Great experience from check in to check out! Staff was friendly, room was exceptionally clean and bed was comfortable! Parking lot was well lit and a wonderful Honduran restaurant right next door. Will definitely stay again!

It’s a nice place to stay. The breakfast is phenomenal. The staff was polite and accommodating. The parking lot was hard to navigate with limited parking. Room was clean. Beds a little hard. Room air conditioner and remote control were very finicky. Overall good stay. Would recommend, would stay again.

Very clean and comfortable! We were just passing through driving cross country. We were so tired and the bed and room were so comfortable that we slept through our alarm and got out 2 hours later than we were planning. We also had our dog with us and they definitely cater to pet owners which is always appreciated!

The beds and pillows are always very good. I don’t like the fact that the body wash, shampoo and conditioners are on the wall because if you wanted to take a bath they are not reachable at all. Also the breakfast needs to improve. It has gone down hill over the last 4 to 5 years. We don’t even eat anymore. Ice machine was broken on the 2nd floor.

Wonderful place,nice location and added comfort. We had no time to enjoy the area much but the pool patio is very inviting. Nice area for pets too.(I didnt have mine)

We arrived around 8pm, got around to get some sleep, thats when the AWFUL sewer gas smell started. I called the front desk and let them know, i was told, yes, we've had others calling, sorry not anything we can do about it. Was told it happens about the same time most nights and within a couple hours it should get better. Off and on until around 2am the odor would come and go. Walls must be thin because you can hwar everything going on around you.

My first impression of the hotel was when the front door open and a smell of raw sewage hit me. I thought maybe someone had just maybe let one rip right before I came through but I quickly figured out it was just the way the lobby smelled. The hotel room itself was clean and not smelly. The breakfast was the poorest I’ve ever experienced at a Hampton Inn-very little selection and what was there wasn’t very good. We ate at 9 am-and they were out of a lot of the food and didn’t restock. By the way-the lobby still smelled like sewage. Would never stay at this Hampton again. Staff were nice though.

The thermostat in our room did not work correctly. We had it on 80 degrees for 2 days, and it never warmed to more than around 68 degrees. I reported to the desk clerk, and she said it "takes time to warm up". It was 34 degrees out both mornings. They never addressed the issue. The desk lamp was broken, flopped over, and did not work. The bathroom fan/heater was broken and did not work at all. Poor, poor maintenance of the room.

The room was amazing. The on suite was something you wished you had at home. The only reason for the 4 and not a 5 was the air conditioner in the room dudnt work. You toggled it to 65 and the room heated up to 80. They offered a different room but we were already unpacked.

Looks like things have been updated on the property and the staff was pleasant. The room looked nice but the bed in my room was terrible and should be replaced. Evidently while the room was refreshed the bed was not. It has been overused and was uncomfortable and squeaked with every movement. I appreciate making the ambiance nice but the most important part of a hotel is the bed. (Of course cleanliness ranks right up there as well and you all did a great job in that area!)

The staff was friendly and speedy to check us in. The room was everything we could ask for: clean, comfortable, spacious: refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee pot. Particularly nice were the ports in the lamps for iPhone cords. Mattress was comfortable, and the room temperature was perfect.

Typical Hampton Inn with comfortable bed and clean room. Attractive room with plenty of space. Lounge chair in room was rock hard and ergonomically incorrect. Bathroom sink was cracked and should be replaced. Close to good shopping and dining options. Nice dining area for in-hotel breakfast.

We made a quick, unexpected stop in Richland due to some mechanical issues with our car. The staff was very accommodating with our last minute reservation and very helpful with helping us know where to get resources to get back on the road the next morning! And breakfast was delicious!!

I wok give this experience a 5 star but to our luck when we arrived after midnight, the internet was down so it made things difficult. After a third room we finally found one that was clean. The person who checked us in that night was super helpful, she was doing everything by hand. She was awesome! We

There were all kinds of trucks and construction vehicles in front of and on side of building. The front door was blocked by a roll off and followed a construction worker in a side door and saw where check in was because of long line. There was only one person processing check in's and it was a slow process . People staying here should get a big discount

We have stayed here several times and have been happy. Room was fine but lots of people hanging out in the parking lot drinking as I walked my dogs after dark. This made me feel uncomfortable. They also threw trash and bottles on the ground where dogs were walked.

Hotel was great! They have a Mexican restaurant practically in the front yard! That was cool. Definitely recommend staying here! But, you might wanna bring your own pillow. lol theirs look great but aren’t actually so great. That’s the only thing.

Nice, clean, modernized, good value. Only hit - breakfast was "meh", but free. And another bothers me...saying WIFI is free is a misnomer - you have to start an account with Hilton Honors and their app to get the free WiFi (best I could tell).

Very nice. Extremely clean. Front Desk was pleasant and educated us on restaurants in the vicinity. Will diff come back to HAMPTON in Richland MS The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was exceptional.
