I chose this hotel for a date night with my wife. One of her requests was that the hotel have a hot tub for us to relax in, without our children. We were informed that this hotel does not have a hot tub; only an indoor pool. Please update your data and listing for this property. Otherwise, a very nice hotel and staff to patronize.

This property is immaculate. Rooms are a good size and modern. Gym, pool and laundry available 24-hours. I personally enjoyed the business center and convenient parking. Staff were great, will definitely staff again.

The place is definetly clean! The pool was not heated as they say. The food place could not make a cold brew coffee or a bloody mary. They had hot coffee but could not do cold brew! The bar was open said they only make Bloodys in the evening?? Then on top of the price they are now charging yo for parking!

There were lots of families enjoying the pool, but unfortunately my family stopped because our baby was fussy after a long day's drive and we just needed to stop so we weren't there because we really wanted to be. The staff were helpful. Unfortunately, the first room we got was so dirty we didn't feel comfortable staying there and the suite we ordered didn't have a door (which we needed to put our baby to bed in the bedroom). They were able to move us to a second room but the second room smelled like cat urine and dog. My husband is allergic to cats and I appreciate having to travel with pets but it just smelled really bad.. One of the beds had a dirty coverlet and a carpet was disgusting. I chose not to let my baby crawl around on it even though we had a long day of driving the day before and had another one the day after. For some this hotel might be just fine. But we paid $50 more for a hotel in Charleston a different time and it was 10 times cleaner and nicer. This was rated as a seven on hotels.com but I can't believe it even made past five.

The exhaust fan and outlets in the bathroom did not work. The water pressure was very low. The bedding looked worn and not clean. The carpet was coming apart in multiple areas. Very noisy.

We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed it very much. After looking around Charleston, I think it was probably the best hotel in the area. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was handy having a little bar/bistro downstairs. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was fine and staff were friendly. The company has decided to raise room rates and charge for parking and it no longer worth the cost. Also the tv remotes basically don't work about 75% of the time. You have to repeatedly press a button and hope it will respond.

Great option when seeing a concert nearby. Always clean and a very friendly staff. Only downside is the bed. Mattresses are very firm and pillows offer no support. Rooms are wonderful and always clean.

The GM is friendly, professional, and genuinely made us feel like she cared about our experience from the moment we stepped foot in the hotel. She was authentic, knowledgeable and made the stay even more pleasant. Rooms were spacious, clean and everything you’d expect from a Marriott. It was our first trip to Charleston We came for a football game and got to experience Holly Jolly Brawley as a bonus I’d highly recommend it! Love everyone’s Southern Hospitality Would definitely definitely come back

Second time Ive stayed here. There was extreme noise all night all 3 nights! The bed was very hard. There is NO free breakfast. The back patio was nice and so was the lobby. Staff were short with me and seemed too busy to bother with my questions.

Hotel itself wasn’t bad; just not in the best of locations. Did not like that they only come and clean your room if you are staying there three nights or more. Would stay here again in a pinch but not on the top of the list. Didn’t feel safe walking around there at night. It was across from a Starbucks which made the stay a bit better.

i was disappointed that this property is now charging for parking. the front desk explained it was a third party vendor and they had no control over it. also, there were numerous people with signs on every street asking for money. made the area feel unsafe

The website noted hot tub and free breakfast, but these were not available. The staff was exceptional and friendly. The room was very large and comfortable, as were the beds. It was quiet deapite being close to the highway. The pool was refreshing and the hotel made good uae of the outside space.

The pool water was cold. The sofa bed in the suite was not only uncomfortable to sit on, but very hard to sleep on. Not meant for tall guests by any means. For the price, it was unfortunate that continental breakfast was not provided. Otherwise the accomodations were above average. The staff was very polite and the room was clean.
