Great place to stay when visiting Makati. The Whiskey and Cigar bar is a good place to grab a drink and a good cigar if you like that. Otherwise the pool bar is a nice quiet place to get a drink and unwind. The rooms are very nice and the staff are very friendly.

Hospitality and customer service at Makati Diamond Residences was efficient, helpful, and made our stay extremely enjoyable. Housekeeping was attentive and multiple team members checked in and were accommodating to our requests. The Club Lounge access also stood out, as the bartenders at cocktail hour were pleasant to interact with and the food was consistently tasty and varied each day. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend staying here to anyone who wants a luxuriously comfortable stay in Manila.

I absolutely love this hotel. I’ve stayed in many hotels in the area and this is the best. Service is amazing, rooms are great, bedding is so comfy. I love how in a daily basis the really clear your room (including mopping). Food is good and the gym and spa are great

We had a bachelor party of 9 and book 6 rooms at Makati Diamond Residences. The staff was friendly and accommodating to all of our needs (early check in, late check out, assisting with logistics, etc). Our party used the amenities (gym, lap pool, sauna, steam room, etc) every day and found that they are in good condition. The location is amazing as it's directly across from the Greenbelt malls so food & shopping was very close. If there was any critique, it's that laundry service was really expensive and some of the rooms can use a light update (chip wood, tiles, etc). Overall, I strongly recommend Makati Diamond to travelers that want to stay in the Makati area.

Everyone ks extremely pleasant and very accomodating. The room was big and very clean with a large and comfortable bed. As good or better than most of the 4/5 star hotels in New York City...

Very convenient location next to the Greenbelt and related shopping areas in the center of Makati. The service is outstanding, especially in the executive lounge and the lobby restaurants. There is an effort to know your needs and accommodate them. The rooms and furniture are a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Very nice to have the in-room kitchenette for personal use. I would say the only "below average" areas were the pool and workout center which could use a facelift.

Services were great, cleanliness too. The only thing was, I believe some (or one) of my neighbors smoked. I could smell the smoke in my bathroom multiple times a day. Fortunately I was given an air purifier, but I do hope they could just expel or fine the smoker in a non-smoking floor. Thank you.

Although the property is older, it seems well maintained. Staff also are quite cheerful and helpful. The only one negative is that they don’t put enough towels, no face towel at all, no blanket/pillow for the 3rd person even if the reservation was for ‘3 people’. You have to call the reception area to have them bring these things. Also towels appear old as they’re not fluffy any longer.

I had a very comfortable stay. My suite was very roomy. It was nice to have a washing machine, although the dryer function didn't really work. The one room service meal I had was tasty but there are a ton of restaurants within walking distance. The location is great and very safe.

The relocation to a lower floor left me with a disappointing rooftop view. More importantly, the hotel could do much better in how it treats regular and loyal customers. There were no upgrades, perks, or gestures of appreciation offered, despite being a returning guest. The overall impression was that the focus is on how to charge more rather than how to build lasting customer loyalty. That’s not how you retain long-term guests or earn continued business

Everything is Excelente! I like their upgraded room with free snacks and Drinks and beer. You can heat up food, on the stove also has oven and the Fridge is big with Washer and dryer in your room. Excellent Breakfast! Staff are very attentive and accommodating.

One of the best hotel stays we’ve had. I think this will always be our go-to when we’re in Manila. Love that they have a smaller room for Filipino breakfast. Our daughter is 11 months and it was nice to have a more relaxed space with her. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. We stayed in the 1-bedroom and loved that it had a washer/dryer. That is SO hard to find elsewhere and it made all the difference.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Staff are very nice, helpful and the service was excellent. They have a great buffet breakfast with a lot of choices to choose from. This hotel used to be my first choice whenever I visited the area, and I’ve stayed here several times. Unfortunately, my most recent stay left me disappointed. I arrived early in the morning for a trade show, and although my room was ready, the staff at the executive level insisted on charging me an extra $120 for checking in at 8:00 AM instead of 10:00 AM. I explained that I was a regular guest, often booked the larger rooms, and had an important event starting at 10:00 AM. Despite that, and even after consulting a supervisor, they only offered a token 10% discount and remained firm on the charge. For a hotel in this price range, I expected more flexibility and consideration for returning guests. Additionally, the shower had very low water pressure—surprising and unacceptable for a hotel of this category. You expect basic comforts like a decent shower, especially when the rates are already on the higher side for what you receive. The service overall felt robotic and impersonal, lacking the warmth and attention to detail I had experienced in the past. I hope management takes note, as the hotel is starting to lose the qualities that once set it apart.

Clean room, great staff. The only issue was room service…ordered a single entry and it took over 1hour 20 minutes. But this could be due to short staff since it was ordered on a New Year’s Eve. Other than that great housekeeping and everything else.

The hotel is very clean, breakfast buffet is very good, all the staff - we commend them, in Alfred's, 27th flr, reception, housekeeping, parking, bellboys, security, great job! buffet very average we sat down at 9:55. They told us we had five minutes to get food once 10 o'clock hit they started breaking everything down around us not feel like we were enjoying our breakfast. Food was cold and they're busy setting up for lunch right away.

Best buffet breakfast, the selections are very good, and delicious! My favorite are the siopao. Fruits in season are really good. Waiters are all attentive. Likewise Diane, Rowel and Aldrin are all superbly nice. Can’t wait to go back next visit .

Really nice place to stay and so convenient being close to the greenbelt. The facilities and staff are great even though the building itself feels a little dated. The in room dining options were good! The most frustrating thing is the constant security checks whenever you leave the hotel and come back. I understand this happens a lot of places in Manila but it is quite a tedious thing to get used to and is not understandable when you are returning not holding a bag or anything and getting patted down to re enter the hotel.
