Everything was great. Mr. Deniz was very helpful. The rooms being quite spacious is also a big advantage, especially for families like us traveling with children.

The apartment is generally dirty. Stains on the sofas. The shower is dirty, with mold in the corners of the shower. The kitchen is also dirty, and the wallpaper is peeling in places. The towels are of very poor quality and worn. The overall condition is neglected.Apt big and staff from frond desc friendly

Nice and cosy place to stay. It felt great to come back here after a long day exploring the city. The staff were lovely and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The place was kept clean and tidy by the cleaners every second day. Great location with convenient access to public transport. The only issue was the noise from nearby construction, especially at night.
