I stayed at this hotel Thursday through Sunday. The weekday staff was very kind, attentive and welcoming. The weekend staff was fine but just did not give the same vibe. The hotel did not offer all of the services that it stated it would offer daily. For example - Coffee shop was not open each day. The restaurant was open for a buffet breakfast but only for the conference staying at the hotel. The hotel stated room service was available , but did not provide. The hotel seemed busy, however as a hotel - one would think they could accommodate many guests. The facilities were fine, except the elevator worked when it wanted to- hit or miss. The room- very nice clean, spacious, comfortable bed. Overall would definitely stay again. I felt safe and it was clean.

This hotel and room was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location close to places to eat and 12 minutes from the airport. The pool was sizable and there was a nice park and small lake across the street to walk around.

Had a great stay. The pools are amazing. They could be a little cleaner but I'm not gong to complain about it. The bed was comfy and the room was nice. No maid service at all and stayed 4 days but other than that loved it. Will stay there again.

I liked that the property offers dinning and a coffee bar. Lots of pools to accommodate crowds. The only thing i didn't like is the main pool is not clean and clear and the whirl pool is closed but still full of dirty, stinky water and the outside bar is closed. My visit prior to this, everything was perfect.

Not worth 488.00 a night. When asked, I could not get extra pillows and finally only got 2 of 4. Some bar staff were unfriendly at times: "You'll have to wait; I'm busy." The elevator was out twice over two days.

The pool area had an overpowering propane smell, from an obvious leak, no heaters or propane appliances were use at the time. After reporting it to staff it appeared to have happened before which make it even worse! From desk personal doesn't want to be there and customer service responded poorly to our concerns. Stay away from this property!

The hotel is in a fabulous location, right between Riverside Park and Sloan Park. However, navigating entry/exit and parking is problematic during Cubs Spring training games. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the rooms are generally nice but not as clean as they should be, especially when they are charging over $400 per night. The on site laundry room was convenient but looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. My biggest disappointment was the service at Stats, the hotel bar and grill. The bartenders and wait staff were at best disinterested and at worst rude. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay but considering how expensive the rooms were, we expected more.

One of the sheets had old blood stains, not from me. reported it to the front desk. Some lady came up to look at it, took pictures and told me that someone would be out around 3pm and change all the sheets. Time was around 2:48pm when she told me that. We went to the bar and pool downstairs, returned after 6pm and sheets were not changed. Reported again, and someone did go after I reported the second time. The lady that took pics balmed it me. It was on my side of the bed, but the stain was on top sheet and I dont have any open cuts or scars. She was extremely rude!!

I have bed bug bites all over reported to the hotel and have not heard a word back. I would not stay here and I will be reporting to Sheraton as this is what I considered a reputable establishment.

The room had gross white stains on the headboard, found bedbugs and spiders in the room, and bed/sheets. When we checked in there was another guests old leftovers food rotting in the fridge. The staff was nice. Hotel is pretty.

I would give this a 5 star rating except I was not happy with the cleanliness of the shower. It was actually kinda gross. The rest of the room was awesome. Very comfy and staff was welcoming. Despite the shower I would stay again

The pool was filthy. Our bedding wasn’t changed there was food under the covers. I found out after I got in bed and it had a bunch of crumbs under the sheets. Dirty towels left on the floor in the restroom

Had bed bugs. Hotel told me that they would reimburse me when the exterminator came to verify. It’s been weeks that gave me a lousy $170 in Marriott points but that did t even cover the cost of 1 night and I stayed 2, that trip. I spent my 40th birthday with bed bug bites all over my face. The cost to wash and dry all of my things before arriving home was crazy too!. I felt as if this is a common thing at this hotel.

This is my favorite hotel for the kids and I go go and relax. However it has gone downhill so much! Our room wasn’t ready at checkin and they kept telling me “another hour”, luckily a SUPER NICE MANAGER helped us and gave us $100 in food vouchers! I think her name was Tracy and she was AMAZING! She genuinely tried her best to make all our wrongs, right. We went swimming, she came to tell us our room was ready. My husband went to put our stuff in the room. When we were done going to shower for dinner at their grill to use the vouchers, I found a BEDBUG ON THE PILLOW! I called and they downgraded my room. There was 5 of us, I had reserved a Jr suite. We moved to a room with only 2 queen beds so sleep wasn’t comfortable at all trying to fit 3 into a bed. We ordered at the grill and bar and that lady was horrible. She got everything wrong, didn’t notify us of “changes” not on the menu, and our food took foreverrrrrr. It was also a problem for us to eat outside when they recommended it! So we tried the La Plancha Mexican restaurant inside the hotel, they wouldn’t accept the voucher until Tracy made it right again! When they were boxing up our pizza, they dropped it! Tracy to the rescue again! We finally decided to go out for the evening. We came back and tried to watch tv, the remote didn’t work. A guy brought up another one 30 minutes after we called for one. The next morning we didn’t even try for breakfast. We left right away after trying their Starbucks cafe. That girl was nic

Room smelled like sweaty socks, shower floor was in need of repair, the shower layout is inane (controls and head are at the opposite end of where the door is so you spray yourself and/or the shower door depending upon which way you open it), bathroom door is useless for privacy, room chairs were worn / damaged, pillows were pathetic.

The location was the best part, but the hotel needs to be updated. We had to change rooms twice because the air conditioning was not working. The staff was very nice about moving us, but repacking and moving two times in 4 days was a hassle.

Carpets were stained, furniture was a little beat up. Wifi was spotty, side door's fob didn't work. I think the fact that it's next to the Cubs ballpark they really limit your access in and out of the place so it makes for long walks to and from the room, no alternate options. Staff was helpful and nice.

Because of its convenient location near my business trip destination, this was my fourth time staying at this hotel. We stayed for three nights in total. However, on the morning of our final day, August 8th, at around 7:20 a.m., a loud and piercing alarm suddenly went off. I initially assumed it would stop within a few minutes, but it continued for at least twenty minutes. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told it was a “test.” This explanation was both surprising and unacceptable. I stayed at this hotel Thursday through Sunday. The weekday staff was very kind, attentive and welcoming. The weekend staff was fine but just did not give the same vibe. The hotel did not offer all of the services that it stated it would offer daily. For example - Coffee shop was not open each day. The restaurant was open for a buffet breakfast but only for the conference staying at the hotel. The hotel stated room service was available , but did not provide. The hotel seemed busy, however as a hotel - one would think they could accommodate many guests. The facilities were fine, except the elevator worked when it wanted to- hit or miss. The room- very nice clean, spacious, comfortable bed. Overall would definitely stay again. I felt safe and it was clean.

Check-in went well but everyone one else ignores you. We tried to get drinks at the indoor bar after dinner. We stood at the bar for about 10 min before we just walked away. There were about 10 people in the bar area. Some tables had food with people eating. Very uncoordinated and confusing service model. No host/hostes stand, not checkin model - could be staffing. Breakfast looked like a repeat until I approached someone bussing a table and asked. Never received the coffees we ordered. Breakfast took an hour. Very disappointed with the food & beverage service.

My wife and I liked all the little lounges and sitting areas around the lobby and I thought the bar/restaurant "Stats" offered food at reasonable prices. The staff were nice and welcoming too. However, this hotel is right over the flight path of jets on approach to Sky Harbor airport and beginning at 4am and all day long, you can hear them as they fly over the hotel in 2 lanes of approach and you can see them while laying out by the pool. The hotel also looked pretty used with minimal upkeep. The sliding door in our bedroom had a long scratch in it and some of the sofas in the main lobby looked damaged at the bottom of the furniture. There was only 1 elevator working and the stairs were not easy to find. Lastly, the hot tub concrete looks like it needs to be redone because it's eroding off. Other than the bars and restaurants on the property, there isn't much you can access unless you have a car, use a ride share service, or call a taxi. The park immediately to the east of the hotel is very nice in the evening to take a walk and can be a good place to catch the sunset. During our stay, the Chicago Cubs spring training was winding down and there were lots of Cubs fan staying at the hotel because their spring training ball park is right now next door and we attended a game at Sloane Park.

The workers at the desk were helpful,courteous and friendly. The room was large, but the bathroom needs a little attention. The grounds were beautiful. There’s a pond, walking path, play area nearby. Everything except the food was great. The breakfast buffet was a disappointment; however the server did have someone fix eggs without cheese for me, so it was hot and good. No other food was replenished nor changed in the hour and 3/4 we were there. It was not hot. We asked for the coffee carafe to be refilled. After 35 minutes another person asked if we needed help. She got someone to get the coffee. The French toast was hard. Overall, we would still stay again but have meals elsewhere (especially with the cost of the buffet.

It is a nice resort. However the room had an odd smell and the air conditioning didn’t work. Made for a sleepless hot night. I don’t advise drinks at the bar. I got one margarita that was smaller than a solo cup and it was almost $19.
