Loved the room and decor, checked on the day of earthquake so not sure whether the hotel was operating at its full operational effectiveness. Life landing on room floor and lifts did not have air conditioning on. Washed up and went down for a walk, but was already perspiring from the wait at the landing and in the lift due to lack of aircon. Decided to go back to room and order dine in and get another shower.

This hotel is super nice, location is just excellent, near to shopping malls and skytrain. breakfast is good. Only minus is that pool area is bit small, not so many sun loungers and sun starts to shine to the pool only after 1 pm or so. There is close by 2 7/11 shops.

Beautiful hotel. My favorite part was the rooftop pool, which was gorgeous clean and a great place to hang out. The room was very comfortable, but ours didn’t have any kind of a particularly beautiful view. It just kinda looked over the side of the building, but it was fine. I liked that there was a little patio so you could go out and get some fresh air. The location of the hotel is great. It’s easy to get to the train and you can walk to the park lots of options for shopping and dining close by. But I would recommend this hotel, mostly for the rooftop pool

It's a stylish designed hotel. Two points are expecting improve. Lift....even though each floor corridor in open designed, no air conditioned. But, the lift cannot be also no air-con. Taking lift is painful with all hot Bangkok air. Room.... has bad smell coming from its toilet, this somehow leaks to entire bed area. I think it needs to check building piping to see how to stop the smell from sewage.

I had a great time during my stay. The interior was beautiful and the pool had an amazing view of the city. The only issue (which I saw listed in a few reviews) was the horrible sewage smell that would come from the washroom, especially in the morning. The hotel really needs to fix this issue. I don’t expect this from an IHG hotel. The washroom was stunning visually but the smell was so awful that I dreaded going to the washroom. Please fix this issue and then the hotel would be a clear 5/5.

There were things I really liked about this hotel and some things that really annoyed me! I really like the uniqueness of the art work and design of the rooms. It was refreshing to see how the owner’s passion for art flowed throughout every space! But some of the money you spent on art work should have went towards better beds, bedding, towels, which were 3 stars at best. Frayed towels as thin as paper? For the price point of this hotel there should have been an espresso pod machine in the room. 3 in 1 coffee packets for this caliber of hotel? Trying to make money off silly mini bar items is really tacky for this level of accommodation! Condoms for sale? Are you kidding me? This isn’t a 24-7 love hotel, have some class!

The hotel has an eclectic style across the public and bedroom spaces. I booked a standard king room with balcony and was placed in the 5th floor with a view of the adjacent brick wall. The hotel kindly move me to the 22nd floor for a minimal surcharge that gave me great views towards blown chit and Central Embassy. The roof bar is ok, service was both over the top and absent at the same time. Prices are reasonable for such a location. With so many amazing hotels in Bangkok I’d try somewhere different next time.

Just enough closet space to hang clothes, but no shelves to store any. Power outlets near tv were too loose, and no outlet at a reasonable reach from the table, so can't use notebook charger without an extension cord. Otherwise cool interior and views, very friendly staff and nice service. Top location to get around the city for sightseeing.

Nice location not far from shopping malls and BTS Station. I love the infinity pool a lot with a great view. Pity that there is no spa and sauna in the hotel. My room is facing the US embassy residence which is very beautiful but the traffic is a bit noisy if u stay at low floors.

This was our first visit to Bangkok and we loved this hotel. We stayed in a garden view, high floor room (20th floor), with breakfast included. Hotel staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. The room was beautiful and had a great view. Bed was comfortable and had all the required amenities. The room was quiet - didn’t hear any noise from neighbours (sides or above). The pool is on the 24th floor, which was amazing after a day of site seeing or shopping. The city view was beautiful from the pool. Breakfast was a memorable experience - usually I find hotel breakfast a waste of money, but not in this case! The spread and quality was amazing! From cereals, to variety of fruits and pastries. The hot breakfast with noodles, eggs (to your liking), bacon, waffles, french toast, omelette… and the list goes on. Even a station where you can have a croissant prepared with your preferred fillings. And the most important - a great cup of coffee! Can definitely recommend this hotel and will highly consider staying here again the next time I’m in Bangkok.

This was our second stay at Indigo and apart from the amazing location our main reason for returning was the staff. From front desk, porters, room service, bar to breakfast, every single employee were EXCELLENT. We even got a box of chocolates from Australia for the front desk and left our alcoholic beverages for the porters. Next trip we will take an even better gift for the lovely staff of Indigo.

Thai people have a friendly disposition but a firm grip on free room upgrades even if the room sits empty and have no additional revenue potential, wouldn’t it be better to win some incredible customer experience and referrals and rave reviews if only the reception staff would grant a goodwill gesture when the client requests via email and in person several times. Once denied, it cannot be helped but be disappointed for the rest of the time after checking in was so unpleasant and unproductive. There was no good feeling of I have been treated extra special. Just another person. Again, the gentle Thai smile makes it hard to be angry or negative. So overall, nice enough.

10/10 service from the staff throughout our stay. The attention to detail is immaculate and they always had a smile on their faces. From morning when we leave until we return in the evening we felt so welcomed. I would definitely return here the next time I’m in Bangkok and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and accessible stay. Thank you especially to Tommy!! The staff were friendly and efficient except for one occasion when they forgot to ask for my signiture on a bar tab after we had a couple of beers at the rooftop bar. They rang me later that evening at 11.30 - presumably when the bar closed - waking up my wife and I who were asleep in bed to let me know that they were coming to our room immediately to get me to sign the bar tab there and then. Something which I think could easily have waited till the morning. A bit annoying being woken up for something so trivial. That comes down to pòor traing. Otherwise, the staff were generally pretty helpful.

We decided to take our honeymoon to Thailand. Bangkok was our first stop and we booked Hotel Indigo based off reviews and location. They were amazing! The staff was very polite and professional. Breakfast is offered everyday and it’s very good. They offer traditional Thai breakfast mixed with American and French cuisine. The pool is great but the skyline view and sunset are even better! It’s a must see. We asked front desk for information regarding how to take the BTS (Bangkok Transit System) we also asked them places to eat and places to visit. Everyone was extremely accommodating. The cherry on top was how they helped us retrieve our lost baggage from Japan Airlines. Japan Airlines forgot my wife’s bag and the good people at Hotel Indigo made sure to do everything they could to get our bag back within 24 hours. They kept calling Japan Airlines and Bangkok Airport constantly and provided us with updates. They’re truly first class. Thank you for an amazing few days.

Fantastic hotel from the moment we walked in. Staff excellent, helpful and amenity. Hotel presentation of the highest quality and the rooms well appointed. Roof top pool provides an excellent view over Bangkok and a great place to relax. The location of the hotel we liked as well - quiet given its location surrounded by embassies and offices, but still very convenient with the BTS train a short walk with provides connection to most tourist attractions and plenty of shopping options in close proximity. Finally, the included breakfast was a nice start to the day, and a welcomed breakfast box at reception for us to take for our early morning flight was an extremely nice touch and gesture. Highly recommend Hotel Indigo as a place to stay in Bangkok

２泊しました。コンラッドやザアテネホテルなど超の付く高級ホテルの多いエリアにあり、それに比べると小規模ですが、こじんまりして落ち着ける中身はかなり良いホテルだと思います。スタッフさんの対応は◎。お洒落な建物で、古い東南アジアっぽさを残しつつもデザインされた内装は映えます。部屋も綺麗で設備も問題なし。上層階は眺望もGOOD。上層階にあるプールも深夜以外は自由に利用できるのも非常に良いです。朝食バイキングも２泊で食べ切れない位は種類豊富です。夜、少し冷房が効きすぎの時があり、部屋内で調節できないのが少し難儀でした。最寄りは、BTSスクンビット線のプルンチット駅で、空港から電車を使うと空港線の終点パヤタイ駅経由で40～50分。駅からは徒歩3～4分程度。駅のデッキからホテルオークラの建物の中を通るとエスカレーターもあり楽です。途中にあるベトナム大使館辺りの道がガタガタなので、チェックイン＆アウト時などで荷物が多い方はトゥクトゥクやタクシー利用をお薦めします。基本的には周辺がオフィス街で、あまり買い物のできる店がありません。駅直結のパークハイアットホテルのあるCentral Embassyという高級ショッピングモールがあり、その地下のフードコート＆お土産店である程度は調達できます。それでもスクンビットやサイアム、シーロムが近いので買い物や食料調達には困らないですし、遊びに行くにも良い立地です。一般的なホテルよりも少々高めかもしれませんが、ホテルステイを楽しみたい方であれば、トータルで考えて十分満足できるホテルだと思います。
