Holiday Inn London Watford Junction by IHG

To be fair I can't fault this hotel. Fab staff and reasonable priced car park on site. Very friendly place and good location.

Our check in with Victoria was lovely. She was wonderful. Room was well located with an easy walk to/from to the national rail station and the Harry Potter Shuttle. A bit of a walk from the metropolitan line to access the tube. We were staying just the one night and we were allocated an accessible room but we’re not aware until we were in the actual room. Room was spacious enough for three people. There was obvious wear and tear particularly in the bathroom. We came back from WB Harry Potter around 8:30pm. I was hoping to get a take away from the restaurant but they were already closed. We had to get uber eats which was easy enough. The front desk provided forks but there was not much in the room. No water, biscuits, etc. As a IHG member, I didn’t feel there was much benefit.

All staff were very friendly and helpful with a mention to Victoria on reception. She was very professional and helpful

Room was lovely. Tided us over for the weekend perfectly. Will be back if were down this way again.
