The room was immaculate! Tons of pillows to choose from, so you can find the right amount of fluffy. My favorite part was the breakfast! They had great options for hot AND cold. My teenage sons found plenty to fill their never ending appetites!! I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very clean. Housekeeping was excellent. Front desk was not always attended, but staff was friendly when there. Breakfast was good, but coffee service was not. Only had light roast coffee and containers were needing replacement with fresh before breakfast. Some difficulty accessing hotel at night with main access road having cars parked on both sides of a narrow street.

We had ants! They treated the room twice, better but they were still there. We had to cut our trip short by one day, they basically said "sorry" we can't refund you.

Delighted stay at this well-equipped property, their hot breakfast slightly changed daily, so that was nice to see a variety of fruit or sides. Rooms were spacious and comfy and they do offer a turn-down service, daily. I really appreciated the big showers and TVs. They rotate on a stand and are equipped with Netflix, Prime and Hulu- as long as you have access. Overall great stay, no complaints.

Our suite was very nice, roomy. Very quiet and very clean. Was a very large room. However there was no place to sit. We had to stay in bed the entire time that we were in the room. A sofa would have been very nice.

I enjoyed my room: it had a large table to have dinner, it has also a microwave and a refrigerator. The room design was really nice with space for a small living room a minikitchen and the mirror was not inside the bathroom, which made it useful for everyone.

I would love to give this hotel a perfect score but the only thing I had an issue with is the constant noise from above. All night long someone seem to be walking up and down the hallway from the floor above m. Either everyone walked heavy or that floor wasn’t built correctly. The checkin was friendly, professional and quick. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and full of variety.

It was overall a great stay. A good and safe area. It was quick and easy to check in. We didn’t get much sleep because of the person next door being loud. I know it’s not the hotel’s fault but it did seem in the quiet of the night that the walls are thin.

1 star for service because you have a snot nose kid named Cal that thinks he owns Hilton. Don and especially Juliana are so nice and helpful. But Cal needs to realize that the hospitality industry is 109% Customer oriented.

The staff was so sweet! On check in they overheard my son talking about how he has a fear of elevators and she made sure we were by the stairs. This hotel was REALLY nice. The pool with splash pad was such an extra touch and the breakfast was good. Very clean and quiet!

I recently visited this location, I was in town for a graduation ceremony and had a wonderful experience overall. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the amenities and room were exceptional—definitely a highlight! However, one staff member’s attitude was a bit off-putting. While the majority of the team was friendly and attentive, this individual seemed disinterested and less engaging, which contrasted sharply with the rest of the staff. They should definitely coach him and give him additional customer service courses. Fortunately, this didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. I look forward to returning and am hopeful that the team dynamic will improve and be even better next time!

We were very pleased with this choice for a one night stay. Don, at check-in, was very friendly and engaging. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. When we returned late from a football game, the staff got us some cocoa packets to make some hot chocolate before heading to our room. Breakfast was good and so was the coffee.

Even though located next to a major Highway, we didn’t hear traffic noise at night. The staff was excellent……helpful and very friendly. The pool area had tables under a canopy so sitting outside was delightful without having to be directly in the sun. There was also a covered picnic table and a putting green in another outside location that gave us opportunity to sit outside. 5 stars for this Hampton!

One night stay as attending a wedding. Check-in was easy and desk clerk friendly. Able to get into room two hours early. Room #104 comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was the usual Hampton Inn hot and cold offerings.

Not so good. There was no one at the desk anytime I needed help. The beds were hard as a rock. Water wouldn’t get warm. When I was finally able to get someone from the office they said maintenance would be there soon and they never showed up. Breakfast was okay. The lines for food was crazy. No where ever to sit. I have a family of 5 and it was hard to find a seat. Breakfast ended at 10 on the weekend and we showed 8 and they were out of almost everything the whole time. Said it was animal “friendly” I have a service animal(cardiac alert dog) yet my dog couldn’t go anywhere. He couldn’t go in the pool area-I wasn’t swimming I was sitting watching my kids. My dog again is supposed to alert me when something is wrong with my heart. He couldn’t go to breakfast with me or anything. It’s just crazy how horrible it was. I honestly just want a refund for the visit.

Everything was very clean and well put together. Rooms were large with a lot of room and breakfast was incredible. We didnt eat out for breakfast at all we only had breakfast at the hotel it was so good! Only downside is the coffee options- i wish they had an espresso/cappucino machine
