Very good breakfast. However, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, only shower gel. I believe that such amenities should be provided in a 4star hotel. You can also hear every door slam in the hallway from the room.

Dejlig beliggenhed, god restaurant. Dyr men god morgenmad. Værelse på 5. sal med god udsigt. Dog, da jeg ankom i bil blev jeg mødt af et skilt på nedkørslen til p-kælderen - ingen ledige pladser, kontakt receptionen hvis du har reserveret ! Så var gode råd dyre - heldigvis var det søndag og dermed muligt at parkere på nærliggende offentlige betalings-parkering. Men parkeringsbøvlet trækker ned i den samlede vurdering af hotellet.

Ruhig gelegen und gute Zimmer. Housekeeping was nett und gründlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und umfangreich. Leider sind die Fitnessgeräte veraltet und funktionieren teilweise nicht. Das Restaurant hat gute Qualität, ist aber gegenüber der Umgebung zu teuer. Leider war das Personal überfordert, hat alle Gäste in eine laute Ecke gesetzt. Die Getränke kamen nach dem Essen. Hotel und Frühstück super, Restaurant würde ich nicht empfehlen.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location. Rooms were large and the bed comfy, although it was 2 singles pushed together and they weren’t zip linked so did move slightly creating a gap. Good selection at breakfast and food in restaurant was good. Room service available. The hotel has parking but pre-book it before you arrive.

The hotel is close to the river, and immediately across from the convention center, which is perfect if visiting for a conference. The room I had was very quiet, had nice amenities, and staff provided great service every day. The bathroom floor was heated, which was lovely. Breakfast was excellent, and open for a decent amount of time. The only thing lacking was shampoo or any other toiletries. All that is provided is pump-bottle soap for both vanity and shower. There may be a option to pick some up at the front desk, but by the time I realized it, I just had to forgo washing my hair. Otherwise, it's a great property. Desk staff were very helpful when I was trying to sort out the bus to airport at the end of my stay. One even walked me to the door to show me exactly where to go for the bus station. I highly recommend it.

Convenient walking to Old Town and transportation. Clean and nice breakfast buffet. However, the phone charger receptacles did not work, and needed an adapter. Also, the bathroom only provided one liquid soup for washing, and no shampoo or conditioner.

Quick 20 minute walk from old town. Love the quietness of the location, and its access to a train that leads to central station. Staff was courteous and the restaurant/room service was exceptional. One of the best meals I've had in Warsaw surprisingly. There is a gym there and the facility was clean and modern. Highly recommend

Clean hotel not too far from the city centre. Staff was helpful but some were not the most friendly. Thankfully the staff on the next day in the morning was amazing and so friendly and helpful. Rooms are ok size but functional.

Hotel is clean, quiet, near the attractions of the city. I had a room with a view towards the river, seeing the Krakow Eye. Everyday, the coffee capsules are replenished, towels are replaced, bed is made. Love the scent of the sample lotion.

The hotel is OK, but the service was extremely bad. First the receptionist lady informed us that we cannot check-in yet (without any explanation), and she was very rude. Then the waiter at the hotel’s restaurant messed up our order and later he billed us incorrectly and wanted us to pay again (mind you that there is certain currency exchange rate when paying by card). What comes to the room service/house keepers, the cleaners tried to come in to our room multiple times even if we told them that there is no need for the housekeeping. Over all the stay was 5/10. Not too friendly staff but same goes to the locals.

Hello. I really enjoyed your attention to service. I felt very welcome at Q Hotel Plus. Your staff is excellent even when not easy, like serving my group of 9 people just before the restaurant closed. The complimentary bottle of wine to my room was a very elegant detail. Very unpleasant welcome at the hotel. Front desk supervisor refuses to honor the platinum membership while being part of the VIP program, And upgrading to a better room even though they had availability. When asked why wont she upgrade, Her answer was that they can sell this room for more money and therefore she prefer not to upgrade. Even though the room they ended up giving was available at check in, Front desk requested extra fee for few few hours early check in. Hotel supervisor showed no intention to make the stay or check in pleasant. Lots of noise during the night. Location was excellent and with walking distance to the city center. Beside that, I would avoid this hotel if possible.

Didn’t receive any of the Expedia benefits on this stay, or the previous one (wine or upgrade) Hotel is good and friendly staff. Convenient for the city and ICE Krakow which is next door. Staying again next year.

Rett ved endeholdeplassen til flybussen (buss 300). Rommet var rent og av grei størrelse. Veldig stille. Hyggelig betjening. Hadde ikke frokost, så den vet jeg ikke hvordan det var. Ligger litt utenfor gamlebyen, men er gangavstand. Det er uansett masse busser/trikker i alle retninger et par hundre meter unna. Kort vei til elvepromenaden. Har funnet min nye favoritt i Krakow

Hotel in ottima posizione, molto vicino al centro e soprattutto comodissimo per gli autobus sia per le maggiori attrazioni turistiche sia pe l'aeroporto. Check-in rapide. 2 ascenseurs (panoramiques) qui fonctionnent très bien. Chambre impeccable. J'ai utilisé le restaurant uniquement pour le repas du soir : service courtois, plats préparés avec de bons ingrédients et joliment présentés. Je recommande cet hôtel situé tout près de la Vistule et du château Wawel.
