as guests. When our room was delayed Guest relations manager Kseniia invited us up to their beautiful restaurant and supplied us with complimentary drinks. Our junior suite was spacious and beautifully appointed with a spa and large shower and the views are incredible. Lazzonni does all the things better than the other 5 star hotels and we would choose this as our destination in Istanbul every time. And lastly to Serkan the Front Office Manager congratulations on running a perfect hotel and giving your staff the training to provide the exceptional customer service they gave us. Thankyou

It’s a very nice hotel - the breakfast is great - all cultural styles are presented! The staff is very kind and helpful. The view from the bar and rooftop is super- the quality of wine and the drinks at the bar were excellent. The service in the restaurant could be better - absolutely outstanding. The rooms are very clean - lovey soap and the beds and towels were changed every day. The house keeping ladies were fantastic - they even folded my clothes - 100% 5 star for the cleaning ladies. I highly enjoyed my stay. It’s a top address to say - my only remark would be to isolate the rooms better, so you don’t hear the ring every time the elevator opens when you are in your room or stop the ring for the elevator. Another issue is that the shopping areas and top restaurants are far away, so within walking distance you don’t find the luxury shops such as Hermès etc. is ca. 20 minutes by taxi as there is a lot of traffic around the hotel.

Staff was amazing. The concierge guys Gokhan and Aziz were extremely helpful and greeted with courtesy. Reception staff was great. The breakfast area Nurcan hn was also great. She made our stay so much better and fun. Thanks to everyone they made us feel like we were at home.

The hotel was amazing and the staff were extremely friendly myself and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing that could be better is their breakfast it is very underwhelming and has limited options and also the rules around using the swimming pool. The upstairs restaurant staff were rude and lied about having reservations. Aside from that this was the best hotel I stayed in in a long time and I highly recommend

Such an excellent hotel. The staff here are so excellent including the breakfast buffet, front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and 6th floor restaurant. They are very hospitable, awesome food for breakfast buffet and a La carte meals. Special shout out to : Murat, mahmutcan, caner, and gokhon. Would definitely stay at this hotel in the future. A+++++ definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed our 6 night stay at Lazzoni Hotel. Nice, clean, well kept hotel. Staff are friendly and attentive. Location is a little away from the main tourist attractions but that means its peaceful after a crazy day in Istanbul. I recommend this hotel.

This is a beautiful property stunning right over the river. Their restaurant on the rooftop has stunning view. Staff is so helpful and so welcoming. They also have one of the top rated spas and it was such a luxurious experience. I would absolutely stay there again.

We loved the hotel itself. Staff were great and very helpful. Room was nice. Breakfast buffet was great as well. The only issue was the location. Expedia listing says it’s a 6-7 minute drive to Taksim and other places and that’s just not the case. It’s at least a 20 minute drive from Taksim (can be 30 with traffic). The location is not what we expected and we found it inconvenient. It really is a beautiful hotel - just depends how important location is for you.
