Room allotted was special for hotel.com with no amenities at all. Why should them one book through hotels.com?

Tyvärr informerade inte hotellet om att restaurangen var tillfälligt stängd, vilket var trist då vi bott här förut och verkligen tycker om restaurangen. Rummen börjar bli slitna. Personalen gjorde så gott de kunde men vi känner att de kunde kompensera mer för att upplevelsen av hotellet påverkas negativt när restaurangen är stängd.
