Beautiful decor, clean interiors, friendly staff, great variety of breakfast menu items & specialty hot drinks. Better service than some 4 star hotels who charge for everything including tea. Great service & affordability. Only downside I had was in the pool & hot tub. Sadly within seconds of being in the pool, I saw a dead cockroach & quickly left. Went to hot tub, jets worked for maybe 5 minutes then stopped. Then I saw more dead roaches a few feet away. Perhaps some insecticides were used earlier, but if so, they needed to return & clean up. Didn’t see any pest inside, thankfully!😅

Place was super clean (room and all), front desk was super nice and helpful with any questions we had. We had a nice breakfast options from hot breakfast, pastries, cereal, or fresh waffles. Multiple drink options available and even a nice area in the lobby to dine in. We loved how breakfast was served a little later on weekends. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the hot tub was broken. It did not heat up. Other than that amazing and would recommend!!!!

The staff were professional and pleasant. Convenient parking. The area has plenty of shopping & restaurant options. With that being said the room decor and cleanliness leads a lot to be desired. The walls were in desperate need of painting, the furniture was chipped/scratched, the air condition unit was extremely loud, the elevator was slow so took the stairwell and noticed a very loud mold/mildew odor. With upgrades this would be a really nice location. As is, I would not return.

Its not terrible. Just be aware that the smell of the cleaning products lingers. Im assuming because they are a pet friendly hotel they use alot of cleaning solutions. The TV is not a smart TV so you will be stuck watching cable. And some of the equipment in their gym is broken.

I have stayed at many hotels and many la quintas but this was one i will never forget and not for many great reasons. Best part.. Coffee machine downstairs was excellent. Bed was too hard. First time i stayed at a HOTEL that had such bad pillows. Sleep was not good. And so loud in the hallways. Behind bathroom door there was so much rust it was unpleasant. Slipped in shower as soon as the water started running and bruised my shin. I'm thankful it wasn't worse but that was a first. Mold in corners of shower. Counter was nice but thats about it. Room was smaller than any other la quinta i have stayed at. Front desk and staff was great. Breakfast was just okay. Oh and the hot tub was barley warm and bubbles did not work! If i had to i would stay again only because of proximity to where i need to be when i am in atascocita and for rhe coffee but it really was one of my least fav times in a hotel. Room 216.. Please do better la quinta! At least get better pillows and add some kind of confortable mattress pad to the bed... And please fix the rust and mold.

This is the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel. 1) the hotel was dirty. The carpets were filthy, the walls had dirt on them. The soap and shampoo provided literally had hair from the cleaning staff. Lastly, the hotel smelled wet like there was mold everywhere 2) everyone brought their pets. Every person in the hotel had a dog that just made the smell everywhere, especially in the elevator awful, like wet dog. 3) People would leave trash bags full of garbage outside their door, again contributing to the cleanliness and smell 4) the shower was extremely slipper and someone can dangerously hurt themselves getting in and out 5) the cheap Sceptre TV in the room had a huge fat line through the middle of the screen 6) 1 small elevator for the whole hotel, took 30 mins to get anywhere overall this hotel was horrible and I will never be back. Should have been the price of a motel at $60, paying $200 for this is a crime.

This hotel has gone way down. The new flooring wasn’t installed right and it felt like the tiles were crumbling under our feet. The water in the faucet was brown but eventually cleared. There was dust all over the walls causing our allergies to go crazy. And I was charged $50 for 1 towel because supposedly it was damaged. My child spilled a blue drink and the towel was used to clean up the spill. The towel could have been washed and the drink would’ve come out. This makes me question if they actually do clean their linens. So after 9 years of visiting this hotel our last trip was indeed our last.

Extremely clean with a quick and easy check in! Front desk was very kind, helpful and welcoming. Room was super clean and no smells Bed is nice a comfy we immediately fell asleep after our shower! Lots of room in my queen room, fridge microwave and k cup coffee maker. Bathroom equipped with Dove bath essentials and nice plush towels Water did take a while to warm up but honestly wasn’t a big deal. I did have an issue with the dish network, but the front desk associate came right upstairs and personally fixed the issue. It was much appreciated. Definitely one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in recently, would stay again!

The staff was very helpful. However, my room was not up to par. I know housekeeping have a lot to do which is why I am always prepared to clean before my family and I make a hotel our home for a couple of days. When I pulled back the sheets to inspect, there was food stuck onto the sheets and hair in various areas of the bed. Also, the power went out for at least 6 hours and there was no compensation for our inconvenience.

The AC unit in room 413 was not holding the temperature. We generally like our room a little warmer than most folks. We could not keep the room temperature in the upper 70's. The AC would run and drop the temperature into the low 70's. Then it would go off until the temp was above 80.

My wife and I were affected by the tornado that hit Houston in May 2024. We were without power and didn’t want to stay in the house during that time as it felt unsafe. Called this hotel to confirm they had power and was told yes. The agent then attempted to make the reservation over the phone but I declined so I can get my rewards w/ Hotels.com. Booked within 5 mins and showed up within 15. The front desk was very polite and apologized for the weather leading to our stay. The property was clean inside and out. Beds were comfy, rooms clean, staff wonderful. Pleasant place to stay even though I was a local. The property even offered my wife an I a Late check out while we waited to see if we would get power back the next day. Overall 10/10 and I will make it a thing to book all of my staycations as well as refer anyone I know who is coming to town to book with this hotel in specific.

Check in was horrible! After calling to say I would be late and getting the ok, I still had the girl in the front argue with me. She did not bother to check the system and insisted I did not have a reservation. She kept saying I am all booked up. Then she said we don’t receive or make any calls from here. I called the number I had been speaking to and the phone rang. Once she knew she was caught in a lie and only then did she check the system. Finally after 30 mins I was given my room cards. Very stressful trip already and this added to it ten folds.

We like the location of the property. The sheets had stains and the couch had tears on it. The food wasn’t very good. There wasn’t enough and we had to keep asking for more sausage, biscuits and waffle mix. We wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed at La Quinta in Atascocita, TX for three nights. Every day maid service came in and brought fresh towels and straightened our bed and emptied our garbage cans. Very friendly, helpful staff! Breakfast was delicious! Scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and sausage, to name a few items.
