The place is located in the residential neighborhood and is quiet, it's near metro and within the walking distance to Bolhao market. It's well suited for financial conscious travellers.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE We were in room 6 downstairs in the cellar. The room was small and cramped, but the worst thing was the state of the bed. Although the sheets looked freshly cleaned, looking beneath them at the mattress topper showed that it was badly stained and covered in hairs, as was the mattress. The pillows were just as bad with stains across all of them. We arrived at midnight, used the towels to sleep on and left first thing the morning after booking another hotel. We looked for staff to complain to but there was only the cleaning lady around who had very limited English. Definitely the worst place we have ever stayed.

Clean room, helpful staff and good location

Staff who didn’t speak English became upset with me when I told him I only spoke a little Portuguese and needed him to repeat certain sentences.

We had a great stay and would recommend for anyone looking for a more affordable stay in the city!
