This is a prime location directly few steps from the high street it's a shopping heaven place. You are also close from the train station and the metro as well. The location need to have a bit of TLC into it to be a 5 stars place. You have the strict basic minimum there only. Don't think you will cook a huge meal there you will not be able but for some pasta you will do but don't forget your own salt because you don't have pepper neither salt provide! If you want wine bring your own bottle opener! For beer the can opener still work. People complaining that the place doesn't have an elevator you're in apartment not an hotel that wasn't an issue for us. Overall our stay was really good could have been better with just the little details fix.

Bedsheets and towels needed to be brought at the laundromat, for which we paid extra ofcourse. We spend 1 full day cleaning and washing all the stuff. It stank, was full of stains and the apartment was dusty. No fire alarms anymore, the emergency stairs was not reachable and there were like 7 big stairs before you could enter the apartment. We lost 1 full day to clean the apartment and the towels / stinky bedsheets. The location of the apartment was the best thing. We will never choose smartflats again.

No wifi, 5th floor no lift! Filthy, stinky towels they would not change so we had to buy new ones. Big rooms but very little furniture. Location ok, close to old town, railway station and shopping.

The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. Then lugged up the luggage to find out that the code didn’t work. Hit up hotels again to find out that they have the wrong address. Finally went to the next place. Up another three flights. Place is nice looking and stuff but dirty. Mold in bathroom. Blood stain on sheets. No Wi-Fi. The auto light in hallway stays on for 10 minutes and turns on automatically waking up everyone. The fan in bathroom never turned off. Because no Wi-Fi, no tv. I brought this all to the attention and was told to make a complaint at front desk. When I asked where it was they told me they don’t have one. This place felt like a total scam. They refused to reimburse for anything too. Terrible company

First of all, the entry key pad to the property did not work. Tried pulling the entry door, it opened. It lead to a flight of dark stairs. Climbed two floors and found that there was construction happening. Went back down and called customer service in the middle of night sitting on the high street bench. Customer service insisted there were guests. So tried to climb the dark stairs with luggage and found there was another flight of stairs hidden from view. Took that reached the apartment and went in. The apartment was so hot, could only sleep with windows open. High street is noisy throughout the night except for a couple of hours. All 3 nights was woken up by loud noise of people staying above me with constant noise of moving furniture, going down the stairs, chatting and laughing. Lost sleep for 3 days. Absolute definition of nightmare
