First I’ll tell you the condo I stayed in was beautiful, and well maintained. Now I’ll tell you this “resort”is terrible. The pool is not maintained, While I was sitting there, landscapers were trying to cut down a palm tree. Stuff was flying everywhere. It’s dirty, the hot tub was never opened. The cushions on the chairs by the pool were filthy. I was told the restaurant opened at 5pm, never saw it. No bar…They’ll sell you wine or beer if someone’s around. No convenience store. Definite false advertising. Called the week before about a late checkout, was told “ask the day before you leave, shouldn’t be a problem.” Went to the front desk the day before checkout, was told we don’t do that, and someone was checking in. I read on the website. they put 24hrs between check ins and check outs, Guess that’s a lie.Oh and the front gates on the property were broken so they were left open. I think it’s called deceptive business practices. Such a shame because the condos are great and the property is conveniently located near Disney. I think this Wyndam is banking on you being too busy to use the amenities. Will not recommend and will not return.

Absolutely loved this place! Loved that we have a full house pretty much(full kitchen, washer and dryer, patio with a grill). Wish there could have been transportation to the parks, but thats okay becuase its a quick drive to the Disney parks. Also wish the pool was open later. Overall great experience!

Overall great stay - close to the Disney parks and good restaurants near by. Villa itself was in great condition with all the facilities you could need. We had a superior villa which came with a hot tub which was great for the evenings. The main pool area is rather tired though with dirty sun beds which are not tidied up each day so end up all over the place. Other slight annoyance is that they only have 24 hour reception on Fri and Sat - the rest of the week, there is no one from 8pm, not even a security guard the gate. Overall though, if it’s a spacious, modern villa near the Disney parks you’re after, this is perfect!

We were very surprised that there were no shuttles as advertised on your website. No children play area as advertised. Apparently neither have been available since 2020. These were both big issues for us. We chose to stay in a gated property for safety. But the gates were left wide open for the last 2 weeks of our stay. Our unit was not as nice as the pictures that were shown on the site. Over all we were very disappointed.

Enjoyed the property very much. The speed bumps at the gate seem a bit rough and excessive but other than that we would definitely return. Thanks

Property is ok, not great not terrible. Location is good for the parks. Very little English spoken so communication was sometimes difficult. We had 3 issues in our room but someone came and fixed all 3. There are literally no amenities. You get 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, 1 soap for dish washer, etc then you're on your own. We were charged some fees at checkin that were in the fine print and not in the balance shown on confirmation, never a good feeling. There is no shade at the pool area at all, some umbrellas are needed. I didn't know anything about the VIP but we did not receive any benefits from this.

Fantastic facility, great service, the La Imperial restaurant attached to the hotel is world class fantastic

The vicinity to the Disney Parks is ideal as is local conveniences like Walmart or Publix which is essential. The one let down perhaps was the pool area. The pool itself was fine, if again a little tired but the general area around the pool needs a lot of cleanup. Most of the loungers or chairs are broken and there are few shaded areas. Even one of the cabana beds had caution tape around it looking like it had been unusable for some time. As I say though, wouldn’t stop us from coming back and would certainly look forward to it and recommend to family and friends.

An amazing place: Gated complex - 2-story townhome with 4BR & 4 1/2 Bathrooms. Each bedroom had its own on-suite bathroom, TV & private outdoor patio. Plus there's a laundry room & outdoor kitchen. Kitchen has dishes, pots, pans, silverware. In other words, this place is "fully equipped" - just bring yourself & clothes to wear. Lastly, it is close to Hwy 192 where there are lots of restaurants, stores, gas stations & "you name it." We absolutely will stay here again when traveling to the Orlando area.

Overall the property was fine. There were area of mold/mildew around the vents. Therefore, I cannot be sure about the air quality. There were added fees and there needs to be basic condiments (salt, pepper) as well as extra towels/washcloths. There was only one towel and one washcloth per guest.

This is a nice, quiet, clean and convenient place to stay near Disney. It has plenty of room for a large family and more bathrooms than you could need! That said, the property is a bit tired and could use some updates and TLC.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness, amount of living necessities,(toilet paper, dish towels, garbage bags and cooking utensils). Grounds were not kept up to what the pictures looked like! The front desk was for a lack of better terms useless!

Magic Village Yards is great when traveling with family or large groups. The pricing is very reasonable for the amount of space. The living space is good and spacious. The kitchen is useful however the cooking utensils need replacing as well as the cookware (pans). The bedrooms are a good size and it appears the clean the carpet however this is my 3rd time staying at this property and I can honestly say that the carpet should be replaced. Even though it looks shampooed, the corners and edges are heavily stained and give you an uneasy feeling as if there maybe bugs hiding in there. The bathrooms are nice and the fact that each rooms has its own is a plus. Just be mindful that the sinks are super high so when traveling with toddlers bring a step stool. Overall the property is a good value but I can tell that some areas are neglected in the units and these units could use an overhaul

Just got home and we’re ready to go back! House was clean comfortable and close to Disney parks. Only complaint is there should be bigger beds in more of the rooms, not two rooms with twin beds ( in 4 bedroom house).

Nice, very spacious and quiet, 2 parking places. However although they have a full kitchen, there's some basics missing if you want to cook (like oven mitts, dish wash towels). Also there's only one dishwasher pouch even if we're there for 5 days (gave more without fees but would normally have fees). Similar for toilet paper.

The beds are not even remotely comfortable. Super hard mattresses

Overall for families and pricing this property is great. All the bedrooms for the 3 are upstairs giving you entire downstairs for living. It’s a little further away from attractions (and after a long day at the park it was rough). it is right next to animal kingdom so that’s a plus took 10 min to get home in rush hour. I wish the kitchen was a little better equipped with cooking supplies. No kitchen table but, a big bar height island. (4bedroom had a kitchen table) Also, the unit was very noisy between hearing the street noise and the tankless water heater and all the other clanks it was weird. Very loud for a new unit. Last time I stayed I didn’t have that issue so maybe it was the buildings location. I would recommend especially if you have kids.

Great place to stay, accommodation really good close to WDW and not too far to Universal. Thankfully we read other reviews and took tea towels and oven gloves as none are provided. It would have been useful for some baking trays or similar to cook food in the oven, one pryrex dish and a flat long but not very wide metal tray thing was provided for oven cooking. Beds very comfy, showers and bath good as well.

This was our second visit. Very happy overall. The unit this visit was not a well equipped kitchen. There was not even pot holders! No spatula or knives that could cut vegetables. I usually plan to cook several meals when away, and it was a bit difficult.

We love staying at this property. This is the first time we booked a three bedroom instead of a four bedroom. The three bedroom had three stories which was a little too stairs for this 70 year old to climb but next time I will book the 4 bedroom which is only two stories. The only other thing I that I do not like is that they do not provide coffee filters for the coffee maker or essentials like salt and pepper.

The property was terrible. The furniture was old. They didn’t give us a code to come into the gate at all. They didn’t answer the front phone. Customer care was terrible. They made you pay a dollar a roll for toilet paper toilet paper this Wyndham terrible terrible terrible terrible. I wish I would’ve got my money back. I would never ever recommend this to anybody From lying about their restaurant from lying about their property. Your mom it was bottles in the back of our yard a lot of the appliances didn’t work. They gave us a vacuum cleaner for us to clean to clean the apartment, the manager and the receptionist at the desk I never seen people so rude so rude everything I asked for was no no no they couldn’t provide me a shower chair so the lady told me why don’t you bring one on on the airplane with you what a idiot how am I supposed to bring up a shower chair airline they could not provide a shower chair for the stable people they didn’t care he said the restaurant is a beautiful restaurant the restaurant all you could eat pizza when in the website it says shrimp dinners all kinds of beautiful stuff nothing but pizza and it don’t open till 6 o’clock They had nothing stocked in the apartment so I went to the front desk where they were supposed to have soda water Tylenol stuff like that. They didn’t have nothing but on the website it showed beautiful it was they didn’t have junk. Cost me $36 for four bottles of water and two cans of soda there was nothing in that room to

The personnel were really helpful and friendly, anytime I needed something or had a question they were quick to react.

We loved the space in the house. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Laundry room very handy for clean towels etc as this is not provided daily. Gated resort felt very safe and it was peaceful and quiet. Reception staff helful and friendly. Would recommend

We had an amazing time. I highly recommend staying here. All the comforts of home while enjoying your time in Florida. Super easy access to Disney parks. The front desk staff was phenomenal

I thought the property was amazing. My family was surprise and happy to have so much space serenity and Beauty all around us. The only issue was the front Dess sometimes doesn’t answer the phone. Also, when I called several times before I got there to speak to someone on the phone, the phone just kept ringing. That is my only complaint another issue was they kept shutting off my keys before we actually left.

The property was centrally located close to many restaurants and shopping and very close to Animal Kingdom. Also very spacious and a bonus to have a kitchen, laundry and bathroom in every room.
