The bed was comfortable and the room had a mini kitchen which included a full size fridge, sink, dishwasher , stove and microwave. Pool was clean and soothing in evening .

The good: This hotel was located less than a mile from our family trip destination, so very convenient for us. The restaurants we tried around the area were all great. The stay at the hotel was ok. All of the staff we encountered were really nice and helpful. The pool was a comfortable temperature. Shower pressure in the room was good. Having the refrigerator and mini kitchen in the room was a nice plus and there was a large closet in the area that was convenient. The bad: The first night we used the pool and when we went back to our shoes/towels after about an hour of swimming we found ants all over our things. We also found some ants in our hotel room itself. The room appeared clean on first look, but there was dirt/debris and some garbage rubber bands/ponytail holders around the beds. The shower had good water pressure, but the shower did not drain well at all leaving you standing in an inch of water. The free breakfast was okay, but we were desperate for some kind of fruit to go with all of the grain/carbohydrates that were served. The Ugly: Our first night was less than desirable as we found our air conditioner/fan/heater in the room made some crazy noises and then someone had pulled the fire alarm, so we got very little sleep.

The location is next to the mall. The lobby is small but cozy. One thing to watch for is they do not clean your room by default; you have to make a request to have that done. I believe this is for saving resources - which is legit but I wasn't told about this upon checking in. I like the size of the room and overall it's a good stay.

I took my daughters to Sea Life Aquarium and Legoland in the mall. This hotel was very convenient. The room was huge! A kitchen and a dining table. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly. A great, free breakfast. The pool was quiet and very warm which my kids loved. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Great stay with the family My favourite thing is I didn’t have to get on my knees in the shower to was my hair. Lol. This place was great, the rooms were large and clean, the kids loved the pool and breakfast was good in the morning. The staff was very kind and friendly.

We exercised mobile check in and waited for the notification that our key was ready. We never got the notification so we went in and front desk told us they don’t activate mobile keys unless you check in at the desk.

We love the easy and friendly check in process. Angela was very friendly and helpful, she always has a smile and makes us feel welcome. We love the clean room and how spacious our suite is. It’s nice to have a kitchen area with a large refrigerator and counter space. The closets are spacious with shelves for organizing. We will definitely stay here again. 😊
