Cortland Motel

This is a great little cheap motel. This is NOT a fancy establishment. It’s an old motel with pleasantly updated rooms and all the basic amenities for a short stay. The exterior and check in desk area might seem a little sketchy, but the room was plenty safe and clean for the night. The rooms are standard size for a mid century motel. My room had new vinyl flooring to replace the old carpets and fresh paint over the old wood paneling. The bathroom was dated but clean and serviceable. Basic toiletries were provided. Linens were very fresh & clean. Beds were on the very firm side and pillows were fine. The room was clean but the ceiling corners could have use a once over before check in as there were a couple spiderwebs with spiders up in the corners and I’m terrified of spiders….but overall it was pretty obvious that the room had been cleaned and the ceiling corners were just missed. Our stay was in early October and the room was very warm. We didn’t need to use the AC and just opened the window to cool it down. Overall the location is convenient and though very basic, this motel is a great cheap option for a quick stay- our stay was under about on par with Econo Lodge or Kings Inn for cost and this place was cleaner and the staff friendlier than any Econo Lodge or Kings Inn I have ever had to stay at!

Very clean property with friendly and welcoming staff. Plenty of parking, and the area is quiet and peaceful—perfect for both work and rest. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Very clean , I can proudly say say it is as clean as my home . Staff are trying to to help as much as they can. Will go back again .

The motel is well kept, clean the room was very nice very clean, small room but very comfortable, I would use this motel again,,The price was low for the room, I would Sajest this motel for a great stay.
