I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. We booked the 90 m² Deluxe Family Suite (rooms 1507 & 1508) to enjoy a spacious and comfortable ending to our family holiday. Unfortunately, the stay was ruined by an unbearable sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The smell was so disgusting that it caused nausea every time we entered the bathroom. Our children refused to use it and did not shower for three days because they felt like vomiting as soon as they walked in. Instead of relaxing in our suite, we spent almost the entire day outside the hotel just to avoid the smell. I reported the issue several times to the reception, housekeeping staff and the houseman. They all told me that sewage smell is a general problem in this part of Bomonti. To be fair to the hotel, we were offered another room on the second day. However, the move had to happen immediately, while we already had a taxi waiting outside. As a family of six travelling with eight suitcases and a very tight schedule, packing everything up and moving rooms simply wasn't realistic. Besides the sewage smell, the room also had a slight cigarette smell, and the curtains seemed like they had not been washed for years. I strongly recommend avoiding rooms 1507 and 1508 until this issue has been permanently resolved. It is simply unacceptable to sell a Deluxe Family Suite with a bathroom that smells so strongly of sewage. Such a room should not be sold until the problem has been fixed.
